本发明提供了一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)配取各种物料,b)高速混搅处理,c)定型及后处理。本发明揭示了一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,该制备方法采用独特的工艺配方,通过改变聚氨酯分子链的结构对聚氨酯进行改性,制得的聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有优良的回弹性,手感极其柔软,用途非常广泛。

一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料,具体涉及一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,属于塑料技术领域。
背景技术
塑料是一种非常重要的有机合成高分子材料,应用非常广泛。塑料是由许多材料配制而成的,其中高分子聚合物也称合成树脂是塑料的主要成分,此外,为了改进塑料的性能,还要在高分子化合物中添加各种辅助材料,如填料、增塑剂、润滑剂、稳定剂、着色剂、抗静电剂等,才能成为性能良好的塑料。我国是个塑料原料生产大国,作为轻工行业支柱产业之一的塑料行业,一直以来都保持了较快的发展速度,同时,经济效益也取得了很大的提高。
聚氨酯泡沫塑料在人们的日常生活中用途极为广泛,其中软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料的需求更是多种多样,广泛用于垫材、包装、绝热、防震、隔音等。目前,很多软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料由于工艺配方设计的不合理,导致生产的聚氨酯泡沫制品回弹性不够好,手感柔软度不高,不能很好满足各种不同需求,难以大范围推广应用。
发明内容
针对上述需求,本发明提供了一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,该制备方法采用独特的工艺配方,通过改变聚氨酯分子链的结构对聚氨酯进行改性,制得的聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有优良的回弹性,手感极其柔软,用途非常广泛。
本发明是一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)配取各种物料,b)高速混搅处理,c)定型及后处理。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤a)中,配取的各种物料包括聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、催化剂辛酸亚锡、助剂三乙烯二胺、软化剂Ortegol310、软化剂二氯甲烷、表面活性剂硅油和去离子水。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的各种物料的配比按重量份数计分别为:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯39.5份、催化剂辛酸亚锡0.26份、助剂三乙烯二胺0.38份、软化剂二氯甲烷5份、表面活性剂硅油1.2份、去离子水2.8份。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的各种物料的配比按重量份数计分别为:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯42份、催化剂辛酸亚锡0.22份、助剂三乙烯二胺0.36份、软化剂Ortegol310为1份、表面活性剂硅油1.35份、去离子水3份。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤b)中,高速混搅处理采用了多接口方管混合器,搅拌速度为5500r/min,搅拌时间为5~8s。
在本发明一较佳实施例中,所述的步骤c)中,定型及后处理包括出料、入反应装置反应定型、切断反应装置和仓库存放,其中,反应定型时间为125~140s。
本发明揭示了一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,该制备方法采用独特的工艺配方,通过改变聚氨酯分子链的结构对聚氨酯进行改性,制得的聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有优良的回弹性,手感极其柔软,用途非常广泛。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
图1是本发明实施例超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料制备方法的工序步骤图;该制备方法包括如下步骤:a)配取各种物料,b)高速混搅处理,c)定型及后处理。
实施例1
具体制备方法如下:
a)配取各种物料,以重量份数计按如下配比称取:100份聚醚多元醇、39.5份甲苯二异氰酸酯、0.26份催化剂辛酸亚锡、0.38份助剂三乙烯二胺、5份软化剂二氯甲烷、1.2份表面活性剂硅油、2.8份去离子水。
b)高速混搅处理,将称取的反应物聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯、催化剂辛酸亚锡、助剂三乙烯二胺、软化剂二氯甲烷、表面活性剂硅油以及去离子水分别输入多接口方管混合器中进行预混,混料进入到混合头,在5500r/min速度下高速搅拌6s后停止搅拌。
c)定型及后处理,先将步骤b)制取的混料经出料槽迅速送入到反应装置中进行发泡反应和凝胶反应,反应125s后,切断反应装置即可完成产品定型,最后将定型后的成品进行检验、包装并入仓库存放。经性能检测,制备的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的密度为19.3kg/m3,回弹率为38.2%,25%压缩负荷为60N。
实施例2
具体制备方法如下:
a)配取各种物料,以重量份数计按如下配比称取:100份聚醚多元醇、42份甲苯二异氰酸酯、0.22份催化剂辛酸亚锡、0.36份助剂三乙烯二胺、1份软化剂Ortegol310、1.35份表面活性剂硅油、3份去离子水。
b)高速混搅处理,将称取的反应物聚醚多元醇和甲苯二异氰酸酯、催化剂辛酸亚锡、助剂三乙烯二胺、软化剂二氯甲烷、表面活性剂硅油以及去离子水分别输入多接口方管混合器中进行预混,混料进入到混合头,在5500r/min速度下高速搅拌8s后停止搅拌。
c)定型及后处理,先将步骤b)制取的混料经出料槽迅速送入到反应装置中进行发泡反应和凝胶反应,反应130s后,切断反应装置即可完成产品定型,最后将定型后的成品进行检验、包装并入仓库存放。经性能检测,制备的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的密度为19kg/m3,回弹率为39.2%,25%压缩负荷为62N。
本发明揭示了一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,该制备方法采用独特的工艺配方,通过改变聚氨酯分子链的结构对聚氨酯进行改性,制得的聚氨酯泡沫塑料具有优良的回弹性,手感极其柔软,用途非常广泛。

1.一种超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的制备方法包括如下步骤:a)配取各种物料,b)高速混搅处理,c)定型及后处理。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤a)中,配取的各种物料包括聚醚多元醇、甲苯二异氰酸酯、催化剂辛酸亚锡、助剂三乙烯二胺、软化剂Ortegol310、软化剂二氯甲烷、表面活性剂硅油和去离子水。
3.根据权利要求2所述的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的各种物料的配比按重量份数计分别为:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯39.5份、催化剂辛酸亚锡0.26份、助剂三乙烯二胺0.38份、软化剂二氯甲烷5份、表面活性剂硅油1.2份、去离子水2.8份。
4.根据权利要求2所述的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的各种物料的配比按重量份数计分别为:聚醚多元醇100份、甲苯二异氰酸酯42份、催化剂辛酸亚锡0.22份、助剂三乙烯二胺0.36份、软化剂Ortegol310为1份、表面活性剂硅油1.35份、去离子水3份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超软聚氨酯泡沫塑料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的步骤b)中,高速混搅处理采用了多接口方管混合器,搅拌速度为5500r/min,搅拌时间为5~8s。
