Abstract

本发明涉及聚氨酯应用领域,具体涉及一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,环境温度控制在20℃~25℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌20s~30s,静置3min~5min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度控制在20℃~30℃,开始计时、快速搅拌5s~8s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间90s~150s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。本发明制造的超柔软聚氨酯软泡生产成本低,得到的超柔软泡沫泡孔细腻,撕裂强度好,回弹率高,触感柔软,更适宜对泡沫柔软度要求较高的领域。

Description

一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于聚氨酯应用领域,具体涉及一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法。
背景技术
近年来,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对聚氨酯软泡的性能要求也越来越高。其中,超柔软聚氨酯泡沫由于优越的性能和手感,在汽车、家具等行业获得了比较大的发展,在高档沙发、枕芯、床具、汽车配饰、体育健身器材等方面备受亲睐。例如,真皮沙发如果想要达到舒适的要求,则其内表层一般要求覆有一层4cm厚左右的弹性好、超柔软的聚氨酯软泡。
目前制备超柔软聚氨酯泡沫的主要方法有如下几种:
(1)在聚氨酯软泡中添加物理发泡剂;
(2)降低异氰酸酯指数;
(3)使用结构特殊的多元醇;
(4)聚氨酯泡沫配方中添加软化剂。
前两种方法得到的泡沫并不是真正意义上的超柔软泡沫,更多的应该是低密度或是超低密度泡沫,弹性、撕裂强度等一般达不到超柔软泡沫的要求。后两种方法可以得到超柔软泡沫,并能通过调节配方得到中高密度的超柔软泡沫,但由于使用特殊的聚醚多元醇或软化剂,增加了泡沫成本。
发明内容
本发明旨在避免现有技术的不足,提供一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法。采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸脂(2,4-TDI)为异氰酸酯组分,不用特殊的聚醚多元醇,也不用加入软化剂,直接利用普通软泡合成的原料、助剂、催化剂等直接合成超柔软聚氨酯软泡,生产成本低,得到的超柔软泡沫泡孔细腻,撕裂强度好,回弹适中,触感柔软,更适宜对泡沫柔软度要求较高的领域。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,环境温度控制在20℃~25℃,将各组分按重量份:聚醚多元醇100份,泡沫稳定剂0.7-2份,胺催化剂0.2-1份,锡催化剂0.19-0.5,交联剂0.8-3份,水2.8-5.2份按配方称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机,转速3000rad/min,混合搅拌20s~30s,静置3min~5min,再将称量好的2,4体含量为100%的甲苯二异氰酸酯30-40份倒入物料混合桶,物料温度控制在20℃~30℃,开始计时、快速搅拌5s~8s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间90s~150s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
所述聚醚多元醇为羟值30-60mgKOH/g的聚醚;
所述泡沫稳定剂为硅-碳键Si-C共聚物;
所述胺催化剂为双(二甲胺基乙基)醚、三乙烯二胺或三乙醇胺中的一种或几种;
所述锡催化剂优选为辛酸亚锡或二月硅酸二丁基锡;
所述交联剂为胺类交联剂,优选二乙醇胺。
所述甲苯二异氰酸酯的2,4体含量为100%。
本发明具有以下优点:
采用2,4-甲苯二异氰酸脂为异氰酸酯组分,不用特殊的聚醚多元醇,也不用加入软化剂,直接利用普通软泡合成的原料、助剂、催化剂等,一步法直接合成超柔软聚氨酯软泡,生产成本低,得到的超柔软泡沫泡孔细腻,撕裂强度好,回弹适中,触感柔软,更适宜对泡沫柔软度要求较高的领域。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的原理和特征进行描述,所举实例只用于解释本发明,并非用于限定本发明的范围。
实施例1
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚3010:100份
硅油L-580:1.5份
催化剂A-1:0.12份
A-1是普通市售产品,由质量分数为70%的双(二甲氨基乙基)醚与30%一缩二丙二醇(DPG)配成的溶液。
催化剂A-33:0.24份
A-33是普通市售产品,含有33%三乙烯二胺的液体催化剂。
催化剂T-9(辛酸亚锡):0.2份
二乙醇胺:0.8份
水:5.0份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:38.3份
发泡方法如下:环境温度23℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌25s,静置3min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度22℃,快速搅拌6s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间124s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度18kg/m3,25%压陷硬度45N;65%压陷硬度108N,回弹率38%,撕裂强度2.8N/cm
实施例2
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚TMD-5000:100份
硅油L-633:1.0份
催化剂三乙醇胺:1份
催化剂T-9(辛酸亚锡):0.2份
二乙醇胺:1.1份
水:4.9份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:31.4份
