本发明提供一种造纸干强剂,其组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉2-4%,功能性单体20-28%,阳离子单体为26-30%,阴离子单体1-10%,丙烯酰胺5-8%、丙烯酸5-8%、丙烯酸酯10-15%,引发剂1-2%、氧化剂2-5%,余量为pH调节剂。其有益效果是:能显著提供纸张的干强度和耐撕强度,明显改善纸张的环压强度和浆料滤水性能,提高微细组分的留着,降低造纸生产成本,提高经济效益,减轻造纸废水的处理压力。

一种造纸干强剂
技术领域
本发明涉及造纸助剂领域,尤其涉及一种包装纸的干强剂。
背景技术
我国包装用纸板大多利用废纸制浆或草浆,浆料中短纤维较多从而造成纸板强度较低,因此提高纸板的强度变得越来越重要。纸或纸板的干强度是纸的结构特性之一,干强度主要是随着纤维网络形成和干燥之后纤维之间键合而获得的,强度主要取决于单根纤维的强度和纤维之间的键合程度、数量、纤维键合的分布等。干强剂是造纸工业中增加纸张强度的一类重要化学品,许多水溶性的,与纤维能形成氢键结合的聚合物都可以作为干强剂使用,利用干强剂提高纸或纸板强度是一种非常有效的方法。
CN102627730A公开了一种两性干强剂及其制备方法,制备方法包括:(1)在氮气气氛中,将醚化剂和氧化剂加入淀粉乳,反应;(2)然后加入丙烯腈,反应,加入酸性物质调节体系的pH值至7-8;(3)加入丙烯酰胺、阳离子单体和引发剂,反应,降至室温,过网,出料,即可获得所述的两性生物型干强剂。该方法制备得到的干强剂避免了淀粉和聚丙烯酰胺类增干强剂的缺陷,可以显著提高纸张的各项干强指标。
目前应用效果最好的干强剂是聚丙烯酰胺及其共聚物,包括阴离子型聚丙烯酰胺、阳离子型聚丙烯酰胺和两性聚丙烯酰胺。以上专利都涉及了共聚单体来改性聚丙烯酰胺,但都未涉及使用多烯基单体和乙烯基醚类单体来改性聚丙烯酰胺,且现有技术对于丙烯酰胺单体共聚合成的反应控制存在缺陷,所得聚合物的粘度和分子量重复性差,且经常凝胶化现象。
发明内容
本发明的目的是解决现有的干强剂造的纸耐折度、环压强度、耐破强度较差的难题,为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种造纸干强剂,其组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉2-4%,功能性单体20-28%,阳离子单体为26-30%,阴离子单体1-10%,丙烯酰胺5-8%、丙烯酸5-8%、丙烯酸酯10-15%,引发剂1-2%、氧化剂2-5%,余量为pH调节剂。
所述的功能性单体为4-羟丁基乙烯基醚。
所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
所述的阴离子单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸的一种。
所述的氧化剂为过硫酸钠。
所述的PH调节剂为磷酸二氢钠或碳酸氢钠的一种。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明所述的包装纸干强剂使用方便、性能稳定、成本低、环压强度和耐破强度高,能显著提供纸张的干强度和耐撕强度,明显改善纸张的环压强度和浆料滤水性能,提高微细组分的留着,降低造纸生产成本,提高经济效益,减轻造纸废水的处理压力。

实施例一:
一种造纸干强剂,其组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉2%,功能性单体20%,阳离子单体为26%,阴离子单体1%,丙烯酰胺5%、丙烯酸5%、丙烯酸酯10%,引发剂1%、氧化剂2%,余量为pH调节剂。
所述的功能性单体为4-羟丁基乙烯基醚。
所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
所述的阴离子单体为丙烯酸。
所述的氧化剂为过硫酸钠。
所述的PH调节剂为磷酸二氢钠。
实施例二:
一种造纸干强剂,其组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉3%,功能性单体22%,阳离子单体为28%,阴离子单体5%,丙烯酰胺7%、丙烯酸8%、丙烯酸酯12%,引发剂3%、氧化剂4%,余量为pH调节剂。
所述的功能性单体为4-羟丁基乙烯基醚。
所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
所述的阴离子单体为甲基丙烯酸。
所述的氧化剂为过硫酸钠。
所述的PH调节剂为磷酸二氢钠。
实施例三:
一种造纸干强剂,其组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉4%,功能性单体28%,阳离子单体为26%,阴离子单体8%,丙烯酰胺8%、丙烯酸6%、丙烯酸酯15%,引发剂1%、氧化剂5%,余量为pH调节剂。
所述的功能性单体为4-羟丁基乙烯基醚。
所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
所述的阴离子单体为甲基丙烯酸。
所述的氧化剂为过硫酸钠。
所述的PH调节剂为碳酸氢钠。

1.一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于组成的原料和原料的重量百分比为,淀粉2-4%,功能性单体20-28%,阳离子单体为26-30%,阴离子单体1-10%,丙烯酰胺5-8%、丙烯酸5-8%、丙烯酸酯10-15%,引发剂1-2%、氧化剂2-5%,余量为pH调节剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于所述的功能性单体为4-羟丁基乙烯基醚。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于所述的阳离子单体为二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于所述的阴离子单体为丙烯酸、甲基丙烯酸的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于所述的氧化剂为过硫酸钠。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸干强剂,其特征在于所述的PH调节剂为磷酸二氢钠或碳酸氢钠的一种。
