Abstract
本发明公开了一种防腐的弹性海绵,由65份聚醚PPG、20份海绵白油POP、5份海绵胶水HR‑330、2.2份水、0份甲基纤维素MC、0.7份硅油SI、0.26份催化剂A33、0.05份发泡催化剂A‑1、0.16份辛酸亚锡T‑9、33份甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI制备得到,所述弹性海绵的密度为38kg/m3的;本发明制备得到的海绵手感细腻、柔软、手感佳、舒适且弹性好,具有良好的防静电和耐水性,适用于现代沙发,汽车坐垫。

技术领域
本发明涉及海绵制造技术领域,具体是一种防腐的弹性海绵。
背景技术
海绵是一种多孔材料,通过将发泡树脂、发泡助剂和粘合剂树脂混合发泡后制备而成,PU海绵主要包括聚酯和聚醚型,可切片或卷切,还可以根据客户要求复合加工,,热压加工及爆破开孔处理等,PU海绵由于其具有保温、隔热、吸音、减震、阻燃、防静电、透气性能好等特性,被广泛应用于汽车工业、化妆品业、胸围内衣制造业及高档家具制造业,座椅、沙发、床垫等家具用品均使用到海绵,聚醚多元醇是生产聚氨酯海绵的主要原料,随着海绵制品的应用领域逐渐扩大,市场对海绵制品的性能要求也越来越高,现有的海绵在使用性能上已经无法满足日益增长的使用需求,迫切需要进行改进改良。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防腐的弹性海绵,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种防腐的弹性海绵,由65份聚醚PPG、20份海绵白油POP、5份海绵胶水HR-330、2.2份水、0份甲基纤维素MC、0.7份硅油SI、0.26份催化剂A33、0.05份发泡催化剂A-1、0.16份辛酸亚锡T-9、33份甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI制备而成。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述弹性海绵密度为38kg/m3。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述防腐的弹性海绵的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料备用;
2)将甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、水以及发泡催化剂A-1进行混合发泡后得到聚氨酯海绵;
3)将聚醚PPG、海绵白油POP、辛酸亚锡T-9混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
4)将步骤2)制备的聚氨酯海绵固定于模具顶部,将步骤3)制备的混合物放于模具内并加入催化剂A33、海绵胶水HR-330、混合发泡形成乳棉后,加入硅油SI使乳棉与聚氨酯海绵底部发生聚合反应进行粘合;
5)粘合成型后经冷却、切割步骤得到成品。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述步骤2)中聚氨酯海绵的密度为18-22kg/m3。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述聚合反应温度为90-130℃,聚合反应时间3-5min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明制备得到的海绵手感细腻、柔软、手感佳、舒适且弹性好,具有良好的防静电和耐水性,适用于现代沙发,汽车坐垫。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
一种防腐的弹性海绵,由65份聚醚PPG、20份海绵白油POP、5份海绵胶水HR-330、2.2份水、0份甲基纤维素MC、0.7份硅油SI、0.26份催化剂A33、0.05份发泡催化剂A-1、0.16份辛酸亚锡T-9、33份甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI制备而成,所述弹性海绵密度为38kg/m3。
所述防腐的弹性海绵的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料备用;
2)将甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、水以及发泡催化剂A-1进行混合发泡后得到聚氨酯海绵,聚氨酯海绵的密度为18-22kg/m3;
3)将聚醚PPG、海绵白油POP、辛酸亚锡T-9混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
4)将步骤2)制备的聚氨酯海绵固定于模具顶部,将步骤3)制备的混合物放于模具内并加入催化剂A33、海绵胶水HR-330、混合发泡形成乳棉后,加入硅油SI使乳棉与聚氨酯海绵底部发生聚合反应进行粘合,聚合反应温度为90-130℃,聚合反应时间3-5min;
5)粘合成型后经冷却、切割步骤得到成品。

Claims (5)
1.一种防腐的弹性海绵,其特征在于,由65份聚醚PPG、20份海绵白油POP、5份海绵胶水HR-330、2.2份水、0份甲基纤维素MC、0.7份硅油SI、0.26份催化剂A33、0.05份发泡催化剂A-1、0.16份辛酸亚锡T-9、33份甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI制备而成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防腐的弹性海绵,其特征在于,所述弹性海绵密度为38kg/m3。
3.根据权利要求1所述的防腐的弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
1)按配方称取各原料备用;
2)将甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI、水以及发泡催化剂A-1进行混合发泡后得到聚氨酯海绵;
3)将聚醚PPG、海绵白油POP、辛酸亚锡T-9混合搅拌均匀后得到混合物;
4)将步骤2)制备的聚氨酯海绵固定于模具顶部,将步骤3)制备的混合物放于模具内并加入催化剂A33、海绵胶水HR-330、混合发泡形成乳棉后,加入硅油SI使乳棉与聚氨酯海绵底部发生聚合反应进行粘合;
5)粘合成型后经冷却、切割步骤得到成品。
4.根据权利要求3所述的防腐的弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤2)中聚氨酯海绵的密度为18-22kg/m3。
5.根据权利要求3所述的防腐的弹性海绵的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚合反应温度为90-130℃,聚合反应时间3-5min。
