背景技术
现代社会每天都有产品大量生产，同时随着这些产品的生产，其需要较好的外包装以便于运输或销售储存过程中保证产品的品质不会受到外界破坏。而对于大部分的产品外包装一般都是通过由瓦楞纸板制成的纸箱进行防护性包装。基于上述原因一种好的瓦楞纸板对于制作一种使用性能更佳的纸箱来说具有相当的重要性，现有瓦楞芯的结构单一，在耐磨和缓冲方面的综合性能尚欠理想，难以保证产品的安全运输。
实用新型内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的上述不足之处，本实用新型的目的在于提供一种具有耐磨和缓冲综合性能的瓦楞纸板。
为了达到上述之目的，本实用新型采用如下具体技术方案：
一种多功能瓦楞纸板，包括第一箱板纸、外层蜂窝纸芯、上层胶膜、圆形纸芯、下层胶膜、内层V型瓦楞纸芯、第四箱板纸和防水施胶层，所述内层V型瓦楞纸芯的波长与圆形纸芯的直径相同，所述外层蜂窝纸芯的蜂窝宽度与圆形纸芯半径相等。
本实用新型与现有技术相比的优点是：外层采用蜂窝纸芯，保证纸板足够耐磨，适合长途运输，中间采用圆形纸芯，缓冲性能优良，缓冲层包裹在中间不易失效，内层采用V型瓦楞纸芯，提供了足够的支撑力。

参照图1所示，一种耐磨型瓦楞纸板，自上而下依次包括防水施胶层8、第一箱板纸1、外层蜂窝纸芯2、上层胶膜3、圆形纸芯4、下层胶膜5、内层V型瓦楞纸芯6和第四箱板纸7，所述内层V型瓦楞纸芯的波长与圆形纸芯的直径相同，所述外层蜂窝纸芯的蜂窝宽度与圆形纸芯半径相等。
本实用新型瓦楞原纸材料为采用废纸制浆造纸制成的，起到废弃资源回收再利用的效果，节省了生产成本，也获得了较好的环保效果。
