技术领域
本发明属于化妆品技术领域,具体涉及一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方及其制备方法。
背景技术
面膜已日渐成为女性日常美容保养中不可或缺的护肤品,其功效甚多,如补水保湿、祛斑美白、消炎抗薗等。
目前市面上的抗炎面膜主要有两种,一种是添加各种具有消炎成分的化学添加剂,这些化学成分的添加会使一部分使用者出现过敏等症状,反而加剧发炎状况。抗炎面膜产品主要以激素类和酒精类为主,激素类的化妆品见效快,但是长期使用会使人体对其产生依赖性,一旦停止使用添加激素的化妆护肤品,皮肤将会变薄,出现毛细血管扩张及过敏性炎症等症状;酒精类化妆品只有在酒精含量达到60%以上オ会产生杀菌效果,而市面上的产品酒精含量只有40%左右,并不能起到抗炎效果,且在对皮肤产生刺激的同时还会抵消产品一部分的效果。更有一些无良商家为了产品效果更加突出,在产品中添加违禁成分,对使用者的皮肤带来不可逆的伤害。不恰当的选择消炎产品,不仅不能产生抗炎效果,还会产生更多的炎症,甚至对人体产生伤害。另一种是添加多种具有消炎作用的中药提取物,申请号201710671658.9的中国专利公开了一种保湿消炎面膜液及其制备方法,面膜液包括如下重量份数的原料:德国洋甘菊纯露15 20份、大马士革纯露10 15份、柠檬纯露10 15份、艾叶提取液2 4份、马齿苋提取液2 5份、薰衣草纯露5 8份、薄荷纯露5 8份、透明质酸0.050.2份、丁二醇1 3份、三乙醇胺1.5 2.5份、苯氧乙醇0.3 0.5份、其余为纯化水;该专利配方中用到多种纯露与植物提取物复配,其中,多种纯露混合使用会使其功效改变,引起肌肤不适,且该专利配方中起到保湿功效的成分仅为透明质酸和丁二醇,达不到长时保湿的效果。
仙人掌多糖是仙人掌的主要功能成分,是粘多糖的一种,含23.4%糖醛酸,主要由阿拉伯糖、鼠李糖、木糖、半乳糖组成,是一种多糖的复杂混合物,含有不超过50%的复合果胶类多糖。刘平平所发表的《仙人掌多糖发酵提取工艺优化及其抗炎功效研究》指出仙人掌多糖可以通过抑制炎症因子IL-8的表达,促进IL-6基因的表达从而影响花生四烯酸的代谢而起到抗炎作用的。已有研究表明,仙人掌多糖通过能够显著增加巨噬细胞吞噬能力,起到免疫调节和抗炎效果,在医药、食品、化妆品等领域具有广泛的用途。
发明内容
为解决现有技术中的问题,本发明提供一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方及其制备方法,针对目前市场对抗炎保湿面膜的需求,以仙人掌多糖为主,辅以黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物为抗炎保湿的功效成分,以多糖的多羟基结构结合提取物中的黄岑苷、黄酮类化合物、垂盆草苷等成分,提高其配方的稳定性和抗炎保湿活性,同时还具有抗氧化活性。

本发明公开一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.2-0.55份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖0.1-5份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.08份、甜菜碱0.5-1份、甘油1-3份、泛醇0.1-0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.01-0.5份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1-2份、卡波姆0.01-0.1份、三乙醇胺0.05-0.1份、氯苯甘醚0.05-0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.01-0.5份、香精0.001-0.002份、仙人掌多糖0.5-5份、黄岑根提取物0.5-5份、紫花地丁提取物0.1-3份、垂盆草提取物0.01-0.1份、去离子水74-96份。
进一步的,所述仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.5份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖3份、透明质酸钠0.05份、甜菜碱0.5份、甘油3份、泛醇0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.08份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1.5份、卡波姆0.08份、三乙醇胺0.08份、氯苯甘醚0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.1份、香精0.001份、仙人掌多糖1份、黄岑根提取物2份、紫花地丁提取物1份、垂盆草提取物0.1份、去离子水87份。
进一步的,所述仙人掌多糖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:在下午采集生长15~40天的仙人掌嫩片,挖刺去皮后切碎,用匀浆机匀浆2~10min,得仙人掌匀浆液;
S2、发酵:将仙人掌匀浆液在110~120℃下高温灭菌30~40min,在超净工作台中将菌液加入到仙人掌匀浆液中,用封口膜封口,置于180r/min的空气摇床中培养48~52h;而后在20000r/min下离心10~15min,取上清液,用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩至原体积的1/3;
