Abstract
本发明涉及豆干的切丝设备,尤其涉及一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机。该切丝机包括机架和传送带,传送带安装在机架上,主要在于,还包括切丝辊,切丝辊转动连接在传送带上方的机架上,切丝辊套设有多个均匀分布的环形切丝刀,切丝辊纵向设有多个切断刀,切断刀绕切丝辊圆周均匀分布;环形切丝刀和切断刀的宽度相同,环形切丝刀与传送带相接触。本发明通过在切丝辊上横向和纵向分别设置环形切丝刀和切断刀,使得切丝辊上形成多个豆干丝形状的凹槽,并通过传送带的传动使切丝辊转动实现了豆干的均匀切丝。由于豆干的质量是均匀的,所以所得到的豆干丝重量相同,可以通过计算豆干丝的数量来得到相应的豆干重量。

技术领域
本发明涉及豆干的切丝设备,尤其涉及一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机。
背景技术
豆干是日常生活中经常食用的一种豆质食品,豆干制作所采用的原料有大豆、大茴、小茴、甘草、肉桂、精盐等,通过泡豆、磨浆、滤浆、煮浆、点浆、成型、压榨、切干等加工工艺而成。制作好的豆干一般呈片状,生产厂家在生产一种能开袋即食的豆干时,为了方便消费者开袋直接食用,一般会把豆干切成长度一致的豆干丝,而且豆干丝的长度不宜过长。常规的人工切丝方法不仅切丝速度有限,而且很难控制好所切出的豆干丝大小的均匀性,所以急需一种能快速将豆干切成豆干丝的自动切丝机。
公告号为CN2887549的中国专利公开了一种豆干切片切丝装置,包括至少两片层叠在一起的平板,平板之间设有将平板连接在一起的螺栓,各平板之间留有间隙,除最底层平板外,其余平板中部设有等大且可以容纳豆干的方孔;各平板之间的间隙中设有横向穿过所述间隙的钢丝,所述钢丝的两端与钢丝支架相固定。该装置通过人工推动钢丝支架对豆干进行切片,然后再转90°放入方孔再次切割获得豆干丝,虽然该装置实现了豆干的切丝,但是该装置在切丝过程中需要人为进行操控,特别是把握豆干切割的厚度以及宽度,如果没把控好会使得所切出的豆干丝大小不均匀,所以难以适用于豆干丝的大批量生产。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于实现批量生产大小均匀的豆干丝的一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机。
为了实现上述目的,所采用的基础方案为一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机,包括机架和传送带,传送带安装在机架上,主要在于,还包括切丝辊,切丝辊转动连接在传送带上方的机架上,切丝辊沿轴向套设有多个均匀分布的环形切丝刀,切丝辊上设有多个与环形切丝刀垂直的切断刀,多个切断刀绕切丝辊圆周均匀分布;每个环形切丝刀的刀刃和每个切断刀的刀刃位于同一圆柱面上,环形切丝刀压在传送带上。
基础方案的工作原理和有益效果:通过在切丝辊的周面上分别安装环形切丝刀和切断刀,并通过环形切丝刀压在传送带上,使得传送带带动切丝辊转动,当豆干从传送带通过切丝辊时自动形成豆干丝。与现有技术相比,该方案主要效果在于,通过使用传送带传送豆干,并在传送的过程中实现了豆干的切丝,将豆干的切丝生产变得规模化;在切丝时,通过切丝辊上环形切丝刀与切断刀的配合,使得所切成的豆干丝大小一致,从而利于后期装袋时重量的把控。切丝辊套设有多个均匀分布的环形切丝刀,切丝辊纵向设有多个切断刀,切断刀绕切丝辊圆周均匀分布,效果在于使得切丝辊上形成了许多相同大小的长方形区域,各个长方形区域之间由环形切丝刀和切断刀隔开,当切丝辊转动对豆干进行切割时,会使得豆干被切成与切丝辊上长方形区域相应的豆干丝;由于豆干的质量是均匀的,所以所切成的豆干丝重量基本相同,在将豆干丝入袋的时候就可以通过计算豆干丝的数量来控制所装入的每袋豆干的重量,从而减少了豆干丝入袋时的称重过程。环形切丝刀和切断刀的宽度相同,效果在于保证环形切丝刀与切断刀都能切到豆干。环形切丝刀压在传送带上,效果在于传送带传送时,就会相应带动切丝辊转动,从而实现豆干的连续切丝。
对基础方案进行优化得到优化方案1,环形切丝刀的周长与豆干长度相同;切断刀的长度与豆干宽度相同。当切丝辊转动一周的时候,环形切丝刀正好可以完成一整张豆干的切割,并通过控制豆干之间的距离,使切断刀初次切断豆干时的长度与两切断刀之间的距离相同,从而保证所切出的豆干丝长度一致。切断刀的长度和豆干宽度相同是为了防止出现豆干有未切断的情况。
对优化方案1进行优化得到优化方案2,切断刀能收进切丝辊内。效果在于可以通过有规律的收进一部分切断刀来得到相对较长的豆干丝,从而使得豆干丝的长度变得可调。
对基础方案和优化方案1、2分别进行优化得到优化方案3,还包括充气管,充气管安装在切丝辊内,充气管的进气端连接有送风机,充气管上设有多个支管,每个支管上连接有排气阀,排气阀包括气罩、支杆、弹簧和闭气板,气罩内设有排气孔,支杆穿过排气孔,闭气板与支杆上靠近排气孔的一端连接,弹簧的一端与支杆固定连接,弹簧的另一端与气罩固定连接,气罩与切丝辊的周面接通。当切丝辊转动切豆干时,由于豆干具有一定的厚度,使得转动到下方的一排排气阀打开,然后向下喷气,从而防止所切的豆干卡在切断刀和环形切丝刀围成的区域内。喷气时是通过支杆被向上顶起,使闭气板从气罩中的排气孔处移开,从而与支管形成通路而向外喷气,随着切丝辊的继续转动,支杆将不再受到抵压,并通过弹簧的作用自动回复,使闭气板重新将排气孔封闭。
对优化方案3进行优化得到优化方案4,传送带上设有与环形切丝刀逐一对应的切刀缝。效果在于环形切丝刀可以伸入到切刀缝里,使得环形切丝刀在切豆干时能彻底穿过豆干,从而保证豆干在纵向完全被切断。
对优化方案4进行优化得到优化方案5,传送带的传送末端向下倾斜。效果在于方便所得到的豆干丝倾倒。

