Abstract

本发明公开了一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,该装置包括有压力传感器、MCU、控制器及电机、转把,所述压力传感器连接于MCU,MCU连接于控制器,控制器则分别与转把和电机相连。通过压力传感器获取载重信号,然后MCU通过控制器发出指令,启动或关闭转把和或电机,由此,实现电动车或摩托车的安全控制,避免误操作的发生。

[技术领域]
本发明涉及电动车或摩托车的技术领域,尤其涉及一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置。
[背景技术]
在人们的生活过程中,电动车或摩托车已经称为一种重要的交通工具,为人们的出行带来便利。然而,在实际的操作中,电动自行车、摩托车,在通电/发动状态下,通常通过转把来控制车辆的启动或加速,因此,人们在抓住转把推车辆时,容易误操作,无意中转动转把加速或加油,使车辆前冲,造成事故。同时,还有另一个情况,当车辆停止,但通电/启动状态下,如果有未成年坐在座位上,模仿大人转动转把,会造成车辆行驶,造成安全事故。
为此,迫切需要一种方法或设备,能够避免上述误操作的发生,以提高电动车和摩托车操作的安全性。
[发明内容]
本发明的目的是提供一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,该装置能够安全可靠控制车辆的启动,避免人们的误操作,提高电动车或摩托车的安全性。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,该装置实现简单可靠,成本低廉,可广泛应用于现有的电动车或摩托车中。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,其特征在于该装置包括有压力传感器、MCU、控制器及电机、转把,所述压力传感器连接于MCU,MCU连接于控制器,控制器则分别与转把和电机相连。通过压力传感器获取载重信号,然后MCU通过控制器发出指令,启动或关闭转把和或电机,由此,实现电动车或摩托车的安全控制,避免误操作的发生。
进一步,所述压力传感器设置于电动车或摩托车的坐垫下方,以通过感知座椅的承重来使MCU控制电动车或摩托车的启动。
所述控制器与转把之间设置有控制开关,以控制电路的启闭。
所述控制器与电机之间设置有控制开关,以控制电机的启动,进一步对电动车或摩托车的启动提供安全保障。
进一步,所述控制开关通过MOS管实现。
本发明在电动自行车/摩托车上安装压力传感器,并与MCU、控制器、转把相连接,以判断驾驶者是否坐在车上,如果压力值不足,则转把或摩托车的油电路处于断路状态,即使驾驶者在推行车辆等情况下,误操作转动转把,也不能使车辆加速或行驶。压力值可以预设或手动调节。
而且,本发明实现方便、准确可靠,可广泛应用于现有的电动车或摩托车中。

为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,为本发明实施的防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,该装置包括有压力传感器、MCU、控制器及电机、转把/油门。其中,压力传感器连接于MCU,MCU又连接于控制器,控制器则分别与转把和电机相连。压力传感器将压力信号传输给MCU,MCU则通过压力传感器获取的压力信号控制控制器,通过控制器发出指令,启动或关闭转把/油门和或电机,由此,实现电动车或摩托车的安全控制,避免误操作的发生。
通常情况下,压力传感器设置于电动车或摩托车的坐垫下方,如果驾驶者坐于坐垫上,就可以通过压力传感器获知压力信号,通过感知座椅的承重来使MCU控制电动车或摩托车的启动。
在控制器与转把/油门之间设置有控制开关,可以通过该控制开关控制给转把/油门供电或者转把控制电路的启闭。
同时,在控制器与电机之间也设置有控制开关,通过该控制开关控制电机电路,以控制电机的启动,进一步对电动车或摩托车的启动提供安全保障。
上述的控制开关可以通过MOS管实现。
总之,本发明在电动自行车/摩托车上安装压力传感器,并与MCU、控制器、转把相连接,以判断驾驶者是否坐在车上,如果压力值不足,则转把或摩托车的油电路处于断路状态,即使驾驶者在推行车辆等情况下,误操作转动转把,也不能使车辆加速或行驶。压力值可以预设或手动调节。
而且,本发明实现方便、准确可靠,可广泛应用于现有的电动车或摩托车中。

1.一种防止电动车或摩托车误操作的装置,其特征在于该装置包括有压力传感器、MCU、控制器及电机、转把,所述压力传感器连接于MCU,MCU连接于控制器,控制器则分别与转把和电机相连。
2.如权利要求1所述的监控车辆负载的检测装置,其特征在于所述压力传感器设置于电动车或摩托车的坐垫下方。
3.如权利要求1所述的监控车辆负载的检测装置,其特征在于所述控制器与转把之间设置有控制开关。
4.如权利要求1所述的监控车辆负载的检测装置,其特征在于所述控制器与电机之间设置有控制开关。
5.如权利要求3所述的监控车辆负载的检测装置,其特征在于控制开关通过MOS管实现。