发泡方法如下:环境温度20℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌20s,静置5min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度25℃,快速搅拌5s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间141s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度16.5kg/m3,25%压陷硬度43N;65%压陷硬度105N,回弹率37%,撕裂强度2.75N/cm
实施例3
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚5613:100份
硅油L-580:1.4份
催化剂三乙醇胺:0.31份
催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡:0.3份
二乙醇胺:1.5份
水:5.1份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:39份
发泡方法如下:环境温度25℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌30s,静置4min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度30℃,快速搅拌5s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间90s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度18.4kg/m3,25%压陷硬度45N;65%压陷硬度110N,回弹率39%,撕裂强度2.84N/cm
实施例4
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚EP-455S:100份
硅油B-8123:1.8份
催化剂A-1:0.1份
催化剂A-33:0.12份
催化剂T-9(辛酸亚锡):0.45份
二乙醇胺:0.8份
水:5.2份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:35.1份
发泡方法如下:环境温度21℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌30s,静置3min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度27℃,快速搅拌6s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间111s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度15.1kg/m3,25%压陷硬度45N;65%压陷硬度107N,回弹率38%,撕裂强度2.65N/cm
实施例5
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚450L:100份
硅油L-2580:1.6份
催化剂A-33:0.52份
催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡:0.5份
二乙醇胺:3份
水:2.8份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:30.9份
发泡方法如下:环境温度22℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌27s,静置5min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度30℃,快速搅拌8s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间135s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度22.1kg/m3,25%压陷硬度42N;65%压陷硬度103N,回弹率35%,撕裂强度2.45N/cm
实施例6
一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡,由下列原料发泡而成,各组分按重量份数为:
聚醚5613:100份
硅油L-580:0.72份
催化剂A-1:0.2份
催化剂A-33:0.35份
催化剂二月桂酸二丁基锡:0.19份
二乙醇胺:2.9份
水:4.8份
甲苯二异氰酸酯TDI-100:38.9份
发泡方法如下:环境温度20℃,将聚醚多元醇、泡沫稳定剂、胺催化剂、锡催化剂、交联剂按配方量称取后加入物料桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌23s,静置4min,再将称量好的甲苯二异氰酸酯倒入物料混合桶,物料温度20℃,快速搅拌5s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间150s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
泡沫性能:表观密度18.1kg/m3,25%压陷硬度45N;65%压陷硬度108N,回弹率37%,撕裂强度2.75N/cm。

Claims (6)

1.一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于:环境温度控制在20℃~25℃,将各组分按重量份:聚醚多元醇100份,泡沫稳定剂0.7-2份,胺催化剂0.2-1份,锡催化剂0.19-0.5,交联剂0.8-3份,水2.8-5.2份,称取后加入物料混合桶,用搅拌机混合搅拌20s~30s,转速3000rad/min,静置3min~5min,再将称量好的2,4体含量为100%的甲苯二异氰酸酯30-40份倒入物料混合桶,物料温度控制在20℃~30℃,开始计时,快速搅拌5s~8s后,将混合物料倒入发泡箱进行发泡,反应时间90s~150s,熟化后裁割成需要的尺寸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,所述聚醚多元醇为羟值30-60mgKOH/g的聚醚。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,所述泡沫稳定剂为硅-碳键Si-C共聚物。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,所述胺催化剂为双(二甲胺基乙基)醚、三乙烯二胺或三乙醇胺中的一种或几种。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,所述锡催化剂为辛酸亚锡或二月桂 酸二丁基锡。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种超柔软聚氨酯软泡的制备方法,其特征在于,所述交联剂为胺类交联剂。