S3、醇沉:将上述旋蒸液以3倍体积95%乙醇醇沉12~15h,将得到的溶液在20000r/min离心10~15min,取沉淀物经过冷冻干燥后得仙人掌多糖。
进一步的,所述菌液包括酵母菌液和乳酸菌中的至少一种。
进一步的,所述加入的菌液与仙人掌匀浆液的体积比为1:25。
进一步的,所述黄岑根提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过60目筛的黄岑根粉末中加入质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:19~20,采用超声波辅助提取法,设定提取温度65~75℃,功率130W,提取25~40min后取沉淀再重复上述步骤至少1次,合并提取液,减压过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得黄岑根提取物。
进一步的,所述紫花地丁提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过40目筛的紫花地丁粗粉中加入质量分数为65%的乙醇,按照料液比1:20的比例在温度55~65℃下加热回流提取2~3h,收集滤液,连续提取至少2次;合并滤液于旋转蒸发仪,65~70℃,0.9~0.95atm下,浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得紫花地丁提取物。
进一步的,所述垂盆草提取物的制备方法如下:称取洗净晾干的垂盆草,加入质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液,按照料液比为1:15的比例用匀浆机匀浆10~20min,静置离心得上清液,于旋转蒸发仪,70~80℃,0.9~0.95atm下,蒸干溶剂后冷冻干燥得垂盆草提取物。
本发明还公开一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇溶于甘油中,混合加热至70~75℃搅拌均匀,为A相原料;
(2)称取相应质量分数的尿囊素、羟甲基β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、泛醇、卡波姆和去离子水加入真空乳化锅,加热至85~95℃,均质保温20min至各料分散均匀,降温;
(3)降温至60~70℃时,加入A相原料,混合均匀;
(4)降温至50~60℃时,加入三乙醇胺,混合均匀,再加入PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16,混合均匀;
(5)降温至40~45℃时,加入相应质量份数的仙人掌多糖、黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物、氢化蓖麻油、香精,混合均匀,即得面膜液;
(6)将面膜布浸入面膜液中,封袋即得仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、本发明的面膜配方以仙人掌多糖为主,辅以黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物作为主要的抗炎保湿功效成分。三种提取物可以达到协同增效的抗炎效果,以多糖的多羟基结构结合提取物中的黄岑苷、黄酮类化合物、垂盆草苷等成分,提高其配方的稳定性和抗炎保湿活性,同时还有一定的抗氧化活性;
其中,仙人掌多糖为粘多糖的一种,是高分子的多羟基结构,黄岑根经超声波醇提后的主要成分为黄岑苷和黄岑素,具有拮抗组织胺(炎症因子)的作用,有明显的抗炎效果,黄芩提取物对透明质酸酶具有抑制作用(透明质酸酶是一种粘多糖裂解酶,它的强抑制剂具有抗炎作用),这也说明黄芩提取物具有抗炎抗敏的功效,同时黄芩提取物也可以防止仙人掌多糖进入肌肤后被透明质酸酶所分解失活;紫花地丁醇提物中含黄酮及其苷类、有机酸、香豆素成分等10余种有效成分,黄酮及其苷类是主要成分,其中芹菜素及其苷具有抗刺激、抗炎、抗过敏、抗衰老等多种对皮肤有益功效,木犀草素及其苷能抑制葡萄球菌和枯草杆菌的生长,也可抑制透明质酸酶活性,可延长粘多糖类保湿剂的生理活性;垂盆草提取物中的主要成分为垂盆草苷、糖类及黄酮类,可以抑制炎症介质的生成,减少炎症细胞因子水平。
2、本发明中仙人掌多糖通过微生物发酵法进行提取,相较于传统的热水浸提法、超声波辅助提取法、酸碱解法、微波辅助提取法、酶解法等来说,多糖提取率更高,同时本发明利用发酵法,一方面其反应条件温和且能耗少,可以简化后续纯化步骤,更为简单易操作;另一方面提取过程无其他化学试剂残留,得到的仙人掌多糖更为天然安全。
3、本发明的面膜配方中羧甲基葡聚糖是酵母葡聚糖的羧甲基化衍生物,解决了酵母葡聚糖的水溶性问题,通过结合到单核细胞、巨噬细胞、嗜中性细胞和NK细胞表面的葡聚糖受体发挥一种非自身分子的作用,刺激了免疫系统,达到调节皮肤自身免疫状态,抑制炎症生成和促进胶原蛋白合成,改善皮肤弹性的效果,此外,羧甲基葡聚糖还具有一定的抗氧化作用,可清除自由基,改善由于自由基过多引起的炎症。
4、本发明的面膜配方中保湿组分包括仙人掌多糖、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、甘油、泛醇,可以为干燥肌肤补充足够的保湿因子,起到即时保湿的效果,其中多糖分子链还相互交织成网状,可以与水的氢键结合,起到强度较高的保湿锁水的作用,同时,仙人掌多糖属于高分子聚合物具有良好的润滑和成膜性能,可在皮肤表面形成一层透气的水化薄膜,减少皮肤表面的水分蒸发,达到长时保湿的功效以克服现有技术中保湿效果不持续的技术问题。

