本实用新型涉及一种瓦楞纸板。 
背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产，同时随着这些产品的生产，其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。基于上述原因一种好的瓦楞纸板对于制作一种使用性能更佳的纸箱来说具有相当的重要性。运输或销售储存过程，会有各式各样的原因造成包装物品的损害，因此，现有的单一功能的瓦楞纸板已无法满足市场的需求。 
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有防水、防火、抗压、抗冲击功能的瓦楞纸板。 
为了达到上述之目的，本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案： 
一种复合瓦楞纸板，包括外层箱板纸、外防水施胶层、复合瓦楞纸芯、内防水施胶层、内层箱板纸，所述外防水施胶层中含有阻燃剂，所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构，所述瓦楞纸芯自上而下由U型瓦楞纸层、V型瓦楞纸层和圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层嵌套而成，所述U型瓦楞纸层与V型瓦楞纸层的波长相同，所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层设置于V型瓦楞纸层与内防水施胶层之间的孔隙处。 
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：外防水施胶层中含有阻燃剂，具有防火防水功能，复合瓦楞纸芯具有抗拉、抗冲击性能，并且采用多层嵌套而成的复合瓦楞纸芯相比传统的叠加方式，大幅降低了厚度，从而腾出更多的包装空间。

实施例1： 
如图1所示，一种复合瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：包括外层箱板纸1、外防水施胶层2、复合瓦楞纸芯3、内防水施胶层4、内层箱板纸5，所述外防水施胶层中含有阻燃剂，从而具有防水与防火的效果，所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构，所述瓦楞纸芯自上而下由U型瓦楞纸层31、V型瓦楞纸层32和圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层33嵌套而成，多层结构具有更强的抗拉和抗冲击性能，所述U型瓦楞纸层与V型瓦楞纸层的波长相同，所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层设置于V型瓦楞纸层与内防水施胶层4之间的孔隙处。 
本实用新型瓦楞原纸材料为采用废纸制浆造纸制成的，起到废弃资源回收再利用的效果，节省了生产成本，也获得了较好的环保效果。

1.一种复合瓦楞纸板，其特征在于：包括外层箱板纸(1)、外防水施胶层(2)、复合瓦楞纸芯(3)、内防水施胶层(4)、内层箱板纸(5)，所述外防水施胶层中含有阻燃剂，所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构，所述瓦楞纸芯自上而下由U型瓦楞纸层、V型瓦楞纸层和圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层嵌套而成，所述U型瓦楞纸层与V型瓦楞纸层的波长相同，所述圆筒状附加瓦楞纸层设置于V型瓦楞纸层与内防水施胶层(4)之间的孔隙处。
