Abstract
本发明涉及中药化妆品技术领域,公开了一种美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,面膜液的原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物5‑25份、瓜蒌籽精油3‑6份、葡萄籽油1‑3份、黑蒜提取物5‑10份、四氢姜黄素1‑2份、甘油1‑4份、去离子水30‑40份、透明质酸钠15‑20份、抗菌剂1‑3份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.05‑0.1份、EDTA二钠0.5‑1份、乳化剂1‑2份、增稠剂1‑2份。与现有技术相比,本面膜液无毒副作用,具有较好的消炎抗痘、抗氧化、美白等功能。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药化妆品领域,特别涉及一种美白消炎面膜液的制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的面膜大多都是通过化工原料来达到其功能性作用,天然成分的面膜相对较少,在使用时常常会引起过敏更有甚者会使皮肤出现难以修复的瘢痕。人们对美有了更高的追求,对护肤品也有了更高的要求。根据市场的需求,我们发明了一种以天然提取物为主、成分简单、具有美白消炎功能的面膜。
瓜蒌始载于《神农本草经》中,是我国传统常用中药材,《古今图书集成·博物汇编·草木典》中的“栝楼部纪事”中就有讲栝楼美容:“燕地女子冬月用苦蒌涂面,谓之佛妆。但皆传而不洗,至春暖方涤去,久不为风日所侵,故洁白如玉也。”不为风日所侵,故洁白如玉也。”这是由于瓜蒌瓤提取液中含有络氨酸酶抑制成分,可以有效地抑制络氨酸酶的合成,从而抑制黑色素的合成,起到美白的作用。《本草纲目》中记载瓜蒌“润肺燥、降火、治咳嗽、涤痰结、止消渴、利大便、消痈肿疮毒”瓜蒌中含有的三萜类化合物及瓜蒌籽挥发油具有较好的消炎及抗菌能力。另外瓜蒌皮多糖和瓜蒌子多糖均有较强的清除DPPH自由基能力和还原能力,因此具有较好的抗氧化能力。目前瓜蒌主要是在心血管疾病等医学方面的应用,在护肤美容方面应用较少。
发明内容
发明目的:针对现有技术中存在的问题,本发明提供一种美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,制备出的美白消炎面膜液成分天然,无毒副作用,具有较好的消炎抗痘、抗氧化、美白等功能。
技术方案:本发明提供了一种美白消炎面膜液,原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物5-25份、瓜蒌籽精油3-6份、葡萄籽油1-3份、黑蒜提取物5-10份、四氢姜黄素1-2份、甘油1-4份、去离子水30-40份、透明质酸钠15-20份、抗菌剂1-3份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.05-0.1份、EDTA二钠0.5-1份、乳化剂1-2份、增稠剂1-2份。
优选地,所述瓜蒌瓤提取物是瓜蒌瓤的乙醇提取物,所述瓜蒌籽精油是瓜蒌籽的乙酸乙酯提取物。
优选地,所述乳化剂为以下任意一种或其组合:吐温20、吐温60、吐温80。
优选地,所述抗菌剂为以下任意一种或其组合:丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、瓜蒌瓤提取物、黑蒜提取物、四氢姜黄素。
优选地,所述增稠剂为以下任意一种或其组合:汉生胶、纤维素胶、瓜尔胶、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素。
本发明还提供了一种美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)在45℃条件下,将瓜蒌瓤提取物、瓜蒌籽精油、葡萄籽油、黑蒜提取物、四氢姜黄素加入乳化剂,超高速分散,超声波频率为20-40kHz,分散速度为5000-5400r·min-1,分散时间为30-50min,作为A相;(2)在75℃条件下,将去离子水、甘油、透明质酸钠、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵、EDTA二钠、增稠剂、抗菌剂,超高速分散,超声波频率为20-30kHz,分散速度为4600-4800r·min-1,作为B相;(3)待所述B相温度降至45℃,将所述A相与B相混合均匀即得美白消炎面膜液。
优选地,所述瓜蒌瓤提取物的提取步骤如下:瓜蒌瓤用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理1-2h,然后用70%乙醇多次提取,合并提取液后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙醇味,离心,脱色处理,即得所述瓜蒌瓤提取物。
优选地,所述瓜蒌籽精油的提取步骤如下:瓜蒌籽用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理30min,然后用乙酸乙酯多次提取,合并提取液后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙酸乙酯味,离心,脱色处理,得所述瓜蒌籽精油。
优选地,在所述步骤(3)之后,还将所得美白消炎面膜液灭菌后分装,并加入纯棉基布,得美白消炎面膜,每片美白消炎面膜中含有40g美白消炎面膜液。