下面结合较佳实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
以下实施例用于说明本发明,但不用来限制本发明的范围。若未特别指明,实施例中所用原料均为市售商品。
实施例1:
一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.5份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖3份、透明质酸钠0.05份、甜菜碱0.5份、甘油3份、泛醇0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.08份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1.5份、卡波姆0.08份、三乙醇胺0.08份、氯苯甘醚0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.1份、香精0.001份、仙人掌多糖1份、黄岑根提取物2份、紫花地丁提取物1份、垂盆草提取物0.1份、去离子水87份。
其中,所述仙人掌多糖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:在下午采集生长15天的仙人掌嫩片,挖刺去皮后切碎,用匀浆机匀浆2min,得仙人掌匀浆液;
S2、发酵:将仙人掌匀浆液在110℃下高温灭菌40min,在超净工作台中将酵母菌液加入到仙人掌匀浆液中,加入的酵母菌液与仙人掌匀浆液的体积比为1:25,用封口膜封口,置于180r/min的空气摇床中培养48h;而后在20000r/min下离心10min,取上清液,用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩至原体积的1/3;
S3、醇沉:将上述旋蒸液以3倍体积95%乙醇醇沉12h,将得到的溶液在20000r/min离心10min,取沉淀物经过冷冻干燥后得仙人掌多糖。
其中,所述黄岑根提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过60目筛的黄岑根粉末中加入质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:20,采用超声波辅助提取法,设定提取温度65℃,功率130W,提取25min后取沉淀再重复上述步骤至少1次,合并提取液,减压过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得黄岑根提取物。
其中,所述紫花地丁提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过40目筛的紫花地丁粗粉中加入质量分数为65%的乙醇,按照料液比1:20的比例在温度55℃下加热回流提取2h,收集滤液,连续提取至少2次;合并滤液于旋转蒸发仪,65℃,0.9atm下,浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得紫花地丁提取物。
其中,所述垂盆草提取物的制备方法如下:称取洗净晾干的垂盆草,加入质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液,按照料液比为1:15的比例用匀浆机匀浆10min,静置离心得上清液,于旋转蒸发仪,70℃,0.9atm下,蒸干溶剂后冷冻干燥得垂盆草提取物。
实施例2
一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方,具体包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.2份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖0.1份、透明质酸钠0.01份、甜菜碱0.7份、甘油1份、泛醇0.1份、氢化蓖麻油0.01份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1份、卡波姆0.01份、三乙醇胺0.08份、氯苯甘醚0.05份、苯氧乙醇0.01份、香精0.001份、仙人掌多糖0.5份、黄岑根提取物0.5份、紫花地丁提取物0.1份、垂盆草提取物0.01份、去离子水96份。
其中,所述仙人掌多糖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:在下午采集生长40天的仙人掌嫩片,挖刺去皮后切碎,用匀浆机匀浆10min,得仙人掌匀浆液;
S2、发酵:将仙人掌匀浆液在120℃下高温灭菌30min,在超净工作台中将乳酸菌液加入到仙人掌匀浆液中,加入的乳酸菌液与仙人掌匀浆液的体积比为1:25,用封口膜封口,置于180r/min的空气摇床中培养52h;而后在20000r/min下离心15min,取上清液,用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩至原体积的1/3;
S3、醇沉:将上述旋蒸液以3倍体积95%乙醇醇沉15h,将得到的溶液在20000r/min离心15min,取沉淀物经过冷冻干燥后得仙人掌多糖。
