Abstract
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体涉及一种豆干压切包装装置,包括传送皮带、空心轴、成型辊、与传送皮带平齐的包装台和包装台上方的压膜机,成型辊固定在空心轴上,空心轴的空腔形成气道,成型辊的外圆表面沿成型辊的轴向均布有多个条形槽,条形槽内设有多个垂直于空心轴的隔板,各个隔板将条形槽分隔出若干个方形格,隔板朝着成型辊表面的一侧边缘为锯齿状,成型辊的内部沿成型辊的径向设有气管,气管一端与气道连通,另一端与条形槽连通,条形槽内壁上均焊接有压切刀片。本发明利用成型辊上的方形格压切豆干,方形格形状固定,压切出的豆干形状统一,不需单独筛分,豆干卸出方形格即时就进行压膜包装,未经长时间留滞,防止豆干滋生细菌。

技术领域
本发明涉及食品加工设备领域,具体涉及一种豆干压切包装装置。
背景技术
豆干是豆腐干的简称,是豆腐的再加工制品,豆干咸香爽口,硬中带韧,而且营养丰富、含有大量蛋白质、脂肪和碳水化合物。由于豆干的营养价值和咸香口味,豆干制成的各种小吃很受欢迎。
制作豆干小吃时,需要将添加了调理或者卤制后的豆干切成小块以方便包装成袋,现有技术中切豆干通常是采用大的切刀进行,这种切块装置存在的问题是:1.切刀笨重难以把控好切的轨迹,使得切出的豆干形状不统一;2.豆干形状不统一需后续包装时再筛分,工作量较大;3.后续筛分过程中还容易弄脏豆干;4.豆干切块后长时间未包装,容易滋生细菌。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种豆干压切包装装置,可压切形状统一的豆干,压切后的豆干不用单独筛分,并且压切后的豆干可即时包装。
本方案中的豆干压切包装装置,包括传送皮带、空心轴、可在传送皮带上向包装台方向滚动的成型辊、与传送皮带表面平齐的包装台和位于包装台上方的压膜机,成型辊固定在空心轴上,空心轴的空腔形成气道,成型辊的外圆表面沿成型辊的轴向均布有多个条形槽,条形槽内设有多个垂直于空心轴的隔板,各个隔板将条形槽分隔出若干个方形格,隔板朝着成型辊表面的一侧边缘为锯齿状,成型辊的内部沿成型辊的径向设有气管,气管一端与气道连通,另一端与条形槽连通,条形槽内壁上均焊接有压切刀片。
本方案的原理是:让成型辊在传送皮带上滚动,由条形槽上的压切刀片和隔板上的锯齿边缘对传送皮带上的豆干进行压切,剪切后的豆干块随成型辊的转动落入方形格中储存;剪切完成后,成型辊滚动到包装台上,从空心轴向气道通入惰性气体,由惰性气体吹出方形格中的豆干块,让豆干块落在事先放置好包装下膜的包装台上;移出成型辊让压膜机将包装上膜重合在包装下膜上,热塑密封包装上膜和包装下膜,完成豆干块的包装。
通入的惰性气体能吹出方形格中的豆干块,达到卸料的目的,而且惰性气体能减慢豆干的氧化过程,减慢豆干变质速度;压切刀片焊接在条形槽内壁上,使得剪切出来的豆干块尺寸小于条形槽内槽的尺寸,豆干能顺利落入条形槽内的方形格中,且豆干块小于方形格防止豆干块受到挤压变形。
本方案的有益效果是:1.利用成型辊上的方形格压切豆干,方形格形状固定,压切出的豆干形状统一,不需单独筛分;2.压切后的豆干存储在方形格内,并在包装台上吹入惰性气体以卸下豆干,豆干未经其他装置污染,更卫生;3.豆干卸出方形格即时就进行压膜包装,未经长时间留滞,防止豆干滋生细菌。
进一步,隔板中部固定有转轴,转轴铰接在条形槽两侧壁上。
隔板可以绕转轴转动,当隔板的锯齿边平齐压切刀片时,将豆干剪切成块状,当隔板的锯齿边倾斜于条形槽内时,将豆干剪切成条状。
进一步,隔板朝向成型辊内空心轴的一端插套连接有调向轴。
调向轴可以拉动使隔板的倾斜角度发生变化,方便调整。
进一步,隔板连接调向轴的两侧设有限位块。
限位块用于抵到隔板使隔板位置变化,结构简单,调整方便。
进一步,压切刀片的厚度小于0.05mm。
焊接在条形槽上的刀片具有一定厚度,使得压切出来的豆干块尺寸小于条形槽的冲床,让豆干块状条形槽内不被挤压变形。
进一步,压膜机的压膜面向上凹陷形成弧形内槽。
压膜机的弧形内槽在热压包装膜时,不会压碎豆干。
进一步,弧形内槽的下凸边设有热压条。
热压条可以将两块包装膜封装起来,剪切后直接包装,更卫生。