优选地,所述的灭菌采用紫外线灭菌,灭菌时间为30min-60min。
有益效果:本发明中的美白消炎面膜液添加了瓜蒌瓤提取物、瓜蒌籽精油、葡萄籽油、黑蒜提取物和四氢姜黄素的面膜,除了具有一般面膜所具有的补水、嫩肤效果外,还可以达到美白皮肤、消炎祛痘、抗衰老的效果。
瓜蒌中含有丰富的有机酸、多糖类、酚类和黄酮类活性物质,瓜蒌瓤提取物可有效抑制氧化应激、减少炎症因子的释放,瓜蒌瓤提取物中含有植物甾醇、石竹素、甘草宁、水杨酸、阿魏酸等多种活性物质。植物甾醇具有一定的表面活性,对角蛋白和纤维细胞有增生作用,可促进胶原蛋白的合成;石竹素具有一定的抗菌性,且对5α-还原酶活性的抑制作用,可用于痤疮的防治,另外石竹素还可以促进胶原蛋白的合成,降低弹性蛋白的分解,从而达到嫩肤抗衰的效果;水杨酸可渗透到毛孔中使粉刺栓松动从而达到清除毛孔中堆积的粉刺污垢的作用,同时水杨酸还具有一定的消炎作用,是治疗痤疮的有效成分;阿魏酸是肉桂酸的衍生物之一,具有抗氧化、抗炎以及抗紫外线辐射等功,可促进细胞之间多糖体粘合物的生长,从而紧实皮肤、收敛毛孔,另外还有活肤、增白抗炎、抑制过敏的作用。
瓜蒌籽油中含有丰富脂肪酸类活性物质,含有的瓜蒌多糖等成分亦具有良好的消炎及抗菌能力,具有优异的抗氧化活性,当浓度达100mg/mL时,DPPH自由基清除率可达89.5%。
黑蒜提取物中的黑蒜多糖和多酚类化合物对DPPH自由基和ABTS自由基有明显的清除作用,且对细胞炎性因子的释放有明显抑制作用。
另外四氢姜黄素是一种天然功能性美白原料,具有抑制酪氨酸酶的强效活性,其美白效果优于熊果苷;能有效抑制自由基的生成并且清除已经生成的自由基,具有明显的抗氧化作用。
另外瓜蒌提取物、黑蒜提取物和四氢姜黄素对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿色链球菌等都有优良的抑制作用,尤其是对痤疮丙酸杆菌抑制作用明显。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明进行详细的介绍。
实施方式1:
本实施方式提供了一种美白消炎面膜液,原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物15份、瓜蒌籽精油3份、葡萄籽油3份、黑蒜提取物5份、四氢姜黄素2份、甘油3份、去离子水30份、透明质酸钠15份、丁二醇1份、1,2-戊二醇1份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.05份、EDTA二钠0.5份、纤维素胶1份和吐温60 1份。
上述美白消炎面膜液的制备方法包括以下步骤:
瓜蒌瓤提取物的制备:瓜蒌瓤用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理30min,然后用70%乙醇提取,多次提取,合并提取液,然后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙醇味,离心,脱色处理,即得瓜蒌瓤提取物。
瓜蒌籽用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理30min,然后用乙酸乙酯提取,多次提取,合并提取液,然后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙酸乙酯味,离心,脱色处理,得瓜蒌籽精油。
在45℃条件下,将瓜蒌瓤提取物、瓜蒌籽精油、葡萄籽油、黑蒜提取物、四氢姜黄素加入吐温60,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20-40kHz,分散速度为5000-5400r·min-1,分散时间为30-50min,作为A相;在75℃条件下,将去离子水、甘油、透明质酸钠、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵、EDTA二钠、纤维素胶、丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇,超高速分散,超声波频率为20-30kHz,分散速度为4600-4800r·min-1,作为B相;待所述B相温度降至45℃,将所述A相与B相混合均匀即得美白消炎面膜液。
将所得面膜液用紫外线灭菌30min后分装,并加入纯棉基布,得美白消炎面膜,每片美白消炎面膜中含有40g美白消炎面膜液。
实施方式2:
本实施方式提供了一种美白消炎面膜液,原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物10份、瓜蒌籽精油5份、葡萄籽油2份、黑蒜提取物10份、四氢姜黄素2份、甘油4份、去离子水35份、透明质酸钠15份、丁二醇2份、1,2-戊二醇1份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.05份、EDTA二钠0.5份、汉生胶1份和吐温80 1份。
上述美白消炎面膜液的制备方法与实施方式1完全相同,此处不做赘述。
实施方式3:
本实施方式提供了一种美白消炎面膜液,原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物20份,瓜蒌籽精油10份,葡萄籽油2份、黑蒜提取物5份、四氢姜黄素1份、甘油8份、去离子水40份、透明质酸钠20份、丁二醇1.5份、1,2-戊二醇1.5份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.1份、EDTA二钠0.5份、乙基纤维素1份和吐温20 1份。
