本发明公开了一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置,包括果实存料箱和切料机构,果实存料箱连通有果实出料口;果实出料口下方安装有旋转板,旋转板连接有旋转机构,旋转板上安装有果实托盘机构;果实存料箱和切料机构分别处于果实托盘机构正上方;切料机构包括网刀,网刀连接有竖向伸缩机构,果实托盘机构包括托盘,托盘上成形有若干与网刀配合的缝隙;托盘通过若干连接杆连接在安装板上;合旋转装置安装有第一传送带,第一传送带穿过烘箱的侧壁进入烘箱内。本发明可以实现猕猴桃的快速切条,且不会出现切刀之间挤压果肉的情况,操作简单快速,切条后自动送入烘干机钩烘干,且烘干机构可实现对猕猴桃自动翻料使得烘干快速均匀。

一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置
技术领域
本发明属于食品生产设备领域,具体地说,是一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置。
背景技术
猕猴桃成熟采摘下来后,有些转运走作为鲜果上市,有些为了更长时间的保存或增值制作成了干果,制作干果条时要将猕猴桃经过剥皮、切条、烘干等工序制成,其中切条最为费时费工。但是使用工具进行统一的切条或切片时通常采用成排的切刀,但是刀刃是前端薄后边厚,导致切刀下切的过程中果肉内刀片挤压,从而使得果肉挤压留在刀片之间,不仅导致切条操作难以实现,而且影响切条果肉的品质。此外,现有的烘干装置是将猕猴桃放在烘干机中烘干,导致其上部烘干块,底部由于被压住,烘干慢,导致其烘干不均匀,烘干时间长。
发明内容
为了克服以上问题,本发明提供了一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置。本发明可以实现猕猴桃的快速切条,且不会出现切刀之间挤压果肉的情况,操作简单快速,切条后自动送入烘干机钩烘干,且烘干机构可实现对猕猴桃自动翻料使得烘干快速均匀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置,包括果实存料箱和切料机构,所述果实存料箱连通有果实出料口;所述果实出料口下方安装有旋转板,旋转板连接有旋转机构,旋转板上安装有果实托盘机构;果实存料箱和切料机构分别设置于果实托盘机构上方;所述切料机构包括网刀,网刀连接有竖向伸缩机构,所述果实托盘机构包括托盘,托盘上成形有若干与网刀配合的缝隙;托盘通过若干连接杆连接在安装板上;
所述网刀上方连接有存料筒,存料筒的内径大于网刀的直径,竖向伸缩机构连接有旋转装置;
配合旋转装置安装有第一传送带,第一传送带穿过烘箱的侧壁进入烘箱内,烘箱上配合第一传送带连接有翻料斜板,翻料斜板下方安装有若干第二传送带;翻料斜板与第二传送带一一对应;最底部的第二传送带穿过烘箱的侧壁;第一传送带与烘箱的侧壁之间形成有过料间隙,过料间隙的高度大于猕猴桃切条的厚度,且小于两倍猕猴桃切条的厚度;第一传送带和第二传送带均成形有透气通孔。
进一步的改进,所述托盘底部为下凹的弧形。
进一步的改进,所述托盘底部与安装板之间形成有避让间隙。
进一步的改进,所述旋转机构为步进电机或旋转气缸。
进一步的改进,所述竖向伸缩机构为气缸。
进一步的改进,配合果实出料口安装有通过阀机构,所述通过阀机构包括挡板,挡板连接有横向伸缩气缸。
进一步的改进,所述旋转装置为电机或旋转气缸。
进一步的改进,所述烘箱内安装有热气管,热气管上安装有若干热气喷口;热气管连通有热风机。
进一步的改进,所述旋转板为圆形,旋转板上安装有多个相邻设置的果实托盘机构。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例和说明书附图对本发明做进一步阐述和说明:
如图1和2所示的一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置,包括果实存料箱1和切料机构6,所述果实存料箱1连通有果实出料口2;所述果实出料口2下方安装有旋转板4,旋转板4连接有旋转机构5,旋转板4上安装有果实托盘机构7;果实存料箱1和切料机构6分别设置于果实托盘机构7上方;所述切料机构6包括网刀61,网刀61连接有竖向伸缩机构62,所述果实托盘机构7包括托盘71,托盘71上成形有若干与网刀61配合的缝隙72;托盘71通过若干连接杆73连接在安装板74上;
