Abstract
本发明涉及保健药品技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗糖尿病的糖果及其制备方法。该糖果主要由以下原料制备而成:菊苣20~30份、苦瓜20~30份、人参20~30份、枸杞子20~30份、山药20~30份、玉竹20~30份、黄精20~30份、甜菊糖苷4~10份、阿拉伯糖80~120份。该糖果中的中药成分协同配伍使制备的产品对糖尿病具有一定的预防和治疗效果,且药食同源,无毒副作用,安全高效。本发明制备方法,通过限定各中药原料有效成分的提取方式,最大限度的提取和保留中药中的有效成分,提高原料的利用率,进而提高产品对糖尿病的预防和治疗作用。

技术领域
本发明涉及保健药品技术领域,具体涉及一种治疗糖尿病的糖果及其制备方法。
背景技术
糖尿病是现代几大疾病之一,与高血压、高血脂、心脑血管等疾病一样,是中老年阶段的高发疾病。糖尿病有病程长、痛苦大、并发症多、多身体多脏器损害大、不易治愈等特点,属于系统性病变,现代医学很难有针对性的手段进行有效的干预,任何局部的治疗手段都难有较好的远期效果。
糖尿病,中医称之为“消渴”,病位再肺、胃、肾三脏,基本病机是阴虚燥热,阴虚为本,燥热为标,上焦肺燥阴虚,津液失于输布,则胃失濡润,肾伐滋助;中焦胃热炽盛,灼伤津液,则上灼浸肺,下耗肾阴;下焦肾阴不足,上炎肺胃,致使肺燥、胃热、阴虚三焦同病。
近年来,有的学者探讨了糖尿病中医辨证分型与临床生化指标的关系。从胰岛功能、血脂水平、血浆性激素、皮脂激素水平、免疫功能机血液流变学等变化,观察消渴病分型与以上指标改变的相关性,发现各种指标的异常变化,从轻到重,多随阴虚-气阴两虚-阴阳两虚方向发展。体现了中西医结合探讨消渴病分型的物质基础。
糖尿病的症状表现及其复杂,它是人体的一个系统性病变。其症状主要有疲劳乏力,口干口渴,易饥饿,小便频,消瘦,五心烦热,头昏,视物不清,耳鸣,甚至到了晚期会出现循环障碍,组织腐烂,眼底出血眼睛失明,心肌淤血,肾衰尿毒等一系列并发症。我们在长期的临床观察中发现,糖尿病并没有什么典型症状固定组织,所以说糖尿病本身就不是单一器官的病变,而是一种人体整体状态的系统性代谢紊乱,代谢中间产物没有有效的排泄途径或代谢过程出现了障碍。
基于以上认识,从人体代谢的角度入手,精选可以促进代谢进行中药材和可以促进代谢产物排出的中药材,配伍组方,以达到改善人体系统代谢,降低血糖,缓解或消除相关的症状的效果。然而,糖尿病患者在治疗过程中,日常生活中通常会需要控制不能摄入糖分,通常情况下为了误食高糖分食物,糖尿病人会在日常饮食中完全避免食用甜味物质,尤其是糖果等休闲食品,这样就会导致糖尿病人对糖果等甜味休闲食品的渴求越来越强烈,造成心理上的负担。鉴于此,研究开发出一种保健食品,在缓解糖尿病人对甜味休闲食品的需求的同时,实现对糖尿病的控制和治疗的目的,成为了目前亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种治疗糖尿病的糖果,中药成分与无蔗糖甜味添加剂结合制成休闲糖果食品,满足糖尿病对甜味食品的需求的同时,达到预防和协助治疗糖尿病的目的。
同时,本发明还在于提供一种治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法。
为了实现以上目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种治疗糖尿病的糖果,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣20~30份、苦瓜20~30份、人参20~30份、枸杞子20~30份、山药20~30份、玉竹20~30份、黄精20~30份、甜菊糖苷4~10份、阿拉伯糖80~120份。
优选的,上述治疗糖尿病的糖果,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣25份、苦瓜25份、人参25份、枸杞子25份、山药25份、玉竹25份、黄精25份、甜菊糖苷6份、阿拉伯糖100份。
上述治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
1)中药成分预处理:
A:制备菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精提取物:取菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2~3倍重量的水,依次经过微波加压浸提和双向动态逆流提取,固液分离得提取液2,将提取液2依次经过过滤、浓缩得浸膏1,将浸膏1冻干、粉碎,得粉状提取物1,备用;
其中微波加压浸提的具体方法为:温度为25~30℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;加入食醋40~50份,调整温度为45~60℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提45~60min;之后再调整温度35~40℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣1和浸提液1;
双向动态逆流提取的具体方法为:在浸提液1中加入药渣1 0.5~1倍重量的乙醇和丙醇混合溶剂,得混合物1,以混合物1作为双向动态逆流提取的浸提剂对药渣1进行浸提;
浸膏1冻干的具体方法为:在浸膏1中加入重量份0.1~0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.1~0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.2~0.4份柠檬酸钠、0.1~0.5份叔丁醇、0.2~0.4份组氨酸、0.1~0.5份维生素E、0.3~0.6份赖氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干;
B:制备人参、枸杞子、山药提取物:取人参、枸杞子、山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2~3倍重量的水,依次经过微波加压浸提和双向动态逆流提取,固液分离得提取液4,将提取液4依次经过过滤、浓缩得浸膏2,将浸膏2冻干、粉碎,得粉状提取物2,备用;
其中微波加压浸提的具体方法为:温度为50~60℃,压力为0.5~0.6MPa,微波浸提60~70min;调整温度为40~50℃,压力为0.3~0.4MPa,微波浸提50~60min;加入乳酸30~40份,调整温度为35~40℃,压力为0.2~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣2和提取液3;
