技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制造领域,尤其涉及一种汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管配方。
背景技术
目前在制造汽车空调系统中的冷却水管时,通常使用的是橡胶作为水管材料进行制备,而一般的橡胶材质的冷却水管在使用的过程由于受热等问题,容易出现问题,导致冷却水管损坏,并且由于冷却水管弹性不足,导致水管涨裂,影响水管的使用寿命。因此,设计一种汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管配方就显得尤为重要了。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管配方,通过氯丁胶、N550炭黑、N990炭黑、TOTM油、活性氧化镁、硬脂酸、胺类防老剂、氧化锌、3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮、增弹剂和增韧剂的组合,制造一种耐热性能良好且弹性十足的汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管。
本发明提供一种汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为氯丁胶70~120份,N550炭黑40~65份,N990炭黑10~40份,TOTM油20~35份,活性氧化镁1~6份,硬脂酸0.5~1.5份,胺类防老剂1~4份,氧化锌1~7份,3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮0.5~2份,增弹剂1~3份,增韧剂3~6份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方材料的质量份数为氯丁胶100份,N550炭黑55份,N990炭黑份30,TOTM油23份,活性氧化镁4份,硬脂酸0.5份,胺类防老剂2份,氧化锌5份,3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮1.5份,增弹剂2.8份,增韧剂3.5份。
进一步改进在于:所述配方材料中还加入有隔热剂,所述隔热剂的质量份数为5~10份。
进一步改进在于:所述隔热剂的质量份数为4.5份。
本发明的有益效果是:使用德国朗盛氯丁橡胶,高活性氧化镁降低氯丁胶烧焦风险,使用大粒径N990炭黑,提供胶管制品弹性,使用环保3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮硫化促进剂,制品环保,满足汽车指标要求。

本实施例提供一种汽车空调系统氯丁胶冷却水管配方,所述配方材料的质量份数为氯丁胶120份,N550炭黑65份,N990炭黑40份,TOTM油35份,活性氧化镁6份,硬脂酸1.5份,胺类防老剂4份,氧化锌7份,3-甲基-2-噻唑硫酮2份,增弹剂3份,增韧剂6份。所述配方材料中还加入有隔热剂,所述隔热剂的质量份数为10份。
