本发明提供一种汽车转向防抱死丁腈橡胶减震环配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为丁腈橡胶60~130份,N550炭黑20~60份,N330炭黑20~60份,醚基增塑10~25份,氧化锌2~8份,硬脂酸1~4份,苯胺类防老剂445为1~5份,硫磺0.1~0.8份,硫化剂1.2~2.3份,耐热剂2.0~4.5份,耐磨剂1~7份。使用日本进口生胶,环保增塑剂TP90B,超耐热防老剂445,低硫高促硫化体系,产品具有优异的耐热性,体系环保,无有害物质,制品弹性高、刚度高,满足保时捷技术要求,整车安全性能提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车转向防抱死丁腈橡胶减震环配方。
背景技术
目前在制造汽车转向防抱死减振环时,通常使用常用的橡胶配方进行制备,但是一般橡胶制备的汽车转向防抱死减振环在工作一段时间后容易由于受热导致减振环损坏,并且容易出现减震弹性不足,造成车辆部件磨损,影响产品的使用寿命。因此,解决使用一般橡胶制备的汽车转向防抱死减振环受热导致减振环损坏且减震弹性不足的问题就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车转向防抱死丁腈橡胶减震环配方,通过丁腈橡胶、N550炭黑、N330炭黑、醚基增塑、氧化锌、硬脂酸、苯胺类防老剂、硫磺、硫化剂、耐热剂和耐磨剂的组合,制备出耐热性能强且弹性充足的汽车转向防抱死丁腈橡胶减震环。

进一步改进在于:所述配方材料的质量份数为丁腈橡胶100份,N550炭黑50份,N330炭黑30份,醚基增塑10份,氧化锌5份,硬脂酸1份,苯胺类防老剂445为1份,硫磺0.3份,硫化剂1.8份,耐热剂3.5份,耐磨剂5份。
进一步改进在于:所述丁腈橡胶为JSR N230S丁腈橡胶。
进一步改进在于:所述醚基增塑为醚基增塑TP90B。
进一步改进在于:所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTMD。
本发明的有益效果是:使用日本进口生胶,环保增塑剂TP90B,超耐热防老剂445,低硫高促硫化体系,产品具有优异的耐热性,体系环保,无有害物质,制品弹性高、刚度高,满足保时捷技术要求,整车安全性能提高。

实施例二
本实施例提供一种汽车转向防抱死丁腈橡胶减震环配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为丁腈橡胶130份,N550炭黑60份,N330炭黑60份,醚基增塑25份,氧化锌8份,硬脂酸4份,苯胺类防老剂445为5份,硫磺0.8份,硫化剂2.3份,耐热剂4.5份,耐磨剂7份。所述丁腈橡胶为JSR N230S丁腈橡胶。所述醚基增塑为醚基增塑TP90B。所述硫化剂为硫化剂DTMD。
实施例三