网刀61上方连接有存料筒63,存料筒63的内径大于网刀61的直径,竖向伸缩机构62连接有旋转装置64;
配合旋转装置64安装有第一传送带65,第一传送带65穿过烘箱8的侧壁进入烘箱8内,烘箱8上配合第一传送带65连接有翻料斜板81,翻料斜板81下方安装有若干第二传送带82;翻料斜板81与第二传送带82一一对应;最底部的第二传送带82穿过烘箱8的侧壁;第一传送带65与烘箱8的侧壁之间形成有过料间隙83,过料间隙83的高度大于猕猴桃切条的厚度,且小于两倍猕猴桃切条的厚度;第一传送带65和第二传送带82均成形有透气通孔。
本发明使用方法如下:猕猴桃自果实出料口2一个个落出掉落进托盘71,然后旋转到切料机构6正下方,网刀61在竖向伸缩机构62的推动下被下推将猕猴桃切成条状,切割完毕后,网刀61继续下落,条状的猕猴桃被托盘71顶起,然后受重力或上部猕猴桃的挤压影响,倾斜倒掉,从而不会自网刀的缝隙处漏出,然后旋转机构5旋转,下一个装好猕猴桃的托盘71被旋转到网刀61正下方,如此循环。由于使用的网刀,其上下的高度仅仅只有几毫米。因此不会夹持住果肉,即不会出现堵塞。当存料筒63内的猕猴桃条达到预设量或每切一个猕猴桃,旋转装置64旋转90到180°,一般选择145°,使得存料筒63向下倾斜,将切得猕猴桃条掉到第一传送带65上,然后被运输到烘箱内,通过过料间隙83时。猕猴桃条被烘箱侧壁推成一层,然后每次经过一个翻料斜板81,实现一次翻料,从而在烘箱内均匀快速烘干,烘干后形成成品,被运输到包装机处包装。
猕猴桃自果实存料箱1中通过果实出料口2。
托盘71底部为下凹的弧形,从而更适应猕猴桃的形状。
旋转机构5为步进电机或旋转气缸。
竖向伸缩机构62为气缸。通过阀机构3包括挡板31,挡板31连接有横向伸缩气缸32。旋转装置64的电机或旋转气缸。烘箱8内安装有热气管84,热气管(84)上安装有若干热气喷口85;热气管84连通有热风机86。也可使用电热丝代替。

1.一种猕猴桃切条烘干装置,包括果实存料箱(1)和切料机构(6),其特征在于,所述果实存料箱(1)连通有果实出料口(2);所述果实出料口(2)下方安装有旋转板(4),旋转板(4)连接有旋转机构(5),旋转板(4)上安装有果实托盘机构(7);果实存料箱(1)和切料机构(6)分别设置于果实托盘机构(7)上方;所述切料机构(6)包括网刀(61),网刀(61)连接有竖向伸缩机构(62),所述果实托盘机构(7)包括托盘(71),托盘(71)上成形有若干与网刀(61)配合的缝隙(72);托盘(71)通过若干连接杆(73)连接在安装板(74)上;
所述网刀(61)上方连接有存料筒(63),存料筒(63)的内径大于网刀(61)的直径,竖向伸缩机构(62)连接有旋转装置(64);
配合旋转装置(64)安装有第一传送带(65),第一传送带(65)穿过烘箱(8)的侧壁进入烘箱(8)内,烘箱(8)上配合第一传送带(65)连接有翻料斜板(81),翻料斜板(81)下方安装有若干第二传送带(82);翻料斜板(81)与第二传送带(82)一一对应;最底部的第二传送带(82)穿过烘箱(8)的侧壁;第一传送带(65)与烘箱(8)的侧壁之间形成有过料间隙(83),过料间隙(83)的高度大于猕猴桃切条的厚度,且小于两倍猕猴桃切条的厚度。
2.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃切条烘干装置,其特征在于,所述托盘(71)底部为下凹的弧形。
3.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃切条烘干装置,其特征在于,所述托盘(71)底部与安装板(74)之间形成有避让间隙(75)。
4.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃切条烘干装置,其特征在于,所述旋转机构(5)为步进电机或旋转气缸。
5.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃切条烘干装置,其特征在于,所述竖向伸缩机构(62)为气缸。
6.如权利要求1所述的猕猴桃切条烘干装置,其特征在于,配合果实出料口(2)安装有通过阀机构(3),所述通过阀机构(3)包括挡板(31),挡板(31)连接有横向伸缩气缸(32)。
