本实用新型涉及一种瓦楞纸板。
背景技术
传统的瓦楞纸板由相邻两层面纸间夹一层瓦楞芯纸组成,根据纸板内含有面纸和瓦楞芯纸层数的不同,可分为单面瓦楞纸板、三层瓦楞纸板、五层瓦楞纸板、七层瓦楞纸板等。但以此方法增强的瓦楞纸板强度有限,若要达到木材的强度,瓦楞纸板的厚度太厚、成本太高。基于上述原因一种厚度适中,又具有良好缓冲性能的纸板。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种超薄、高弹力的瓦楞纸板。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:
一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括外层箱板纸、复合瓦楞纸芯、内层箱板纸、防水胶层,所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构,所述复合瓦楞纸芯与外层箱板纸或内层箱板纸的孔穴处设有圆形纸芯。
所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,其一侧波纹板的高波峰与相对另一侧波纹板的矮波峰相对。
所述波纹板的矮波峰为U型,所述波纹板的高波峰为U型或V型的一种。
所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,所述两层波纹板交错嵌套粘连。
所述圆形纸芯设置于波纹板的矮波峰内的孔穴处。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:采用复合瓦楞纸芯,极大的减小厚度的同时,保留了高缓冲性能,并且更加节约材料。

如图1所示,一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,包括外层箱板纸1、复合瓦楞纸芯2、内层箱板纸3、防水胶层4,所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构,所述圆形纸芯设置于波纹板的矮波峰内的孔穴处,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,其一侧波纹板的高波峰与相对另一侧波纹板的矮波峰相对,所述波纹板的矮波峰为U型,所述波纹板的高波峰为V型。
实施例2:
如图2所示,一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,与实施例1的区别是,该波纹板的高波峰为U型。
实施例3:
如图3所示,一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,包括外层箱板纸1、复合瓦楞纸芯2、内层箱板纸3、防水胶层4,所述复合瓦楞纸芯包括两层波纹板相互粘结形成具有孔穴的结构,所述圆形纸芯设置于波纹板的矮波峰内的孔穴处,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,所述两层波纹板交错嵌套粘连,所述波纹板为U型波纹板。
本实用新型高弹力瓦楞纸板填充了圆形纸芯,保证高弹力的同时提升了抗压能力,交错嵌套粘连的方式提升了纸板的抗拉强度,瓦楞原纸材料为采用废纸制浆造纸制成的,起到废弃资源回收再利用的效果,节省了生产成本,也获得了较好的环保效果。

2.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,其一侧波纹板的高波峰与相对另一侧波纹板的矮波峰相对。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述波纹板的矮波峰为U型,所述波纹板的高波峰为U型或V型的一种。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述复合瓦楞纸芯为两层峰高不同但跨度相同的波纹板,所述两层波纹板交错嵌套粘连。
5.如权利要求2-4任一所述的一种高弹力瓦楞纸板,其特征在于,所述圆形纸芯设置于波纹板的矮波峰内的孔穴处。