具体实施方式
附图标号说明:机架1、传送带2、切丝辊3、环形切丝刀4、切断刀5、切刀缝6、豆干7、充气管8、气罩9、支管10、支杆11、弹簧12、排气孔13、封闭板14。
如图1所示的一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机,包括机架1,在机架1上固定安装传送带2,在传送带2的上方安装切丝辊3,切丝辊3的外周面上固定套有均匀分布的30个环形切丝刀4,每个环形切丝刀4的之间的间距为0.5cm。在切丝辊3的外周面上纵向固定安装三把切断刀5,切断刀5在切丝辊3的周向上均匀分布,每把切断刀5与环形切丝刀4的宽度相同,切断刀5的长度与切丝辊3的长度一致。每个环形切丝刀4的正下方所对传送带2处相应开有切刀缝6,并且环形切丝刀4底部的刀刃部分嵌于切刀缝6中。环形切丝刀4的外周周长设置成与豆干7的长度相同,另外,传送带的传送末端为倾斜向下的形状。
如图2所示,切丝辊3内安装有充气管8,充气管8的进气端与送风机连接,充气管8上接通有三排支管10,每个支管10上连接有排气阀,各个排气阀对应接通在环形切丝刀4与切断刀5围成的区域内。如图3所示,排气阀由气罩9、支杆11、弹簧12和闭气板14组成,气罩9上设有与支管10相通的排气孔13,支杆11穿过排气孔13,闭气板14焊接在支杆11靠近排气孔13的一端上,支杆11的另一端焊接有压板;弹簧12套在支杆上,并且弹簧12的一端焊接在支杆11的侧壁上,弹簧12的另一端焊接在气罩9的排气孔13周部。
进行豆干7切丝时,首先启动传送带2,将豆干7依次放置在传送带2上,由于传送带2与环形切丝刀4相接触,使得切丝辊3也随之转动。当豆干7传送到切丝辊3处时,环形切丝刀4开始纵向切豆干7,使豆干7被切成宽度为0.5cm的豆干丝,随着切丝辊3的继续转动,切断刀5将横向切断豆干丝,使得切割成的每根豆干丝长度保持一致,随着传动带2的继续传送,豆干丝将从传送带2的倾斜处掉落到相应的豆干丝盛放容器里。环形切丝刀4嵌于切刀缝6中的作用在于,保证了豆干7切丝时被完全切断,同时增大了环形切丝刀4与传送带2的接触面积,从而增大了摩擦力,防止切丝辊3出现打滑的情况。另外,通过切丝辊3不断的旋转切割,使得对应的排气阀相应打开,从而有效的防止所切的豆干丝被卡在环形切丝刀4和切断刀5围成的区域内。

1.一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机,包括机架(1)和传送带(2),所述传送带(2)安装在机架(1)上,其特征在于:还包括切丝辊(3),所述切丝辊(3)转动连接在传送带(2)上方的机架(1)上,切丝辊(3)沿轴向套设有多个均匀分布的环形切丝刀(4),切丝辊(3)上设有多个与环形切丝刀(4)垂直的切断刀(5),多个切断刀(5)绕切丝辊(3)圆周均匀分布;每个环形切丝刀(4)的刀刃和每个切断刀(5)的刀刃位于同一圆柱面上,环形切丝刀(4)压在传送带(2)上;所述环形切丝刀(4)的周长与豆干(7)长度相同;所述切断刀(5)的长度与豆干(7)宽度相同;所述切断刀(5)能收进切丝辊(3)内;还包括充气管(8),所述充气管(8)安装在切丝辊(3)内,充气管(8)的进气端连接有送风机,充气管(8)上设有多个支管(10),每个支管(10)上连接有排气阀,所述排气阀包括气罩(9)、支杆(11)、弹簧(12)和闭气板(14),所述气罩(9)内设有排气孔(13),所述支杆(11)穿过排气孔(13),所述闭气板(14)与支杆(11)上靠近排气孔(13)的一端连接,所述弹簧(12)的一端与支杆(11)固定连接,弹簧(12)的另一端与气罩(9)固定连接,气罩(9)与切丝辊(3)的周面接通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种能控制豆干切丝重量的切丝机,其特征在于:所述传送带(2)上设有与环形切丝刀(4)逐一对应的切刀缝(6)。
