本发明公开一种桑葚运输过程中的保鲜方法,包括如下步骤:(1)向桑葚表面喷洒氢氧化钙溶液,至表面湿润即可;(2)将经步骤(1)处理的桑葚装入塑料袋中,抽空袋中的空气后,再向袋中充入氮气,封口。与现有冷藏方法相比,本发明的保鲜方法操作简单,成本更低,能够满足长途运输中的常温保鲜要求。

本发明涉及一种桑葚运输过程中的保鲜方法。
背景技术
桑葚为果桑树的成熟果实。成熟的桑椹营养丰富,每100克桑椹含水分81.8克,蛋白质1.8克,脂肪0.3克。纤维素4.9克,碳水化合物10克,灰分1.2克,胡萝卜素30微克,硫胺素0.02毫克、核黄素0.06毫克,维生素 E6.95毫克,钾33毫克,锌0.27毫克,铜0.08毫克,硒4.8微克。此外,还含有鞣酸,苹果酸,维生素C和脂肪酸等。其脂肪主要为亚油酸、油酸、软脂酸、硬脂酸和少量辛酸、壬酸、癸酸、肉豆蔻酸、亚麻酸等。《本草纲目》等多种医药典籍中对桑椹的药用价值和用法有详尽的阐述,桑椹性味甘寒,具有补肝益肾、生津润燥、乌发明目等功效,是一种利尿,保健,消暑的鲜果。采用冷库冷藏是一种常见的保鲜方式,但冷藏运输成本高,降低产品的市场竞争力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有的缺陷,提供一种桑葚运输过程中的保鲜方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了如下的技术方案:
一种桑葚运输过程中的保鲜方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)向桑葚表面喷洒氢氧化钙溶液,至表面湿润即可;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理的桑葚装入塑料袋中,抽空袋中的空气后,再向袋中充入氮气,封口。
优选地,步骤(1)中,氢氧化钙溶液的浓度为0.1~0.2g/L。
本发明的保鲜方法操作简单,成本低,能够满足长途运输中的常温保鲜要求。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的优选实施例进行说明,应当理解,此处所描述的优选实施例仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种桑葚运输过程中的保鲜方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)选果:将采摘的新鲜桑葚中的有损坏或有病害的挑选去除;
(2)向挑选后的桑葚表面喷洒氢氧化钙溶液,至表面湿润即可,氢氧化钙溶液的浓度为0.1~0.2 g/L,采用食品级氢氧化钙用水溶解得出;
(3)将经步骤(2)处理的桑葚装入塑料袋中,将袋中的空气抽空,然后再向袋中充入氮气,不用充的太满,封口。该方法在常温下保存3天后坏果率在5%以下,能够适合于运输过程中使用,降低保鲜成本。
对比例1
(1)选果:将采摘的新鲜桑葚中的有损坏或有病害的挑选去除;
(2)将挑选后的桑葚装入塑料袋中,将袋中的空气抽空,然后再向袋中充入氮气,不用充的太满,封口。常温下保存3天后,坏果率达到60%左右。

(1)向桑葚表面喷洒氢氧化钙溶液,至表面湿润即可;
(2)将经步骤(1)处理的桑葚装入塑料袋中,抽空袋中的空气后,再向袋中充入氮气,封口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中,氢氧化钙溶液的浓度为0.1~0.2g/L。
