本发明公开了一种新型环保的海绵制造方法:(1)配备原料:按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒;聚醚多元醇;甲苯二异氰酸酯;水;二氯甲烷;鱼胶原蛋白;壳聚糖;蒙脱石粉;阻燃剂;硅油;香精;(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后冷却到3‑5℃,保持一定时间,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。本发明的工艺天然环保,又具有很好的回弹性能,表面光滑,耐存放不易老化。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种海绵制造工艺,属于海绵加工领域。
背景技术
海绵作为软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的一个分支,在工业生产、国防科技、医疗卫生、日常生活等各个领域有着广泛的应用。具有密度低、弹性回复好、吸音、透气、保温等优良性能。聚氨酯软泡产品占聚氨酯产业总消耗量的80%,随着工业的发展,这一比例还在上升。海绵是将聚醚或聚酯树脂、交联剂、发泡剂、催化剂以及表面活性剂混合在一起反应并成型的一种块状软泡,再经过切割、复合等工序加工成各种形状的制品。生产工艺主要有块状软泡和模塑软泡两种,因其使用的领域不同,对密度、软硬、回弹性都会有不同的要求。
海绵在日常生活中同样具有非常广泛的应用,尤其是聚氨酯海绵,广泛应用于公共场所及家庭的装饰材料,家居及家具类产品,如沙发,椅子,床垫,枕头,各类抱枕靠垫,室内外软装,装饰等。
本发明旨在提供一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其天然环保,又具有很好的回弹性能,而且制造过程天然环保。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的缺点,提供一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其天然环保,又具有很好的回弹性能,而且制造过程天然环保。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒200-250份;聚醚多元醇:130-180份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:120-140份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到3-5℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
本发明的有益之处在于:
本发明提供一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其天然环保,又具有很好的回弹性能,表面光滑,耐存放不易老化。

实施例1:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:

按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒200份;聚醚多元醇:180份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:120份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到5℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例2:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒250份;聚醚多元醇:130份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:140份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;

(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到4℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例4:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒240份;聚醚多元醇:140份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:139份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到5℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例5:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒220份;聚醚多元醇:160份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:121份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到3℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例6:
对比例1-2除了原料和速冷工艺和实施例1-5不同外,其他工艺均相同。

(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒230份;聚醚多元醇:150份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:135份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后在3分钟之内冷却到4℃,保持20min,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例7:
对比例2:
一种新型环保的海绵制造工艺,其步骤如下:
(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒245份;聚醚多元醇:135份;甲苯二异氰酸酯:125份;水:2.76份;二氯甲烷:8份;鱼胶原蛋白2份;壳聚糖0.8份;蒙脱石粉2份;阻燃剂:5份;硅油:1份;香精:0.001份;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
实施例:8:效果测评
按照 GB/T 1727–1992《漆膜一般制备方法》,用毛刷刷涂到经打磨除锈、除油处理过的镀锡铁(马口铁)上[规格 50 mm × 100 mm × (0.2-0.3) mm],膜厚大于100 μm, 25 °C下待涂料完全固化后进行相关基础物理性能测试。
对实施例1-5制备得到的防腐涂料按照相关标准进行性能的测试,结果如表1所示:

由此可见,本发明原料和速冷工艺起到了良好的协同效果,大大增强了泡沫的抗老化性能,增加了回弹性,不易老化和变形。

(1)配备原料:
按照重量份数,取粉碎海绵颗粒;聚醚多元醇;甲苯二异氰酸酯;水;二氯甲烷;鱼胶原蛋白;壳聚糖;蒙脱石粉;阻燃剂;硅油;香精;
(2) 在封闭的生产线上进行:
将步骤(1)配备的原料混合均匀,加热到28℃,期间不断搅拌,然后冷却到3-5℃,保持一定时间,然后再进行常规发泡工艺进行发泡;
(3)发泡完成后,进行切断,切片,制成成品。
2.权利要求1所述的制备方法,其特征在于:
