本发明公开了一种防火环保瓦楞原纸,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:树皮50‑90份、废纸浆60‑75份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆25‑45份、淀粉8‑15份、阻燃环氧树脂2‑6份、施胶剂1.0‑1.5份、丙烯酰胺0.4‑0.6份、茶树精油2‑5份、丁香精油0.5‑1.1份、果胶2‑6份。本发明瓦楞原纸易于自行分解,还可再回收利用,安全性高;增强剂与填料相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的抗压缩性能和抗冲击性能;茶树精油、丁香精油相互配合,可以增加本发明的抗菌抗霉性能;上述各物质以合适比例相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的抗冲击性能、抗压缩性能和环压强度;本发明提供的环保瓦楞原纸制造成本低、用料环保,提升了普通瓦楞纸板的附加价值。

本发明涉及一种瓦楞原纸,尤其涉及一种防火环保瓦楞原纸。属造纸行业技术领域。
背景技术
根据新思界产业研究中心出具的《2018年瓦楞纸行业投资前景及投资策略研究报告》显示,2013-2016年全球瓦楞行业保持年均4%的增速;新兴市场中,中国市场增速较快达到7%,未来我国将保持其在全球瓦楞包装市场中的主导地位。
随着时代的变化,越来越多的环保家居出现在家居市场中,瓦楞纸具有环保,循环再利用等多种优点,是家居设计中一个富有创造性的概念。为抓住市场机遇,造纸业不断加大经费投入进行设备升级和技术研发,扩大生产规模。大力支持应用生产质量品质高、资源能源消耗低、对人体健康和环境影响小、便于回收利用的绿色包装材料。瓦楞包装产品具有轻量化、可回收利用、易降解等特点,被称为“绿色包装”。
树皮是一种韧皮纤维,将树皮作为原料应用到造纸中可以增强纸张的机械强度,还可以防止树皮堆积造成的一系列有害问题。普通瓦楞纸箱也常用于许多的易燃易爆危险品的包装,而不具备助燃功效的瓦楞纸难以达到保护易燃易爆产品的功效,因此,制造具有阻燃功效、机械性能好、且生产原料环保的瓦楞纸是具有重要意义的。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对上述现有技术存在的不足而提供一种防火环保瓦楞原纸。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种防火环保瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:树皮50-90份、废纸浆60-75份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆25-45份、淀粉8-15份、阻燃环氧树脂2-6份、施胶剂1.0-1.5份、丙烯酰胺0.4-0.6份、茶树精油2-5份、丁香精油0.5-1.1份、果胶2-6份。
优选地,所述的淀粉包括包括阳离子淀粉或氧化淀粉。
优选地,所述的原料按重量份包括:树皮60-90份、废纸浆70-75份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆30-45份、淀粉12-15份、阻燃环氧树脂2-5份、施胶剂1.2-1.5份、丙烯酰胺0.4-0.6份、茶树精油2-5份、丁香精油0.5-1.1份、果胶2-6份。
优选地,所述的废纸浆的浓度为85-90wt%。
优选地,所述的小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的浓度为75-80wt%。
本发明有益效果:本发明瓦楞原纸易于自行分解,还可再回收利用,安全性高;增强剂与填料相互配合,可以进一步增加本发明的抗压缩性能和抗冲击性能;茶树精油、丁香精油相互配合,可以增加本发明的抗菌抗霉性能;上述各物质以合适比例相互配合,使得本发明具有良好的抗冲击性能、抗压缩性能和环压强度;本发明提供的环保瓦楞原纸制造成本低、用料环保,提升了普通瓦楞纸板的附加价值。

实施例1:
一种防火环保瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:树皮50份、废纸浆60份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆25份、淀粉8份、阻燃环氧树脂2份、施胶剂1.0份、丙烯酰胺0.4份、茶树精油2份、丁香精油0.5份、果胶2份。其中所述的淀粉包括包括阳离子淀粉或氧化淀粉。所述的废纸浆的浓度为85-90wt%。所述的小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的浓度为75-80wt%。
实施例2:
一种防火环保瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:树皮90份、废纸浆75份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆5份、淀粉15份、阻燃环氧树脂6份、施胶剂1.5份、丙烯酰胺0.6份、茶树精油5份、丁香精油1.1份、果胶6份。其中所述的淀粉包括包括阳离子淀粉或氧化淀粉。所述的废纸浆的浓度为85-90wt%。所述的小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的浓度为75-80wt%。
实施例3:
一种防火环保瓦楞原纸,其原料按重量份包括:树皮50-90份、废纸浆70份、小麦秸秆纤维纸浆35份、淀粉12份、阻燃环氧树脂4份、施胶剂1.25份、丙烯酰胺0.5份、茶树精油4份、丁香精油0.8份、果胶4份。其中所述的淀粉包括包括阳离子淀粉或氧化淀粉。所述的废纸浆的浓度为85-90wt%。所述的小麦秸秆纤维纸浆的浓度为75-80wt%。
