一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆
技术领域
本发明属于造纸纸浆领域,具体涉及一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
背景技术
纸浆,是以植物纤维为原料,经不同加工方法制得的纤维状物质。可根据加工方法分为机械纸浆、化学纸浆和化学机械纸浆;也可根据所用纤维原料分为木浆、草浆、麻浆、苇浆、蔗浆、竹浆、破布浆等。又可根据不同纯度分为精制纸浆、漂白纸浆、未漂白纸浆、高得率纸浆、半化学浆等。一般多用于制造纸张和纸板;
在造纸工艺中,为提高纸张的平滑度、不透明度等光学性能指标,通常要向浆料中添加填料,如轻质碳酸钙、重质碳酸钙或滑石粉等,因此,填料在纸浆中是除浆料外的第二大原料,现有造纸工艺中,通常是将经过打浆后的不同浆料混合后,直接加入填料,随后再加入其他助剂,并没有对打浆后的不同浆料进行分离处理,这样长短不同的纤维原料混合在一起与填料相作用,既不能发挥出长纤维可提高纸张强度的优势,同时也不能充分发挥出短纤维有较好吸附力的作用,这种纸浆产出纸张的强度及填料的留着率都较低,同时为了提高纸的韧性,满足纸张在不同领域的需求,还需要进一步的提高纸浆的韧性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
竹浆50-60、异噻唑啉酮1-2、四氢糠醇3-4、乙酰丙酮锌0.4-1、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.1-0.2、氰乙基纤维素0.8-1、山梨坦单油酸酯1-2、双乙酸钠2-3、苄基三苯基氯化膦0.7-1、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、抗黄变溶液16-20。
所述的一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,所述的抗黄变溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰尿酸锌1-2、n-水杨酰苯胺0.1-0.3、棕榈酸钙1-2、四氢糠醇3-4、抗氧剂1680.1-0.2。
所述的抗黄变溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取氰尿酸锌,加入到其重量10-16倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入四氢糠醇,超声3-9分钟,得复合醇分散液;
(2)取n-水杨酰苯胺,加入到其重量24-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得苯胺溶液;
(3)取棕榈酸钙、抗氧剂168混合,加入到上述复合醇分散液中,升高温度为65-70℃,加入上述苯胺溶液,保温搅拌20-30分钟,即得所述抗黄变溶液。
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量4-6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入乙酰丙酮锌,在50-55℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得醇溶液;
(2)取氰乙基纤维素,加入到上述醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,超声3-9分钟,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)取山梨坦单油酸酯、双乙酸钠混合,加入到上述抗黄变溶液中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(4)取上述纤维醇溶液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,3-10分钟,与剩余各原料混合,600-900转/分搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
本发明的优点:
本发明加入的异噻唑啉酮、双乙酸钠能够有效的提高纸浆的抑菌性,加入的2-溴-4-甲基苯酚能够提高纸浆的抗黄变性,加入的棕榈酸钙、氰尿酸锌能够提高纸浆的耐热稳定性,加入的氰乙基纤维素能够提高纸浆的韧性,本发明的纸浆综合性能优越,各原料间的分散形容性好。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
竹浆50、异噻唑啉酮1、四氢糠醇3、乙酰丙酮锌0.4、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.1、氰乙基纤维素0.8、山梨坦单油酸酯1、双乙酸钠2、苄基三苯基氯化膦0.7、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1、抗黄变溶液16。
所述的一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,所述的抗黄变溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰尿酸锌1、n-水杨酰苯胺0.1、棕榈酸钙1、四氢糠醇3、抗氧剂1680.1。
所述的抗黄变溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取氰尿酸锌,加入到其重量10倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入四氢糠醇,超声3分钟,得复合醇分散液;
(2)取n-水杨酰苯胺,加入到其重量24倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得苯胺溶液;
(3)取棕榈酸钙、抗氧剂168混合,加入到上述复合醇分散液中,升高温度为65℃,加入上述苯胺溶液,保温搅拌20分钟,即得所述抗黄变溶液。