其中,所述黄岑根提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过60目筛的黄岑根粉末中加入质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:19,采用超声波辅助提取法,设定提取温度70℃,功率130W,提取30min后取沉淀再重复上述步骤至少1次,合并提取液,减压过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得黄岑根提取物。
其中,所述紫花地丁提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过40目筛的紫花地丁粗粉中加入质量分数为65%的乙醇,按照料液比1:20的比例在温度65℃下加热回流提取3h,收集滤液,连续提取至少2次;合并滤液于旋转蒸发仪,70℃,0.95atm下,浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得紫花地丁提取物。
其中,所述垂盆草提取物的制备方法如下:称取洗净晾干的垂盆草,加入质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液,按照料液比为1:15的比例用匀浆机匀浆20min,静置离心得上清液,于旋转蒸发仪,80℃,0.95atm下,蒸干溶剂后冷冻干燥得垂盆草提取物。
实施例3
一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方,具体包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.55份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖5份、透明质酸钠0.08份、甜菜碱1份、甘油2份、泛醇0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.5份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 2份、卡波姆0.1份、三乙醇胺0.1份、氯苯甘醚0.08份、苯氧乙醇0.5份、香精0.002份、仙人掌多糖5份、黄岑根提取物5份、紫花地丁提取物3份、垂盆草提取物0.06份、去离子水74份。
其中,所述仙人掌多糖的制备方法包括以下步骤:
S1、预处理:在下午采集生长25天的仙人掌嫩片,挖刺去皮后切碎,用匀浆机匀浆8min,得仙人掌匀浆液;
S2、发酵:将仙人掌匀浆液在115℃下高温灭菌35min,在超净工作台中将酵母菌液加入到仙人掌匀浆液中,加入的酵母菌液与仙人掌匀浆液的体积比为1:25,用封口膜封口,置于180r/min的空气摇床中培养50h;而后在20000r/min下离心12min,取上清液,用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩至原体积的1/3;
S3、醇沉:将上述旋蒸液以3倍体积95%乙醇醇沉14h,将得到的溶液在20000r/min离心12min,取沉淀物经过冷冻干燥后得仙人掌多糖。
其中,所述黄岑根提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过60目筛的黄岑根粉末中加入质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:19,采用超声波辅助提取法,设定提取温度75℃,功率130W,提取40min后取沉淀再重复上述步骤至少1次,合并提取液,减压过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得黄岑根提取物。
其中,所述紫花地丁提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过40目筛的紫花地丁粗粉中加入质量分数为65%的乙醇,按照料液比1:20的比例在温度60℃下加热回流提取2.5h,收集滤液,连续提取至少2次;合并滤液于旋转蒸发仪,68℃,0.92atm下,浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得紫花地丁提取物。
其中,所述垂盆草提取物的制备方法如下:称取洗净晾干的垂盆草,加入质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液,按照料液比为1:15的比例用匀浆机匀浆15min,静置离心得上清液,于旋转蒸发仪,75℃,0.92atm下,蒸干溶剂后冷冻干燥得垂盆草提取物。
实施例4
一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的制备方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇溶于甘油中,混合加热至70~75℃搅拌均匀,为A相原料;
(2)称取相应质量分数的尿囊素、羟甲基β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、泛醇、卡波姆和去离子水加入真空乳化锅,加热至85~95℃,均质保温20min至各料分散均匀,降温;
(3)降温至60~70℃时,加入A相原料,混合均匀;
(4)降温至50~60℃时,加入三乙醇胺,混合均匀,再加入PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16,混合均匀;
(5)降温至40~45℃时,加入相应质量份数的仙人掌多糖、黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物、氢化蓖麻油、香精,混合均匀,即得面膜液;
