本发明一种制药生产线属于中药饮片加工设备领域,采用可调速输送带将分选的白芨送入超声波清洗槽进行清洗,由螺旋推进器将清洗好的白芨送入湿润料槽,在湿润料槽湿润2‑3h后、智能控制箱启动旋转式切片机、干燥输送带、微波发生器、放开重力感应挡板,设备自动下料、切片、微波烘干、输送出料、加工完毕自动关机。

[0002]随着人工劳动力成本的日益增高及效率低的因素,变相增加了各种加工行业的生 产成本,劳动力的稀缺也是日益严重。现有中药饮片加工企业在加工白芨饮片时基本还是 使用的是普通设备、由人工操控经过多到工序完成,没有专用生产线、设备不智能、占用人 员多、费工费时、成本高。因此需要一种白芨智能生产线。
发明内容
[0003]本发明一种制药生产线解决了上述困难,采用可调速输送带将分选的白芨送入超 声波清洗槽进行清洗,由螺旋推进器将清洗好的白芨送入湿润料槽,在湿润料槽湿润2-3h 后、智能控制箱启动旋转式切片机、干燥输送带、微波发生器、放开重力感应挡板,设备自动 下料、切片、微波烘干、输送出料、加工完毕自动关机。

[0021] 根据上述一种制药生产线在使用时,先将料斗装满白芨、打开清洗槽的喷头、向里 面喷水,接通智能控制箱电源,根据白芨的等级通过智能控制箱设定输送带的输送速度、开 启超声波发生器及螺旋推进器,分选台两边各站一名分选工人,输送带将分选好的白芨送 入清洗槽,白芨在超声波及水的强烈震动下、泥沙与白芨快速分开,螺旋推进器将清洗过后 的白芨推向出料口、上面的喷头再次将白芨清洗,清洗干净的白芨通过出料口落入湿润料 槽、泥沙从筛网落入地面,分选及清洗过后的白芨填满湿润料槽大致需要3-4h,在湿润料槽 填满后、分选工人正好到了下班时间,通过智能控制箱将分选台及清洗槽电源关闭、同时设 定好2h后智能控制箱启动旋转式切片机、干燥输送带、微波发生器、放开重力感应挡板,2h 后旋转式切片机、干燥输送带、微波发生器启动、伺服电机缓慢放开重力感应挡板,白芨缓 慢落入快速旋转的圆盘式切料盘里面、在切割刀片的作用下由原来的椭圆形变成薄片、从 梯形出料口落入金属网输送带,白芨所含的水分在微波的加热下快速蒸发变成干片、由金 属网输送带送入溜槽式出料口,当重力感应挡板感应不到重量时、白芨已被切片完毕、通知 智能控制箱控制伺服电机将重力感应挡板复位、2min后停止旋转式切片机、40-50min后停 止金属网输送带及微波发生器,然后自动断电。