具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:成型辊1、豆干条2、传送皮带3、包装下膜4、压膜机5、包装上膜6、包装台7、隔板8、条形槽11、空心轴12、气道13、气管14、压切刀片15、热压条51、弧形内槽52、锯齿边81、转轴82、调向轴83、限位块84。
如图1所示:传送皮带3上放置豆干条2,传送带紧邻包装台7,包装台7上放置好包装下膜4;与传送皮带3配套的成型辊1,成型辊1可在传送皮带3上滚压剪切豆干,成型辊1一端面插套连接有调向轴83;成型辊1空心轴12处设有气道13,所述气道13两端固定连接空心轴12,成型辊1沿径向均布有贯穿轴向的十六个条形槽11;包装台7上方配套有压膜机5,压膜机5与包装台7相对面放置有包装上膜6。
如图2所示:沿成型辊1径向一圈均布有贯穿轴向的十六个条形槽11,条形槽11内侧壁靠近成型辊1外表面处锡焊连接有压切刀片15,成型辊1连接有空心轴12,空心轴12形成气道13,条形槽11沿空心轴12方向设有连接气道13的气管14。
如图3所示:成型辊1上的条形槽11顶壁沿空心轴12方向设置有气管14,条形槽11内侧壁靠近成型辊1外表面处设置压切刀片15,压切刀片15的尖端伸出条形槽11端口。
如图4所示:压膜机5的压膜面为向轴向凹陷的弧形内槽52,弧形内槽52的下边缘设有热压边,热压边吸附有包装上膜6。
如图5所示:隔板8通过转轴82铰接在条形槽11两内侧壁上,条形槽11的隔板8朝向空心轴12内的一端均铰接在调向轴83上,隔板8与调向轴83插套连接处于隔板8两侧分别铰接有限位块84。
如图6所示:隔板8一端为锯齿边81,隔板8两侧铰接有转轴82,隔板8锯齿边81的对边插套连接调向轴83,在隔板8与调向轴83插套连接两侧分别铰接有限位块84。
压切传送皮带3上的豆干条2时,使成型辊1在传送皮带3上滚动,成型辊1滚动过程中,条形槽11上的压切刀片15和隔板8上的锯齿边81缘对传送皮带3上的豆干进行剪切,剪切后的豆干块随成型辊1的转动落入方形格中储存。
在剪切完成后,成型辊1滚动到包装台7上,再从空心轴12向气道13通入惰性气体,由惰性气体吹出方形格中的豆干块,让豆干块落在包装台7上的包装下膜4上,最后将成型辊1移出包装台7,让压膜机5将包装上膜6重合在包装下膜4上,热塑密封包装上膜6和包装下膜4,完成豆干块的包装。
在需要压切条状的豆干时,拉动调向轴83,限位块84抵住隔板8,使隔板8倾斜位于条形槽11内,让隔板8的锯齿边81缩入到条形槽11内,保证压切豆干时,隔板8上的压切边不会接触到豆干,让成型辊1在传送皮带3上滚动,用成型辊1上的条形槽11将豆干条2压切成条状。
本发明的有益效果是:1.利用成型辊上的方形格压切豆干,方形格形状固定,压切出的豆干形状统一,不需单独筛分;2.压切后的豆干存储在方形格内,并在包装台上吹入惰性气体以卸下豆干,豆干未经其他装置污染,更卫生;3.豆干卸出方形格即时就进行压膜包装,未经长时间留滞,防止豆干滋生细菌。

1.豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:包括传送皮带、空心轴、可在传送皮带上向包装台方向滚动的成型辊、与传送皮带表面平齐的包装台和位于包装台上方的压膜机,所述成型辊固定在空心轴上,所述空心轴的空腔形成气道,所述成型辊的外圆表面沿成型辊的轴向均布有多个条形槽,所述条形槽内设有多个垂直于空心轴的隔板,所述各个隔板将条形槽分隔出若干个方形格,所述隔板朝着成型辊表面的一侧边缘为锯齿状,所述成型辊的内部沿成型辊的径向设有气管,所述气管一端与气道连通,另一端与条形槽连通,所述条形槽内壁上均焊接有压切刀片;
所述隔板中部固定有转轴,所述转轴铰接在条形槽两侧壁上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:所述隔板朝向成型辊内空心轴的一端插套连接有调向轴。
3.根据权利要求2所述的豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:所述隔板连接调向轴的两侧设有限位块。
4.根据权利要求1所述的豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:所述压切刀片的厚度小于0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:所述压膜机的压膜面向上凹陷形成弧形内槽。
6.根据权利要求5所述的豆干压切包装装置,其特征在于:所述弧形内槽的下凸边设有热压条。
