瓦楞纸是由挂面纸和通过瓦楞棍加工而形成波形的瓦楞原纸粘合而成的板状物,常被制成包装箱,在瓦楞原纸生产过程中大量采用废纸浆为原料,使得成纸的强度不高,纸板环压强度偏低,导致包装在受到碰撞、挤压时,容易变形或破损,从而危及包装货物的安全。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种瓦楞原纸,本发明抗冲击性能好,抗压性能高。
本发明提出的一种瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:再生纸浆80-100份,小麦秸秆纤维纸浆20-40份,聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂2-3份,施胶剂0.8-1.2份,硅烷偶联剂改性氢氧化铝2-3份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1-1.5份,聚磷酸铵0.4-0.6份,增强剂10-12份,茶树精油1-2份,丁香精油0.5-1份,填料8-10份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.6-0.8份;

本发明选用再生纸浆和小麦秸秆纤维纸浆相互配合,减少小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的使用,并且使用再生纸浆,可以减少环境污染,降低成本,适量的添加小麦秸秆纤维纸浆可以增加本发明的机械性能;选用聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂、施胶剂相互配合,增加本发明的防潮性能;硅烷偶联剂改性氢氧化铝、三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐、聚磷酸铵相互配合增加本发明的阻燃性能,且无卤元素,减少对环境和人体的危害,并且能进一步增加本发明的机械性能;选用不同粒径的纳米二氧化硅、轻质碳酸钙、膨润土相互配合,可以增加本发明的强度、硬度和抗冲击性能;选用羟丙基壳聚糖与丙烯酰胺接枝共聚,并经N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯交联扩链,大大增加了聚丙稀酰胺的空间结构,从而大大增加聚丙烯酰胺与纤维的化学键合位点,并且聚丙烯酰胺可以吸附细小纤维和填料,再结合羟丙基壳聚糖与纸浆纤维结构相似,可紧密吸附纤维并成膜的性能,从而大大增加改性聚丙烯酰胺的增强、助留助滤、絮凝功效,并与水性聚氨酯乳液、阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶相互配合,从而大大增加本发明的环压强度、抗压缩性能和机械性能;增强剂与填料相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的抗压缩性能和抗冲击性能;茶树精油、丁香精油相互配合,可以增加本发明的抗菌抗霉性能;上述各物质以合适比例相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的抗冲击性能、抗压缩性能和环压强度。

一种瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:浓度为78wt%再生纸浆85份,浓度为74wt%小麦秸秆纤维纸浆25份,聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂2.8份,施胶剂0.9份,硅烷偶联剂改性氢氧化铝2.7份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1.1份,聚磷酸铵0.55份,增强剂10.5份,茶树精油1.8份,丁香精油0.6份,填料9.5份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.65份;
其中,增强剂的原料按重量份包括:固含量为28wt%水性聚氨酯乳液1.1份,阳离子淀粉2.8份,瓜尔胶0.55份,改性聚丙烯酰胺4.5份;
在改性聚丙烯酰胺的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将羟丙基壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、水混匀,升温至53℃,保温搅拌45min,加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯混匀,调节pH=9,保温搅拌4.5h,加入丙酮进行沉淀,过滤取滤饼,用丙酮洗涤,升温至55℃,减压干燥得到改性聚丙烯酰胺,其中,羟丙基壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、水的重量比为0.7:4.5:30,丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为30:0.14:0.07:0.6:0.4;
填料的原料按重量份包括:纳米二氧化硅1.2份,2000目轻质碳酸钙1.5份,800目膨润土3.5份。
试验例1
对实施例1-5进行性能测试,并以市场上的瓦楞原纸为对照组,结果如下表:

由上表可以看出,本发明具有良好的抗压缩性能和环压强度。

Claims (10)
1.一种瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:再生纸浆80-100份,小麦秸秆纤维纸浆20-40份,聚酰胺多胺-表氯醇树脂2-3份,施胶剂0.8-1.2份,硅烷偶联剂改性氢氧化铝2-3份,三聚氰胺氰尿酸盐1-1.5份,聚磷酸铵0.4-0.6份,增强剂10-12份,茶树精油1-2份,丁香精油0.5-1份,填料8-10份,乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷0.6-0.8份;
其中,增强剂的原料包括:水性聚氨酯乳液、阳离子淀粉、瓜尔胶、改性聚丙烯酰胺。
2.根据权利要求1所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,增强剂的原料按重量份包括:水性聚氨酯乳液1-1.5份,阳离子淀粉2-3份,瓜尔胶0.5-0.7份,改性聚丙烯酰胺3-5份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,在改性聚丙烯酰胺的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将羟丙基壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、水混匀,升温,保温搅拌,加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯混匀,调节pH,保温搅拌,加入丙酮进行沉淀,过滤取滤饼,洗涤,干燥得到改性聚丙烯酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,在改性聚丙烯酰胺的制备过程中,在氮气氛围中,将羟丙基壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、水混匀,升温至50-55℃,保温搅拌40-50min,加入过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯混匀,调节pH=8.8-9.2,保温搅拌4-5h,加入丙酮进行沉淀,过滤取滤饼,用丙酮洗涤,升温至50-60℃,减压干燥得到改性聚丙烯酰胺。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,在改性聚丙烯酰胺的制备过程中,羟丙基壳聚糖、丙烯酰胺、水的重量比为0.5-1:3-6:25-35。
6.根据权利要求3-5任一项所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,在改性聚丙烯酰胺的制备过程中,丙烯酰胺、过硫酸钾、过硫酸钠、N-羟甲基丙烯酰胺、丙烯酸甲酯的重量比为30:0.13-0.15:0.06-0.08:0.5-0.7:0.3-0.5。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,水性聚氨酯乳液的固含量为25-30wt%。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,填料的原料按重量份包括:纳米二氧化硅1-2份,轻质碳酸钙1-3份,膨润土3-5份。
9.根据权利要求8所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,轻质碳酸钙为1000-2000目,膨润土为600-800目。
10.根据权利要求1-9任一项所述瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,再生纸浆的浓度为75-80wt%,小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的浓度为70-75wt%。
