背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产,同时随着这些产品的生产,其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。基于上述原因一种好的瓦楞纸板对于制作一种使用性能更佳的纸箱来说具有相当的重要性。传统具有减震功能的瓦楞纸板具有多层瓦楞纸,以确保具有减震缓冲作用的同时还有足够的支撑力,因而,传统的结构对原材料的消耗大,成本高。

为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处,本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有减震功能的瓦楞纸板,确保具有足够支撑力的同时达到良好的减震效果。
为了达到上述之目的,本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案:
一种新型减震瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:包括上箱板纸和下箱板纸,所述上箱板纸上侧附着有纳米级碳酸钙微粒粘合层,所述上箱板纸和下箱板纸之间为瓦楞纸,所述瓦楞纸为单层结构,所述瓦楞纸由菱形瓦楞纸芯和圆形瓦楞纸芯交错排列而成。
所述菱形瓦楞纸芯左右两端点与圆形瓦楞纸芯相连,上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连。
所述圆形瓦楞纸芯左右两端与菱形瓦楞纸芯相连。
所述圆形瓦楞纸芯上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是:瓦楞纸由菱形瓦楞纸芯和圆形瓦楞纸芯交错排列构成,具有菱形瓦楞纸芯的支撑能力和圆形瓦楞纸芯的弹性缓冲能力,并且比双层结构更省材料。

参照图1所示,一种新型减震瓦楞纸板,包括上箱板纸2和下箱板纸4,所述上箱板纸上侧附着有纳米级碳酸钙微粒粘合层1,具有防水防潮的功能,所述上箱板纸和下箱板纸之间为瓦楞纸3,所述瓦楞纸为单层结构,所述瓦楞纸由菱形瓦楞纸芯31和圆形瓦楞纸芯32交错排列而成,所述菱形瓦楞纸芯左右两端点与圆形瓦楞纸芯相连,上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连,所述圆形瓦楞纸芯左右两端与菱形瓦楞纸芯相连,上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连。
本实用新型的特点为将菱形瓦楞纸芯和圆形瓦楞纸芯并排设置,在保证性能的同时节约了原材料。本实用新型瓦楞原纸材料为采用废纸回收制浆造纸制成的,起到废弃资源回收再利用的效果,节省了生产成本,也获得了较好的环保效果。

2.如权利要求1所述一种新型减震瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述菱形瓦楞纸芯左右两端点与圆形瓦楞纸芯相连,上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连。
3.如权利要求1所述一种新型减震瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述圆形瓦楞纸芯左右两端与菱形瓦楞纸芯相连。
4.如权利要求1或2所述一种新型减震瓦楞纸板,其特征在于:所述圆形瓦楞纸芯上下两端点分别与上箱板纸和下箱板纸相连。
