Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法及塑胶仿藤材料,制备方法包括:将高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体以第一预设压力均匀挤出;然后将挤出的产品通过第一模具后,进行冷却;冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。本发明中的塑胶仿藤材料,通过对高分子聚乙烯采用乙烷气体进行物理发泡,可以发泡达到海绵一样的效果,具有透气,硬度较软、冬暖夏凉的特点,可以反复直接用水冲洗,可循环利用,可以起到海绵的高回弹和反冲效果,可以取代座垫,为市场环节节约成本。

一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法及塑胶仿藤材料
技术领域
本发明涉及塑胶仿藤材料技术领域,具体涉及一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法及塑胶仿藤材料。
背景技术
过往的编织制品在编织过程中采用天然藤(如草藤或者木藤)或仿真藤,天然藤制品虽然外观自然、古朴、雅致,但是天然藤易吸收水分,吸水后易发霉变质,甚至会影响到其耐磨性,从而影响使用寿命,天然藤不能回收又不环保,故不适合户外使用,现在大多数采用仿真藤代替天然藤进行编织,仿真藤编织制品在生活中越来越受消费者的青睐。
塑胶仿藤材料主要是用于编织工艺品,如水果篮,面包篮,鸡蛋篮,收纳筐等,其缺点很明显,如密度大,成本高等,且没有防震抗摔的功能,由于其密度大,且没有任何反冲作用,编织出来的产品手感过硬,没有水草轻柔的感觉,另一方面塑胶仿藤材料也可应用于编织仿藤户外家具,由于塑胶仿藤材料过硬,而不透气,会导致使用者坐久而过热,另外由于其密度大,夏天坐过热,冬坐过于冰凉,给使用者带来不适,因此,亟需一种塑胶仿藤材料来解决这一问题。
发明内容
为此,本发明提供一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法及塑胶仿藤材料,以解决现有技术中塑胶仿藤材料手感过硬且不透气容易导致使用者不适的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
本发明提供了一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,所述塑胶仿藤材料为上面所述的塑胶仿藤材料,包括:
将高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体以第一预设压力均匀挤出;
然后将挤出的产品通过第一模具后,进行冷却;
冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。
进一步地,所述第一模具上设有多个模具孔,多个所述模具孔沿着所述第一模具的横截面均匀分布。
进一步地,多个所述模具孔的直径相同或者不同。
进一步地,冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料具体为对塑胶仿藤材料的表面按照水葫芦表面进行颜色和木纹调整,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。
进一步地,冷却方式为水冷或者空冷。
进一步地,所述第一预设压力为3-6MPa。
本发明还提供了一种塑胶仿藤材料,所述塑胶仿藤材料采用上面的制备方法制备,所述塑胶仿藤材料的横截面呈圆形、弧拱形、矩形或者椭圆形,且所述塑胶仿藤材料沿着其长度方向的横截面一致,所述塑胶仿藤材料的外表面设有包覆层。
进一步地,所述塑胶仿藤材料采用高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体发泡工艺制成。
本发明具有如下优点:
本发明中的塑胶仿藤材料,通过对高分子聚乙烯采用乙烷气体进行物理发泡,可以发泡达到海绵一样的效果,具有透气,硬度较软、冬暖夏凉的特点,可以反复直接用水冲洗,可循环利用,可以起到海绵的高回弹和反冲效果,可以取代座垫,为市场环节节约成本。

根据本发明实施例,提供了一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,如图1所示,包括:
S1、将高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体以第一预设压力均匀挤出;
S2、然后将挤出的产品通过第一模具后,进行冷却;
S3、冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。
所述第一模具上设有多个模具孔,多个所述模具孔沿着所述第一模具的横截面均匀分布。通过设置多个模具孔,可一次生产多根塑胶仿藤材料,提高生产的效率。
多个所述模具孔的直径相同或者不同。通过将多个模具孔的直径设置为相同或者不同,可一次生产不同规格的多根塑胶仿藤材料,方便后续编织不同的产品使用。
冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料具体为对塑胶仿藤材料的表面按照水葫芦表面进行颜色和木纹调整,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。其中,水葫芦表面的颜色可采用颜料进行调整,使得具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料从表面上类似于水葫芦制品,颜色均匀,外表美观。
冷却方式为水冷或者空冷。其中,水冷的方式可采用浸泡在水槽内冷却定型的方式。进行冷却前的产品为从热熔挤出机内挤出的产品。
所述第一预设压力为3-6MPa。
本发明实施例还提供了一种塑胶仿藤材料,所述塑胶仿藤材料的横截面呈圆形、弧拱形、矩形或者椭圆形,且所述塑胶仿藤材料沿着其长度方向的横截面一致,所述塑胶仿藤材料的外表面设有包覆层。
这里需要说明的是也可以根据客户的要求,制成其他形状的横截面。
所述塑胶仿藤材料采用高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体发泡工艺制成。
本发明中的塑胶仿藤材料,通过对高分子聚乙烯采用乙烷气体进行物理发泡,可以发泡达到海绵一样的效果,具有透气,硬度较软、冬暖夏凉的特点,可以反复直接用水冲洗,可循环利用,可以起到海绵的高回弹和反冲效果,可以取代座垫,为市场环节节约成本。
现有技术中的塑胶仿藤制品,只是单纯的塑料或化学发泡,其密度有极限值,达不到海绵的密度,本发明中的塑胶仿藤材料属于物理发泡,采用乙烷气体发泡,可以发泡达到海绵一样的效果,具有防震抗摔的功能,可大大增加塑胶仿藤材料的应用范围。
虽然,上文中已经用一般性说明及具体实施例对本发明作了详尽的描述,但在本发明基础上,可以对之作一些修改或改进,这对本领域技术人员而言是显而易见的。因此,在不偏离本发明精神的基础上所做的这些修改或改进,均属于本发明要求保护的范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
将高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体以第一预设压力均匀挤出;
然后将挤出的产品通过第一模具后,进行冷却;
冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,
所述第一模具上设有多个模具孔,多个所述模具孔沿着所述第一模具的横截面均匀分布。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,多个所述模具孔的直径相同或者不同。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,冷却后的产品进入包覆磨具后进行二次成型加工,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料具体为对塑胶仿藤材料的表面按照水葫芦表面进行颜色和木纹调整,得到具有包覆层的塑胶仿藤材料。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,冷却方式为水冷或者空冷。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一预设压力为3-6MPa。
7.一种塑胶仿藤材料,其特征在于,塑胶仿藤材料采用权利要求1至6中任一项所述的制备方法制备,所述塑胶仿藤材料的横截面呈圆形、弧拱形、矩形或者椭圆形,且所述塑胶仿藤材料沿着其长度方向的横截面一致,所述塑胶仿藤材料的外表面设有包覆层。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种塑胶仿藤材料,其特征在于,所述塑胶仿藤材料采用高分子聚乙烯和乙烷气体发泡工艺制成。