双向动态逆流提取的具体方法为:在提取液3中加入药渣2 1~2倍重量的乙醇和丙醇混合溶剂,得混合物2,以混合物2作为双向动态逆流提取的浸提剂对药渣2进行浸提;
浸膏2冻干的具体方法为:在浸膏2中加入重量份0.1~0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.1~0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1~0.5份叔丁醇、0.2~0.4份组氨酸、0.1~0.5份维生素E、0.2~0.4份维生素C、0.1~0.3份吐温80、0.3~0.6份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干;
2)取阿拉伯糖、甜菊糖苷混合加热熔融后,加入步骤1)制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2,混合均匀后,冷却,切块,即得所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果。
可选的,步骤A中双向动态逆流提取过程中加入的乙醇和丙醇的用量比例为2~3:1。
可选的,步骤B中双向动态逆流提取过程中加入的乙醇和丙醇的用量比例为3~4:5。
可选的,步骤A和步骤B中双向动态逆流提取过程中左侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为500~600L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为150~180L/h,药渣的加料速度为80~90kg/h。
可选的,步骤A中双向动态逆流提取的温度为40~50℃,提取时间为1~2小时。
可选的,步骤B中双向动态逆流提取的温度为60~70℃,提取时间为1~2小时。
可选的,所述浸膏1和浸膏2的相对密度为1.1~1.2。
本发明治疗糖尿病的糖果,以菊苣、苦瓜、人参、黄精、山药、玉竹、枸杞子为中药成分,结合阿拉伯糖和甜菊糖苷制备而成;其中菊苣、黄精和山药作为君药,玉竹和枸杞子作为臣药,苦瓜和人参作为佐使药,各原料药协同配伍具有预防和治疗糖尿病的疗效,再结合阿拉伯糖和甜菊糖苷制备的糖果也同样对糖尿病具有一定的预防和治疗保健功效,且采用的原料药食同源,无毒副作用,安全高效。
本发明治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,通过限定各中药原料有效成分的提取方式,例如通过分三个温度阶段进行微波浸提,微波浸提过程中加压,微波浸提过程中加入醋酸或乳酸等成分,双向逆流提取过程中加入乙醇和丙醇混合溶剂等方式,促进原料中有效成分的溶出,同时在冻干过程中加入复配冻干保护剂,最大限度的提取和保留中药中的有效成分,提高原料的利用率,进而提高产品对糖尿病的预防和治疗作用。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
一种治疗糖尿病的糖果, 主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣25份、苦瓜25份、人参25份、枸杞子25份、山药25份、玉竹25份、黄精25份、甜菊糖苷6份、阿拉伯糖100份。
上述治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,包括以下操作步骤:
1)中药成分预处理:
A:制备菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精提取物:取菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2.5倍重量的水,在温度为27℃,压力为0.2MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提45min后,加入食醋45份,调整温度为50℃,压力为0.2MPa,持续微波加热浸提50min后,调整温度为38℃,压力为0.2MPa,微波浸提46min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣1和浸提液1;在浸提液1中加入药渣1 0.8倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照2.5:1的混合溶剂,得混合物1,以混合物1为浸提剂对药渣1进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为550L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为160L/h,药渣的加料速度为85kg/h,浸提温度为45℃,逆流提取1.5小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液2,将提取液2依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.1的浸膏1,在浸膏1中加入重量份0.3份牛血清白蛋白、0.2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3份柠檬酸钠、0.3份叔丁醇、0.3份组氨酸、0.3份维生素E、0.4份赖氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物1,备用;
