本发明涉及一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，包括固定座，所述固定座的一端通过紧固螺丝垂直安装有定位挡板，所述定位挡板在紧固螺丝的作用下可以旋转；所述固定座的中部开有长圆孔，所述固定座的另一端开有两个定位孔。本发明结构紧凑、合理，操作方便，通过定位挡板的作用可以方便的完成工件的定位，根据不同工件的结构特征，旋转定位挡板调整至最佳位置，使用方便，工作可靠性好。

一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置
技术领域
本发明涉及定位装置领域，尤其是一种用于汽车覆盖件冲压模具的旋转式定位装置。
背景技术
通常模具在设计开发的时候,定位装置是根据产品的形状设计出定位装置的位置及角度,设置模具上安装面的角度及位置。根据传统的定位装置设计出来的模具给后期的加工带来了不便，增加了加工的难度，增加了模具成本。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有生产技术中的缺点，提供一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，从而解决了覆盖件模具定位装置设计和加工的缺点，本装置成本低可靠性高。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下：
一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，包括固定座，所述固定座的一端通过紧固螺丝垂直安装有定位挡板，所述定位挡板在紧固螺丝的作用下可以旋转；所述固定座的中部开有长圆孔，所述固定座的另一端开有两个定位孔。
其进一步技术方案在于：
所述定位挡板的上部设置有圆弧面。
本发明的有益效果如下：
本发明结构紧凑、合理，操作方便，通过定位挡板的作用可以方便的完成工件的定位，根据不同工件的结构特征，旋转定位挡板调整至最佳位置，使用方便，工作可靠性好。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图，说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示，本实施例的冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，包括固定座3，固定座3的一端通过紧固螺丝6垂直安装有定位挡板2，定位挡板2在紧固螺丝6的作用下可以旋转；固定座3的中部开有长圆孔4，固定座3的另一端开有两个定位孔5。
定位挡板2的上部设置有圆弧面1。
实际安装过程中，把定位挡板2装入固定座3，用紧固螺丝6把定位挡板2紧固在固定座3上，根据需要的角度和位置将定位挡板2在固定座3上旋转即可。使用方便。
本发明有效的解决了冲压模具的产品定位问题，可以根据产品的形状改变定位器的角度，减少了加工量，节约模具制作成本。

1.一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，其特征在于：包括固定座(3)，所述固定座(3)的一端通过紧固螺丝(6)垂直安装有定位挡板(2)，所述定位挡板(2)在紧固螺丝(6)的作用下可以旋转；所述固定座(3)的中部开有长圆孔(4)，所述固定座(3)的另一端开有两个定位孔(5)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种冲压模具的旋转式定位装置，其特征在于：所述定位挡板(2)的上部设置有圆弧面(1)。