上述美白消炎面膜液的制备方法与实施方式1完全相同,此处不做赘述。
对比例1:
本实施方式提供了一种面膜液,原料重量配比如下:复合精油8-15份、黄原胶3-5份、甘油5-8份、蚕丝胶蛋白0.15份、尿囊素0.15份、烟酰胺0.2-0.5份、柠檬酸钠0.5-1份、去离子水余量。
上述面膜液的制备方法为将复合金花葵精油、黄原胶、甘油、蚕丝胶蛋白、尿囊素、烟酰胺、柠檬酸钠、水按上述比例依次混合得到面膜液。
效果试验
受试对象和使用方法:
志愿者40名,年龄20-50岁,经筛选志愿者均无免疫缺陷或皮肤病史,随机分成1、2、3、4小组,各组无统计学差异。试验期间,试验部位提前三天停用任何外用物或化妆品,避免可能影响实验结果的因素。每位受试者分发两个月量的面膜。将受试样品涂于清洁后的面部,每天一次,连涂三天,第四次于第6日开始涂,此后,每周涂两次,每次涂20分钟,20分钟后洗去面膜,连续8周。观察美白保湿结果。
依据《中药新药临床研究指导原则》有关痤疮疗效标准制定。临床痊愈:皮损全部消退,仅留有色素沉着,无新皮疹发生。显效:皮损消退70%以上,新起皮疹少于5个。有效:皮损消退30%-69%,新起皮疹少于10个。无效:皮损消退29%以下或无明显变化甚至加重者。
试用实验结果如下:
皮肤的过敏性及刺激性:所有受试者均无过敏现象,也无皮肤刺激性反应的反馈。
功效测评见下表1,主要包括保湿度、滋润度、美白度及使用感四项,使用效果见图1。

消炎祛痘功效:通过红区检测观察抗炎及痤疮效果见下表2,实施例使用效果见图2(a),对比例使用效果见图2(b)。

Claims (9)
1. 一种美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述美白消炎面膜液的原料重量配比如下:瓜蒌瓤提取物5-25份、瓜蒌籽精油3-6份、葡萄籽油1-3份、黑蒜提取物5-10份、四氢姜黄素1-2份、甘油 1-4份、去离子水30-40份、透明质酸钠15-20份、抗菌剂1-3份、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵0.05-0.1份、EDTA二钠0.5-1份、乳化剂1-2份、增稠剂1-2份;
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)在45°C条件下,将瓜蒌瓤提取物、瓜蒌籽精油、葡萄籽油、黑蒜提取物、四氢姜黄素加入乳化剂,超声高速分散,超声波频率为20-40 kHz,分散速度为5000-5400 r·min-1,分散时间为30-50 min,作为A相;
(2)在75°C条件下,将去离子水、甘油、透明质酸钠、聚丙烯酰基二甲基牛磺酸铵、EDTA二钠、增稠剂、抗菌剂,超高速分散,超声波频率为20-30 kHz,分散速度为4600-4800 r·min-1,搅拌均匀作为B相;
(3)待所述B相温度降至45°C,将所述A相与B相混合均匀即得美白消炎面膜液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌瓤提取物的提取步骤如下:瓜蒌瓤用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理30min,后用70%乙醇多次提取,合并提取液后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙醇味,离心,脱色处理,即得所述瓜蒌瓤提取物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌籽精油的提取步骤如下:瓜蒌籽用粉碎机粉碎,超声处理30min,然后用乙酸乙酯多次提取,合并提取液后进行旋转蒸发浓缩提取液至无乙酸乙酯味,离心,脱色处理,得所述瓜蒌籽精油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤(3)之后,还将所得美白消炎面膜液灭菌后分装,并加入纯棉基布,得美白消炎面膜,每片美白消炎面膜中含有40g美白消炎面膜液。
5. 根据权利要求4所述的美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的灭菌采用紫外线灭菌,灭菌时间为30 min-60 min。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的美白消炎面膜液的制备方法,其特征在于,所述瓜蒌瓤提取物是瓜蒌瓤的乙醇提取物,所述瓜蒌籽精油是瓜蒌籽的乙酸乙酯提取物。
7.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的美白消炎面膜液,其特征在于,所述乳化剂为以下任意一种或其组合:吐温20、吐温60、吐温80。
8.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的美白消炎面膜液,其特征在于,所述抗菌剂为以下任意一种或其组合:丁二醇、1,2-戊二醇、瓜蒌瓤提取物、黑蒜提取物、四氢姜黄素。
9.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的美白消炎面膜液,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为以下任意一种或其组合:汉生胶、纤维素胶、瓜尔胶、羧甲基纤维素、乙基纤维素。