B:制备人参、枸杞子、山药提取物:取人参、枸杞子、山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2.5倍重量的水,在温度为55℃,压力为0.5MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提65min后,调整温度为45℃,压力为0.3MPa,持续微波加热浸提55min后,加入乳酸35份,调整温度为38℃,压力为0.2MPa,微波浸提45min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣2和浸提液3;在浸提液3中加入药渣2 1.5倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照3.5:5的混合溶剂,得混合物2,以混合物2为浸提剂对药渣2进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为550L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为160L/h,药渣的加料速度为85kg/h,浸提温度为45℃,逆流提取1.5小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液4,将提取液4依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.1的浸膏2,在浸膏2中加入重量份0.3份牛血清白蛋白、0.2份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3份叔丁醇、0.3份组氨酸、0.3份维生素E、0.3份维生素C、0.2份吐温80、0.5份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物2,备用;
2)取阿拉伯糖、甜菊糖苷混合加热熔融后,加入步骤1)制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2,混合均匀后,冷却,切块,即得所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果。
实施例2
一种治疗糖尿病的糖果, 主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣20份、苦瓜20份、人参20份、枸杞子20份、山药20份、玉竹20份、黄精20份、甜菊糖苷4份、阿拉伯糖80份。

B:制备人参、枸杞子、山药提取物:取人参、枸杞子、山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2倍重量的水,在温度为50℃,压力为0.6MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提70min后,调整温度为40℃,压力为0.4MPa,持续微波加热浸提60min后,加入乳酸30份,调整温度为35℃,压力为0.3MPa,微波浸提50min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣2和浸提液3;在浸提液3中加入药渣2 1倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照3:15的混合溶剂,得混合物2,以混合物2为浸提剂对药渣2进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为500L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为150L/h,药渣的加料速度为80kg/h,浸提温度为4045℃,逆流提取2小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液4,将提取液4依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.2的浸膏2,在浸膏2中加入重量份0.1份牛血清白蛋白、0.1份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1份叔丁醇、0.2份组氨酸、0.1份维生素E、0.2份维生素C、0.1份吐温80、0.3份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物2,备用;

A:制备菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精提取物:取菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精混合粉碎后,加入固体物料3倍重量的水,在温度为30℃,压力为0.3MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提40min后,加入食醋50份,调整温度为60℃,压力为0.3MPa,持续微波加热浸提45min后,调整温度为40℃,压力为0.3MPa,微波浸提40min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣1和浸提液1;在浸提液1中加入药渣1 1倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照3:1的混合溶剂,得混合物1,以混合物1为浸提剂对药渣1进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为600L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为180L/h,药渣的加料速度为90kg/h,浸提温度为50℃,逆流提取1小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液2,将提取液2依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.1的浸膏1,在浸膏1中加入重量份0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.4份柠檬酸钠、0.5份叔丁醇、0.4份组氨酸、0.5份维生素E、0.6份赖氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物1,备用;
