背景技术
自动机械臂又名机械手臂,它是目前在机械人技术领域中得到最广泛实际应用的自动化机械装置,在工业制造、医学治疗、娱乐服务、军事、半导体制造以及太空探索等领域都能见到它的身影。尽管它们的形态各有不同,但它们都有一个共同的特点,就是能够接受指令,精确地定位到三维(或二维)空间上的某一点进行作业。
机械臂在使用过程中,易受周围介质的作用而损坏,在金属界面上发生化学或电化学多相反应,使金属转入氧化状态,发生金属腐蚀。防锈油是在矿油或其他基础油中加入油溶性的防锈剂、分散剂、抗氧化剂等而得到的金属暂时性防锈保护油,已广泛用于金属制品(主要是钢铁制品)的工序间、运输或贮存时的暂时防锈,具有防锈效果好、使用方便、成本低廉、易施工、易操作和易去除等优点,引起国内外油脂行业的高度重视,成为国内外研究和开发的热点之一。目前传统的防锈油大多成分简单,但其综合性能仍需要进一步提高。
发明内容
针对上述存在的问题,本发明提出了一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油及其制备方法,所得长效防锈油防锈性能好,防锈时间长,增强了对机械臂零部件的保护作用。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:
一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油85-100份、石油磺酸钙2-5份、十二烯基丁二酸1-2份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯1.5-2.5份、苯并三氮唑0.4-0.8份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯2-4份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1份、蓖麻油酸0.05-0.2份、氧化锌0.2-0.6份、酚类抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
优选地,所述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油92份、石油磺酸钙3份、十二烯基丁二酸1.5份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯2份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯3份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、蓖麻油酸0.1份、氧化锌0.4份、酚类抗氧化剂1份。
优选地,所述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,所述精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。
优选地,所述酚类抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
本发明还提供了上述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比称取各原料;
(2)将基础油加入到搅拌罐中,升温至60-70℃,加入石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸、苯并三氮唑、蓖麻油酸,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至115-125℃,充分搅拌直至基础油完全脱水;
(3))将步骤(2)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至65-75℃,加入三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续降温至45-55℃,加入硬脂酸镁、氧化锌、酚类抗氧化剂,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(4)混合均匀后搅拌降温至30-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得防锈油。
优选地,所述步骤(2)中的脱水温度为120℃。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明防锈油不含钡等有害物质,环保安全。
(2)本发明防锈油中含有多种缓蚀剂,利用缓蚀剂之间的加和效应,产生协同作用,形成多层分子吸附膜,共同堵塞相互之间的空隙,该膜层与金属附着力强,可形成紧密牢固的吸附膜,防锈性能好,防锈时间长,增强了对金属零部件的保护作用。
(3)本发明防锈油不易变色、氧化,不影响零部件的外观,综合性能优异,具有高的耐盐雾性、耐湿热性及耐老化性,油膜均匀稳定。

上述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,其中精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。
上述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比称取各原料;
(2)将基础油加入到搅拌罐中,升温至65℃,加入石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸、苯并三氮唑、蓖麻油酸,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至120℃,充分搅拌直至基础油完全脱水;
(3))将步骤(2)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70℃,加入三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续降温至45℃,加入硬脂酸镁、氧化锌、丁基羟基茴香醚,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(4)混合均匀后搅拌降温至30℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得防锈油。
实施例2:
一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油90份、石油磺酸钙4份、十二烯基丁二酸2份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯2份、苯并三氮唑0.5份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯2.5份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、蓖麻油酸0.15份、氧化锌0.6份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚1份。
上述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,其中精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。

上述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比称取各原料;
(2)将基础油加入到搅拌罐中,升温至70℃,加入石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸、苯并三氮唑、蓖麻油酸,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至120℃,充分搅拌直至基础油完全脱水;
(3))将步骤(2)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至70℃,加入三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续降温至50℃,加入硬脂酸镁、氧化锌、丁基羟基茴香醚,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(4)混合均匀后搅拌降温至30℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得防锈油。
实施例5:
一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油85份、石油磺酸钙5份、十二烯基丁二酸1份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯1.5份、苯并三氮唑0.8份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯2份、硬脂酸镁1份、蓖麻油酸0.05份、氧化锌0.2份、丁基羟基茴香醚0.5份。
上述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,其中精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。
上述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法同实施例1。
实施例6:
一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油100份、石油磺酸钙2份、十二烯基丁二酸2份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯1.5份、苯并三氮唑0.4份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯4份、硬脂酸镁1份、蓖麻油酸0.05份、氧化锌0.2份、2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚0.5份。
上述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,其中精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。
上述机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法同实施例2。
性能测试:
根据上述实施例配置的长效防锈油如下检测:
一、水膜置换性试验
参照SH/T0036标准,将试件快速垂直浸入浓度0.05%的NaCl水溶液中,取出检查试件工作面是否全部浸湿或有无锈点,如不完全浸润或有锈点可弃之不用。用滤纸吸取试件上部和下部余液且不得超过5s,将试件浸入长效防锈油中15s,取出沥干15min后,放入20-30℃的湿润槽中1h,取出试件其工作面均无锈蚀,判定合格。
二、湿热性能试验
参照GB/T2361标准,将涂有长效防锈油的三试件置于温度49±1℃、湿度≥95%的湿热试验箱内,5天后三试件均无锈蚀,判定合格。
三、腐蚀性能试验
参照SH/T0080标准,将规格要求的试件浸入长效防锈油中,在55±2℃保持7天,试件颜色均无变化,判定合格。
四、重叠性能试验
参照SH/T0692标准,将五片同种金属的钢片和铜片重叠,置于温度49±1℃、湿度≥95%的湿热试验箱内,5天后观察试件都无锈蚀或明显性叠印,判定合格。

Claims (6)

1.一种机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油85-100份、石油磺酸钙2-5份、十二烯基丁二酸1-2份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯1.5-2.5份、苯并三氮唑0.4-0.8份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯2-4份、硬脂酸镁0.5-1份、蓖麻油酸0.05-0.2份、氧化锌0.2-0.6份、酚类抗氧化剂0.5-1.5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料制成:基础油92份、石油磺酸钙3份、十二烯基丁二酸1.5份、三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯2份、苯并三氮唑0.6份、失水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯3份、硬脂酸镁0.8份、蓖麻油酸0.1份、氧化锌0.4份、酚类抗氧化剂1份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,其特征在于,所述基础油为精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的混合油,所述精制煤油、100SN基础油、200SN基础油、桐油的质量比为8:3:1:0.2。
4.根据权利要求1所述的机械臂零部件用长效防锈油,其特征在于,所述酚类抗氧化剂为丁基羟基茴香醚或2,6-二叔丁基对甲酚。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)按照上述配比称取各原料;
(2)将基础油加入到搅拌罐中,升温至60-70℃,加入石油磺酸钙、十二烯基丁二酸、苯并三氮唑、蓖麻油酸,在搅拌的状态下继续升温至115-125℃,充分搅拌直至基础油完全脱水;
(3))将步骤(2)脱水后的混合物在搅拌的状态下降温至65-75℃,加入三聚甘油单硬脂酸酯、失水山梨醇单油酸酯,搅拌均匀后继续降温至45-55℃,加入硬脂酸镁、氧化锌、酚类抗氧化剂,继续搅拌混合均匀;
(4)混合均匀后搅拌降温至30-40℃,过滤去掉杂质,即可得防锈油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的机械臂零部件用长效防锈油的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中的脱水温度为120℃。
