背景技术
文献EP1027231显示了这样一种保险杠,该保险杠具有焊接至帽形杠的凸缘的遮盖部,并且所述遮盖部向下弯曲到帽形轮廓部中以便适应能量吸收泡沫主体。
发明内容

根据本发明,将所述遮盖部在帽形轮廓部的内部焊接至所述帽形轮廓部的侧部。由此,所述遮盖部强化了保险杠的截面区域,并且阻止保险杠的侧部塌陷。本发明由下述技术方案限定:一种保险杠,所述保险杠包括具有帽形轮廓部,该帽形轮廓部具有中央凸缘以及侧部,所述侧部具有侧部凸缘,其中,所述中央凸缘向内地面朝车辆,而所述侧部凸缘自车辆面朝外,并且其中,所述帽形轮廓部具有遮盖部和靠近该帽形轮廓部的端部的用于紧固至车辆的两个紧固部分,所述遮盖部凹陷到所述帽形轮廓部中并且使所述帽形轮廓部形成闭合轮廓;其中,所述遮盖部具有位于所述紧固部分处的竖向凹陷部且在所述帽形轮廓部的内部被焊接至所述侧部。

具体实施方式
金属的保险杠包括帽形轮廓部11,以及遮盖部12。所述帽形轮廓部是弯曲的,并且具有沿所述帽形轮廓部的长度变化的截面。所述帽形轮廓部具有两个紧固部分13、14,用于将保险杠紧固至车辆。
所述帽形轮廓部具有中央部件15,以及终止于侧部凸缘18、19中的侧部件16、17。所述侧部凸缘具有逆向部件20、21。在紧固部分处,所述帽形轮廓部的侧部具有沿车辆的纵向方向延伸的水平凹陷部22至26。所述遮盖部具有位于紧固部分13、14的位置处的竖向凹陷部27至30,以及位于紧固部分之间的水平凹陷部31、32。多种的凹陷部用于强化保险杠,并且用于改进保险杠在可能经历的多种冲击载荷中的形变行为。所述遮盖部凹陷到帽形轮廓部中,并且在所述帽形轮廓部内部通过焊接点33、34焊接至侧部16、17。焊接点33、34支撑帽形轮廓部的侧部16、17,并且减缓侧部16、17在冲击应力作用下的弯曲,从而所述保险杠随后以更有利的方式形变,由此增大了对能量的吸收。这使得人们能够使用更高阶的轮廓和/或更小的片材厚度,由此在维持性能的同时减小重量。
遮盖部和帽形轮廓部两者都由热成型钢或冷成型钢制成。有利地,所述帽形轮廓部可以通过使用压模淬火技术来制造,而所述遮盖部可以冷成型,因为遮盖部不需要具有和帽形轮廓部一样大的极限强度。
所述遮盖部不覆盖帽形轮廓部的超过紧固部分的端部区域;然而,可替代地,所述遮盖部可以覆盖整个帽形轮廓部。

Claims (3)

1.一种保险杠,所述保险杠具有帽形轮廓部(11),该帽形轮廓部(11)具有中央凸缘(15)以及侧部(16、17),所述侧部具有侧部凸缘(18、19),其中,所述中央凸缘向内地面朝车辆,而所述侧部凸缘自车辆面朝外,并且其中,所述帽形轮廓部具有遮盖部(12)和靠近该帽形轮廓部的端部的用于紧固至车辆的两个紧固部分(13、14),所述遮盖部凹陷到所述帽形轮廓部中并且使所述帽形轮廓部形成闭合轮廓;
其特征在于,
所述遮盖部(12)具有位于所述紧固部分(13、14)处的竖向凹陷部(27、29)且在所述帽形轮廓部的内部被焊接至所述侧部。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保险杠,其特征在于,所述遮盖部具有位于所述紧固部分之间的水平凹陷部(31、32)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保险杠,其特征在于,所述帽形轮廓部的侧部具有位于所述紧固部分处的沿车辆的纵向方向定向的凹陷部(22-26)。