B:制备人参、枸杞子、山药提取物:取人参、枸杞子、山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料3倍重量的水,在温度为60℃,压力为0.6MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提60min后,调整温度为50℃,压力为0.4MPa,持续微波加热浸提50min后,加入乳酸40份,调整温度为40℃,压力为0.3MPa,微波浸提40min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣2和浸提液3;在浸提液3中加入药渣2 2倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照4:5的混合溶剂,得混合物2,以混合物2为浸提剂对药渣2进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为600L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为180L/h,药渣的加料速度为90kg/h,浸提温度为50℃,逆流提取1小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液4,将提取液4依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.1的浸膏2,在浸膏2中加入重量份0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.5份叔丁醇、0.4份组氨酸、0.5份维生素E、0.4份维生素C、0.3份吐温80、0.6份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物2,备用;
2)取阿拉伯糖、甜菊糖苷混合加热熔融后,加入步骤1)制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2,混合均匀后,冷却,切块,即得所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果。
对比例1
本对比例治疗糖尿病的糖果,其配方同实施例1,其制备方法包括以下操作步骤:
1)制备中药提取物:取菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹、黄精、人参、枸杞子和山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料5倍重量的水,在温度为35℃,压力为0.3MPa的条件下,微波加压浸提58min后,加入食醋45份,调整温度为48℃,压力为0.3MPa,持续微波加热浸提52min后,加入乳酸35份,调整温度为38℃,压力为0.2MPa,微波浸提46min,微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣和浸提液1;在浸提液1中加入药渣1 2.3倍重量的乙醇和丙醇按照8:5的混合溶剂,得混合物1,以混合物1为浸提剂对药渣进行双向动态逆流提取,调整左侧逆流进浸提剂的速度为550L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为160L/h,药渣的加料速度为85kg/h,浸提温度为45℃,逆流提取1.5小时;动态逆流提取完成后进行固液分离,得提取液2,将提取液2依次经过过滤、浓缩得相对密度为1.1的浸膏1,在浸膏1中加入重量份0.6份牛血清白蛋白、0.4份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.3份柠檬酸钠、0.6份叔丁醇、0.6份组氨酸、0.6份维生素E、0.4份赖氨酸、0.3份维生素C、0.2份吐温80、0.5份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干,粉碎,得粉状提取物,备用;
2)取阿拉伯糖、甜菊糖苷混合加热熔融后,加入步骤1)制备的粉状提取物,混合均匀后,冷却,切块,即得所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果。
对比例2
本对比例治疗糖尿病的糖果,其配方同实施例1,其制备方法与实施例1不同的是在中药成分预处理过程中省去添加使用食醋或乳酸;在制备粉状提取物1的过程中,调整温度为50℃,压力为0.2MPa,微波浸提141min,得浸提液1后,在浸提液1中加入药渣1 0.8倍重量的乙醇,得混合物1;在制备粉状提取物2的过程中,调整温度为55℃,压力为0.5MPa,微波浸提165min,得浸提液3后,在浸提液3中加入药渣2 2.5倍重量的乙醇,得混合物2;其他同实施例1。
对比例3
本对比例治疗糖尿病的糖果,其配方同实施例1,其制备方法与实施例1不同的是在制备粉状提取物1的过程中,在调整微波浸提温度为38℃的过程中,加入食醋45份;在制备粉状提取物2的过程中,在调整微波浸提温度为40℃的过程中,加入乳酸35份;其他同实施例1。
对比例4
本对比例治疗糖尿病的糖果,其配方同实施例1,其制备方法与实施例1不同的是在制备粉状提取物1的过程中,在浸膏1中加入重量份0.8份牛血清白蛋白、0. 9份柠檬酸钠、1.5份组氨酸;在制备粉状提取物2的过程中,在浸膏2中加入重量份0.5份牛血清白蛋白、1.4份组氨酸、0.5份吐温80;其他同实施例1。
试验例1
1、试验动物:对小鼠尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶来制造糖尿病模型,注射后72小时,对禁食不禁水的小鼠眼眶后静脉丛采血,测血糖值,选取空腹血糖高于11.1mmol/L的小鼠用于实验。
2、试验方法:取合格的糖尿病小鼠模型100只,随机分为5组,每组20只,分别对每组给药,连续给药14天后,于末次给药前小鼠禁食不禁水8h,给药后继续禁食不禁水2h,摘眼球取血,测定各组的空腹血糖值,其中第一组给药为实施例1制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2的混合物,加入注射用水制成的注射剂;第二组给药为对比例1制备的粉状提取物加入注射用水制成的注射剂;第三组给药为对比例2制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2的混合物,加入注射用水制成的注射剂;第四组给药为对比例3制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2的混合物,加入注射用水制成的注射剂;第五组给药为对比例4制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2的混合物,加入注射用水制成的注射剂;其中五组给药量相同;给药前后血糖的变化结果如下表1所示:

由上述表1所示的数据可知,对于糖尿病的治疗效果为第一组优于第三组优于第四组优于第五组优于第二组,由此可见,实施例1制备的粉状提取物中的中药有效成分疗效最显著,其余的顺序依次为对比例2、对比例3、对比例4和对比例1,因此本发明制备治疗糖尿病的糖果限定的制备方法,能够将中药中的有效成分充分提取,并最大限度的保留有效成分的活性,提高制备的产品对糖尿病的预防和治疗效果。
试验例2 临床病例效果统计
1、一般资料