(6)将面膜布浸入面膜液中,封袋即得仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜。
对比实施例1:
与实施例1唯一的区别在于:所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的配方包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.5份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖3份、透明质酸钠0.05份、甜菜碱0.5份、甘油3份、泛醇0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.08份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1.5份、卡波姆0.08份、三乙醇胺0.08份、氯苯甘醚0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.1份、香精0.001份、仙人掌多糖1份、黄岑根提取物2份、去离子水88份。

根据上述实施例1-3与对比实施例1-3进行面膜液中各组分的用量统计如下表1:

性能测试:
1、耐热耐寒实验测试
根据实施例1-3的配方配制的仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,通过耐热耐寒实验测定其稳定性,按以下步骤进行:
(1)将面膜试样分为2组,装入6支20mm×120mm的试管内高度约80mm,塞上干净的胶塞。
(2)把一组待检的试管置于预先调节至(40±1)℃的恒温培养箱内,24h后取出,恢复至室温后与另一组试管的试样进行目测比较。
(3)将面膜试样分为2组,装入6支20mm×120mm的试管内,高度约80mm,塞上干净的胶塞。
(4)把一组待检的试管置于预先调节至(-8±2)℃的冰箱内,24h后取出,恢复至室温后与另一组试管的试样进行目测比较。
结论:经过目测表明,经过耐寒耐热实验后,本发明提供的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜其外观不会发生改变。
2、安全性评价实验
试验对象:实施例1-3所制备的面膜。
受试人群:40人,15~30岁之间,女20人,男20人。
健康状况受试者无皮肤病过敏史,符合受试者志愿入选标准。
斑贴方法:选用合格的斑试器,以封闭式斑贴实验方式,将受试物约0.020~0.025g放入斑贴器内,对照孔为空白;将样品和空白对照均贴于受试者的前臂曲侧,持续24h,去除斑贴器后间隔30min,待压痕消失后观察皮肤反应;斑贴试验后24h和48h分别再观察一次,观察皮肤反应;按照《化妆品卫生规范》中皮肤反应分级标准记录其结果。

人体皮肤斑贴试验结果显示40名受试者通过本发明所述的抗炎保湿面膜斑贴试验,在24h小时后观察皮肤反应,其中0例出现皮肤不良反应,说明试验所用的中药组合物安全。
3、小鼠耳抗炎实验
试验试剂:致炎剂(实施例1-3,对比实施例1-3),100%二甲苯
试验方法:将试验或对照样品溶解于致炎剂中,二者的体积比为1:1;将小鼠随机分为13组,每组10只,分成空白对照组、阳性对照组及样品组;在试验小鼠的右耳的前后两面涂布致炎剂(对照组)或含有样品的致炎剂(试验组);致炎剂的体积为0.02mL/只;左耳不作任何处理,1h后,将动物麻醉处死,剪下双耳,用9m直径打孔器分别将同一部位打下圆耳片,称重;每鼠右耳片重量减去左耳片重即为脚胀度,将样品组、阳性对照组与空白对照组的肿胀程度进行统计学处理并求出肿胀抑制率(%)。
试验结论:如表3所示:

由上述结果可知,实施例1-3均能降低小鼠的耳肿胀度,其抑制率与实验中的阳性对照组相接近,表明该面膜配方具有抗炎功效;此外,实施例1-3的抑制率均高于对比实施例,说明仙人掌多糖、黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物之间存在协同增效的作用,是单一提取物达不到的效果。
4、皮肤含水量测试
测试样品:实施例1-3以及对比实施例1-3。
测试方法:100名自愿者,随机分为10组;受试者先洗净双手前臂,在恒定温湿度下静坐30分钟,然后将受试者左右手臂两侧划分区域,每个区域3cm*3cm,分别在不同区域涂抹相同质量的测试样品至完全吸收。在使用前以及使用测试样品0.5h、2h、4h、8h后,由技术人员使用皮肤含水量测试仪CorneometerCM825测试相应试验区域的水分含量,测量5次,取平均值,记录数值,再用下式计算皮肤含水量增长率,结果见表4;

由上述表4可知,使用实施例1-3和对比实施例1-3后,皮肤含水量均有明显的增长,使用0.5h含水量增长均在80%以上,8h后含水量增长在60%以上,说明该配方均有即时和长效的保湿效果。
从实施例和对比实施例的对比可以看出,添加仙人掌多糖、紫花地丁提取物和垂盆草提取的实施例1-3与对比实施例1-3中只添加仙人掌多糖和黄岑根提取物、垂盆草提取物中的任意两种的皮肤含水量更高,说明仙人掌多糖和紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物三种提取物的复配具有协同保湿的效果,可以实现更为良好的补水、锁水效果。
5、人体试用评价
测试样品:实施例1。
测试方法:(1)邀请90位20~50岁之间女性志愿者,随机分为9组,每组20人,平均年龄28±2岁,分别试用并观察和感受使用效果。
