Abstract

本发明公开了一种自动豆干分切装置，包括第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、过渡支撑板、纵向分切装置、横向分切装置和控制器。本发明自动豆干分切装置，工作时将大块的豆干放置在第一皮带输送机上，控制器控制第一皮带输送机工作将豆干输送至纵向分切装置，控制器控制伺服电机工作，伺服电机驱动纵向分切刀旋转，从而实现对豆干的纵向分切，分切后的豆干经过渡支撑板进入第二皮带输送机，控制器再控制第二皮带输送机将豆干送入横向分切装置，并控制电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下运动，实现对豆干的横向分切；本分切装置能实现连续的分切豆干，自动化程度高，生产效率高。

自动豆干分切装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种食品机械，特别涉及一种分切豆干的机械。
背景技术
在生产豆干食品过程中，需要将大块的豆干分切成小片，然后再进行的拌料、包装、灭菌等后续工序。
现有技术中的豆干分切机不能实现连续的分切作业，生产效率较低，不能满足大规模生产的需求。
发明内容
有鉴于此，本发明的目的是提供一种自动豆干分切装置，以解决现有技术中的自动豆干分切装置不能实现连续分切作业，生产效率较低的技术问题。
本发明自动豆干分切装置，包括第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的过渡支撑板、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的纵向分切装置、以及设置在第二皮带输送机出料端的横向分切装置；
所述纵向分切装置包括固定在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机上的第一刀架、设置在第一刀架上的纵向分切刀、以及驱动纵向分切刀的伺服电机，所述纵向分切刀包括与伺服电机的转子连接并与第一刀架转动配合的刀轴和沿刀轴并列设置的圆盘形切刀；
所述横向分切装置包括固定在第二皮带输送机上的第二刀架、竖直设置在第二刀架上的电动缸、以及连接在电动缸伸缩杆下端的横向分切刀，所述第二刀架上还设置有将豆干从第二皮带输送机出料端导向横向分切刀的导料板；
所述自动豆干分切装置还包括控制第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、伺服电机和电动缸的控制器。
进一步，所述过渡支撑板为进料端高、出料端低的倾斜板
进一步，所述导料板通过与第二刀架转动配合的销轴连接在第二刀架上，且销轴的端部设置有将导料板和第二刀架固定的螺母。
进一步，所述纵向分切刀的刀轴上设置有将各圆盘形切刀分隔的隔套。
本发明的有益效果：
本发明自动豆干分切装置，工作时将大块的豆干放置在第一皮带输送机上，控制器控制第一皮带输送机工作将豆干输送至纵向分切装置，控制器控制伺服电机工作，伺服电机驱动纵向分切刀旋转，从而实现对豆干的纵向分切，分切后的豆干经过渡支撑板进入第二皮带输送机，控制器再控制第二皮带输送机将豆干送入横向分切装置，并控制电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下运动，实现对豆干的横向分切；本分切装置能实现连续的分切豆干，自动化程度高，生产效率高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图所示，本实施例自动豆干分切装置，包括第一皮带输送机1、第二皮带输送机2、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的过渡支撑板3、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的纵向分切装置、以及设置在第二皮带输送机出料端的横向分切装置；
所述纵向分切装置包括固定在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机上的第一刀架4、设置在第一刀架上的纵向分切刀、以及驱动纵向分切刀的伺服电机5，所述纵向分切刀包括与伺服电机的转子连接并与第一刀架转动配合的刀轴6和沿刀轴并列设置的圆盘形切刀7；
所述横向分切装置包括固定在第二皮带输送机上的第二刀架8、竖直设置在第二刀架上的电动缸9、以及连接在电动缸伸缩杆下端的横向分切刀10，所述第二刀架上还设置有将豆干从第二皮带输送机出料端导向横向分切刀的导料板11；
所述自动豆干分切装置还包括控制第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、伺服电机和电动缸的控制器。
本实施例自动豆干分切装置，工作时将大块的豆干放置在第一皮带输送机上，控制器控制第一皮带输送机工作将豆干输送至纵向分切装置，控制器控制伺服电机工作，伺服电机驱动纵向分切刀旋转，从而实现对豆干的纵向分切，分切后的豆干经过渡支撑板进入第二皮带输送机，控制器再控制第二皮带输送机将豆干送入横向分切装置，并控制电动缸驱动横向分切刀上下运动，实现对豆干的横向分切；本分切装置能实现连续的分切豆干，自动化程度高，生产效率高。
作为对本实施例的改进，所述过渡支撑板为进料端高、出料端低的倾斜板，由于豆干较软，采用过渡支撑板采用倾斜板结构，能更可靠的将豆干转送到第二皮带输送机上。
作为对本实施例的改进，所述导料板通过与第二刀架转动配合的销轴12连接在第二刀架上，且销轴的端部设置有将导料板和第二刀架固定的螺母（螺母在图中未画出），本改进使得导料板的安装角度可调整，从而能获得最佳的安装位置，以保证将豆干可靠的输送至横向分切刀。
作为对本实施例的改进，所述纵向分切刀的刀轴上设置有将各圆盘形切刀分隔的隔套13，本改进使得通过采用不同长度的隔套，即可调节各圆盘形切刀之间的位置，进而能获得不同厚度的豆干，通用性好。

1.一种自动豆干分切装置，其特征在于：包括第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的过渡支撑板、设置在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机之间的纵向分切装置、以及设置在第二皮带输送机出料端的横向分切装置；
所述纵向分切装置包括固定在第一皮带输送机和第二皮带输送机上的第一刀架、设置在第一刀架上的纵向分切刀、以及驱动纵向分切刀的伺服电机，所述纵向分切刀包括与伺服电机的转子连接并与第一刀架转动配合的刀轴和沿刀轴并列设置的圆盘形切刀；
所述横向分切装置包括固定在第二皮带输送机上的第二刀架、竖直设置在第二刀架上的电动缸、以及连接在电动缸伸缩杆下端的横向分切刀，所述第二刀架上还设置有将豆干从第二皮带输送机出料端导向横向分切刀的导料板；
所述自动豆干分切装置还包括控制第一皮带输送机、第二皮带输送机、伺服电机和电动缸的控制器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动豆干分切装置，其特征在于：所述过渡支撑板为进料端高、出料端低的倾斜板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的自动豆干分切装置，其特征在于：所述导料板通过与第二刀架转动配合的销轴连接在第二刀架上，且销轴的端部设置有将导料板和第二刀架固定的螺母。
4.根据权利要求1所述的自动豆干分切装置，其特征在于：所述纵向分切刀的刀轴上设置有将各圆盘形切刀分隔的隔套。