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量4倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入乙酰丙酮锌,在50℃下保温搅拌10分钟,得醇溶液;
(2)取氰乙基纤维素,加入到上述醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,超声3分钟,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)取山梨坦单油酸酯、双乙酸钠混合,加入到上述抗黄变溶液中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(4)取上述纤维醇溶液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,3分钟,与剩余各原料混合,600转/分搅拌1小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
实施例2
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
竹浆60、异噻唑啉酮2、四氢糠醇4、乙酰丙酮锌1、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.2、氰乙基纤维素1、山梨坦单油酸酯2、双乙酸钠3、苄基三苯基氯化膦1、十二烷基葡萄糖苷2、抗黄变溶液20。
所述的一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,所述的抗黄变溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰尿酸锌2、n-水杨酰苯胺0.3、棕榈酸钙2、四氢糠醇4、抗氧剂1680.2。
所述的抗黄变溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取氰尿酸锌,加入到其重量16倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入四氢糠醇,超声9分钟,得复合醇分散液;
(2)取n-水杨酰苯胺,加入到其重量20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得苯胺溶液;
(3)取棕榈酸钙、抗氧剂168混合,加入到上述复合醇分散液中,升高温度为70℃,加入上述苯胺溶液,保温搅拌30分钟,即得所述抗黄变溶液。
一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入乙酰丙酮锌,在55℃下保温搅拌20分钟,得醇溶液;
(2)取氰乙基纤维素,加入到上述醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,超声9分钟,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)取山梨坦单油酸酯、双乙酸钠混合,加入到上述抗黄变溶液中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(4)取上述纤维醇溶液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,10分钟,与剩余各原料混合,900转/分搅拌2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
性能测试:
取本发明纸浆制备的纸张与传统纸张(克重均为65g/m2)的性能测试对比:
本发明的纸张湿干比为21.7-22%,传统方法制备的纸张的湿干比为16-18%;
本发明的纸张抗张指数(N·m/g)为48-49,传统方法制备的纸张抗张指数(N·m/g)为39。

Claims (4)

1.一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,其特征在于,它是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
竹浆50-60、异噻唑啉酮1-2、四氢糠醇3-4、乙酰丙酮锌0.4-1、2-溴-4-甲基苯酚0.1-0.2、氰乙基纤维素0.8-1、山梨坦单油酸酯1-2、双乙酸钠2-3、苄基三苯基氯化膦0.7-1、十二烷基葡萄糖苷1-2、抗黄变溶液16-20。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,其特征在于,所述的抗黄变溶液是由下述重量份的原料组成的:
氰尿酸锌1-2、n-水杨酰苯胺0.1-0.3、棕榈酸钙1-2、四氢糠醇3-4、抗氧剂1680.1-0.2。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆,其特征在于,所述的抗黄变溶液的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取氰尿酸锌,加入到其重量10-16倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入四氢糠醇,超声3-9分钟,得复合醇分散液;
(2)取n-水杨酰苯胺,加入到其重量24-20倍的去离子水中,搅拌均匀,得苯胺溶液;
(3)取棕榈酸钙、抗氧剂168混合,加入到上述复合醇分散液中,升高温度为65-70℃,加入上述苯胺溶液,保温搅拌20-30分钟,即得所述抗黄变溶液。
4.一种如权利要求1-3中任一所述的抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取异噻唑啉酮,加入到其重量4-6倍的无水乙醇中,搅拌均匀,加入乙酰丙酮锌,在50-55℃下保温搅拌10-20分钟,得醇溶液;
(2)取氰乙基纤维素,加入到上述醇溶液中,搅拌均匀,超声3-9分钟,得纤维醇溶液;
(3)取山梨坦单油酸酯、双乙酸钠混合,加入到上述抗黄变溶液中,搅拌均匀,得水分散液;
(4)取上述纤维醇溶液、水分散液混合,搅拌均匀,加入山梨坦单油酸酯,3-10分钟,与剩余各原料混合,600-900转/分搅拌1-2小时,蒸馏除去乙醇,即得所述抑菌抗黄变造纸纸浆。
