本发明公开了防火保温条切割机，它包括一个机架，在机架上面于两侧对称安装有一个板材输送滑道，在机架中间高于滑道用刀架横向安装有一根组合刀轴，在刀轴上安装有一排均布的刀盘，在各刀盘之间的刀轴上分别安装有一个和防火条宽度相对应的隔离套，在刀轴两端轴承内侧分别安装有一个锁紧螺母，在各锁紧螺母与刀盘之间的刀轴上分别经弹性垫片用压紧盘将刀片从刀轴两端压紧，在组合刀盘前下方的机架上面安装有一组联动的进料辊及其电机，在组合刀盘的后下方机架上面安装有一组联动的出料辊及其电机，在刀轴一侧下方的机架上安装有一个驱动刀轴的主电机，在组合刀盘的上方周边安装有一个防护罩。具有加工效率高，精准度好，省工省时的优点。

防火保温条切割机
技术领域：
本发明是一种专门用来将防火保温板材一次性切割成统一规格的防火保温条切割机。
背景技术：
现有的防火保温条，都是由外墙用的防火保温板材逐个切割成规格为600×50×12㎜的防火保温条。切割不但速度慢，而且精准度难以保证。
发明内容：
本发明的目的是提供一种能将一块防火保温板材一次性切割成统一规格的板条，加工速度快、精准度高的防火保温条切割机。
本发明的技术方案是以如下方式完成的，防火保温条切割机，它包括一个机架，其特征在于：在机架上面于两侧对称安装有一个板材输送滑道，在机架中间高于滑道用刀架横向安装有一根组合刀轴，在刀轴上安装有一排均布的刀盘，在各刀盘之间的刀轴上分别安装有一个和防火条宽度相对应的隔离套，在刀轴两端轴承内侧分别安装有一个锁紧螺母，在各锁紧螺母与刀盘之间的刀轴上分别经弹性垫片用压紧盘将刀片从刀轴两端压紧，在组合刀盘前下方的机架上面安装有一组联动的进料辊及其电机，在组合刀盘的后下方机架上面安装有一组联动的出料辊及其电机，在刀轴一侧下方的机架上安装有一个驱动刀轴的主电机，在组合刀盘的上方周边安装有一个防护罩。
本发明在机架上安装一个组合刀盘，通过前后两套输送装置分别进料和出料，一次性将整块料板切割成设定规格的条状。具有加工效率高，精准度好，省工省时的优点。

具体实施方式：
结合附图详细描述实施例，它包括一个机架7，在机架上面于两侧对称安装有一个板材输送滑道1，在机架中间高于滑道用刀架横向安装有一根组合刀轴3，在刀轴上安装有一排均布的刀盘4，在各刀盘之间的刀轴上分别安装有一个和防火条宽度相对应的隔离套15，在刀轴两端轴承11内侧分别安装有一个锁紧螺母12，在各锁紧螺母与刀盘之间的刀轴上分别经弹性垫片13用压紧盘14将刀片从刀轴两端压紧，在组合刀盘前下方的机架上面安装有一组联动的进料辊2及其电机10，在组合刀盘的后下方机架上面安装有一组联动的出料辊6及其电机8，在刀轴一侧下方的机架上安装有一个驱动刀轴的主电机9，在组合刀盘的上方周边安装有一个防护罩5。工作时，先由人工把料板放在进料辊上面由两侧的管道限位，再由进料辊将料板送入到组合刀盘下面，打开主电机由一排均布的刀盘将料板切割成宽度相等的若干防火条，切好后的防火条前进到出料辊上后，再打开出料辊电机将其输送到包装箱内。

1.防火保温条切割机，它包括一个机架，其特征在于：在机架上面于两侧对称安装有一个板材输送滑道，在机架中间高于滑道用刀架横向安装有一根组合刀轴，在刀轴上安装有一排均布的刀盘，在各刀盘之间的刀轴上分别安装有一个和防火条宽度相对应的隔离套，在刀轴两端轴承内侧分别安装有一个锁紧螺母，在各锁紧螺母与刀盘之间的刀轴上分别经弹性垫片用压紧盘将刀片从刀轴两端压紧，在组合刀盘前下方的机架上面安装有一组联动的进料辊及其电机，在组合刀盘的后下方机架上面安装有一组联动的出料辊及其电机，在刀轴一侧下方的机架上安装有一个驱动刀轴的主电机，在组合刀盘的上方周边安装有一个防护罩。