100例Ⅱ型糖尿病患者,平均年龄为60±2岁,病程5±1.2年,其中男性病患40例,女性病患60例。
2、治疗方法:
每日服用实施例1制备的治疗糖尿病的糖果,每日3次,每次两粒,每粒单重15±0.05g;持续服用30天后,统计患者治疗前后腰膝酸软,疲乏无力,口干咽燥,夜尿等临床症状的改善情况;治疗前后的血糖水平。
3、治疗标准:
显效:临床症状改善明显,腰膝酸软、疲乏无力、口干咽燥、夜尿频多等消失或基本消失,血糖水平波动在正常范围内;
有效:临床症状减轻,腰膝酸软、疲乏无力、口干咽燥、夜尿频多等得到明显改善,空腹血糖控制理想,血糖波动在140/90mmHg左右;
无效:临床症状改善不明显,血糖水平高于正常水平且无下降。
4、统计结果显示,经过30天的治疗后,100例患者中,显效有70例,有效25例,无效5例,总有效率达到95%。并且在整个治疗过程中,所有患者未见不良反应。由此可见,本发明制备的治疗糖尿病的糖果对糖尿病的预防和治疗效果显著,且所用的原料药食同源,无毒副作用,安全高效。
Claims (9)
1.一种治疗糖尿病的糖果,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣20~30份、苦瓜20~30份、人参20~30份、枸杞子20~30份、山药20~30份、玉竹20~30份、黄精20~30份、甜菊糖苷4~10份、阿拉伯糖80~120份。
2.如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果,其特征在于,主要由以下重量份数的原料制备而成:菊苣25份、苦瓜25份、人参25份、枸杞子25份、山药25份、玉竹25份、黄精25份、甜菊糖苷6份、阿拉伯糖100份。
3.一种如权利要求1所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
1)中药成分预处理:
A:制备菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精提取物:取菊苣、苦瓜、玉竹和黄精混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2~3倍重量的水,依次经过微波加压浸提和双向动态逆流提取,固液分离得提取液2,将提取液2依次经过过滤、浓缩得浸膏1,将浸膏1冻干、粉碎,得粉状提取物1,备用;
其中微波加压浸提的具体方法为:温度为25~30℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;加入食醋40~50份,调整温度为45~60℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提45~60min;之后再调整温度35~40℃,压力为0.1~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣1和浸提液1;
双向动态逆流提取的具体方法为:在浸提液1中加入药渣1 0.5~1倍重量的乙醇和丙醇混合溶剂,得混合物1,以混合物1作为双向动态逆流提取的浸提剂对药渣1进行浸提;
浸膏1冻干的具体方法为:在浸膏1中加入重量份0.1~0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.1~0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.2~0.4份柠檬酸钠、0.1~0.5份叔丁醇、0.2~0.4份组氨酸、0.1~0.5份维生素E、0.3~0.6份赖氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干;
B:制备人参、枸杞子、山药提取物:取人参、枸杞子、山药混合粉碎后,加入固体物料2~3倍重量的水,依次经过微波加压浸提和双向动态逆流提取,固液分离得提取液4,将提取液4依次经过过滤、浓缩得浸膏2,将浸膏2冻干、粉碎,得粉状提取物2,备用;
其中微波加压浸提的具体方法为:温度为50~60℃,压力为0.5~0.6MPa,微波浸提60~70min;调整温度为40~50℃,压力为0.3~0.4MPa,微波浸提50~60min;加入乳酸30~40份,调整温度为35~40℃,压力为0.2~0.3MPa,微波浸提40~50min;微波浸提完成后进行固液分离得药渣2和提取液3;
双向动态逆流提取的具体方法为:在提取液3中加入药渣2 1~2倍重量的乙醇和丙醇混合溶剂,得混合物2,以混合物2作为双向动态逆流提取的浸提剂对药渣2进行浸提;
浸膏2冻干的具体方法为:在浸膏2中加入重量份0.1~0.5份牛血清白蛋白、0.1~0.3份聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、0.1~0.5份叔丁醇、0.2~0.4份组氨酸、0.1~0.5份维生素E、0.2~0.4份维生素C、0.1~0.3份吐温80、0.3~0.6份谷氨酸,混合均匀后进行冻干;
2)取阿拉伯糖、甜菊糖苷混合加热熔融后,加入步骤1)制备的粉状提取物1和粉状提取物2,混合均匀后,冷却,切块,即得所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果。
4.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤A中双向动态逆流提取过程中加入的乙醇和丙醇的用量比例为2~3:1。
5.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤B中双向动态逆流提取过程中加入的乙醇和丙醇的用量比例为3~4:5。
6.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤A和步骤B中双向动态逆流提取过程中左侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为500~600L/h,右侧逆向进浸提剂的速度为150~180L/h,药渣的加料速度为80~90kg/h。
7.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤A中双向动态逆流提取的温度为40~50℃,提取时间为1~2小时。
8.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤B中双向动态逆流提取的温度为60~70℃,提取时间为1~2小时。
9.如权利要求3所述的治疗糖尿病的糖果的制备方法,其特征在于,浸膏1和浸膏2的相对密度为1.1~1.2。