(2)使用方法:志愿者清洁脸部,进行基础护肤后,将上述面膜敷于脸部15-20分钟后揭下,每周规定使用2次,坚持使用一个月,每周至少检查一次以了解有无全身及局部不良反应,并详细记录结果。测试评估结果如下表5:

由上表5可知,本发明中的仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的效果较好,试用志愿者表示其保湿补水的效果好,试用一个月后感觉皮肤干燥、局部炎症、粉刺等得到明显改善。
同时全部试用志愿者中未有人出现过敏现象,也均未出现皮肤瘙痒、刺痛、红肿等状况。因此,本发明中的仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜面膜温和安全,可长期使用,有强效保湿的功效。
上述实施例为本发明较佳的实施方式,但本发明的实施方式并不受上述实施例的限制,其他的任何未背离本发明的精神实质与原理下所作的改变、修饰、替代、组合、简化,均应为等效的置换方式,都包含在本发明的保护范围内。

1.一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于,包括以下重量份数的组分:尿囊素0.2-0.55份、羟甲基β-葡聚糖0.1-5份、透明质酸钠0.01-0.08份、甜菜碱0.5-1份、甘油1-3份、泛醇0.1-0.2份、氢化蓖麻油0.01-0.5份、PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16 1-2份、卡波姆0.01-0.1份、三乙醇胺0.05-0.1份、氯苯甘醚0.05-0.1份、苯氧乙醇0.01-0.5份、香精0.001-0.002份、仙人掌多糖0.5-5份、黄岑根提取物0.5-5份、紫花地丁提取物0.1-3份、垂盆草提取物0.01-0.1份、去离子水74-96份。

S1、预处理:在下午采集生长15~40天的仙人掌嫩片,挖刺去皮后切碎,用匀浆机匀浆2~10min,得仙人掌匀浆液;
S2、发酵:将仙人掌匀浆液在110~120℃下高温灭菌30~40min,在超净工作台中将菌液加入到仙人掌匀浆液中,用封口膜封口,置于180r/min的空气摇床中培养48~52h;而后在20000r/min下离心10~15min,取上清液,用旋转蒸发仪将上清液浓缩至原体积的1/3;
S3、醇沉:将上述旋蒸液以3倍体积95%乙醇醇沉12~15h,将得到的溶液在20000r/min离心10~15min,取沉淀物经过冷冻干燥后得仙人掌多糖。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于:所述菌液包括酵母菌液和乳酸菌中的至少一种。
5.如权利要求4所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于:所述加入的菌液与仙人掌匀浆液的体积比为1:25。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于:所述黄岑根提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过60目筛的黄岑根粉末中加入质量分数为60%的乙醇溶液,料液比为1:19~20,采用超声波辅助提取法,设定提取温度65~75℃,功率130W,提取25~40min后取沉淀再重复上述步骤至少1次,合并提取液,减压过滤,旋转蒸发浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得黄岑根提取物。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于:所述紫花地丁提取物的制备方法如下:将干燥的过40目筛的紫花地丁粗粉中加入质量分数为65%的乙醇,按照料液比1:20的比例在温度55~65℃下加热回流提取2~3h,收集滤液,连续提取至少2次;合并滤液于旋转蒸发仪,65~70℃,0.9~0.95atm下,浓缩至浓度0.5g/mL,得紫花地丁提取物。
8.如权利要求1所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜,其特征在于:所述垂盆草提取物的制备方法如下:称取洗净晾干的垂盆草,加入质量分数为75%的乙醇溶液,按照料液比为1:15的比例用匀浆机匀浆10~20min,静置离心得上清液,于旋转蒸发仪,70~80℃,0.9~0.95atm下,蒸干溶剂后冷冻干燥得垂盆草提取物。
9.如权利要求1至8任一所述的一种仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜的制备方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)将氯苯甘醚、苯氧乙醇溶于甘油中,混合加热至70~75℃搅拌均匀,为A相原料;
(2)称取相应质量分数的尿囊素、羟甲基β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、甜菜碱、泛醇、卡波姆和去离子水加入真空乳化锅,加热至85~95℃,均质保温20min至各料分散均匀,降温;
(3)降温至60~70℃时,加入A相原料,混合均匀;
(4)降温至50~60℃时,加入三乙醇胺,混合均匀,再加入PPG-12-丁醇聚醚-16,混合均匀;
(5)降温至40~45℃时,加入相应质量份数的仙人掌多糖、黄岑根提取物、紫花地丁提取物、垂盆草提取物、氢化蓖麻油、香精,混合均匀,即得面膜液;
(6)将面膜布浸入面膜液中,封袋即得仙人掌多糖抗炎保湿面膜。
