发明内容:本发明的目的是制出一种采用小兴安岭森林里生长的蓝靛果、蓝莓,经过科学方法,使其具有集天然性、营养性、独特性和风味性于一身的木耳蓝莓蓝靛果含片。其技术内容是,由黑木耳、优质的蜂王浆、野生蓝莓、野生蓝靛果精制而成,其特征是,其计量按百分比计,黑木耳38%,野生蓝莓30%野生蓝靛果30%,蜂王浆2%。本发明和现有技术比先进之处在于,该木耳蓝莓蓝靛果含片,老年人长期食用,具有保健作用强和营养价值高,软化血管、降低血脂、减缓碎裂衰老和增强抗肿瘤能力等功效。
具体实施方式:制备工艺,1、黑木耳先用0.25%高锰酸钾溶液浸泡10分钟后,用流动清水清冲洗、浸泡、再冲洗后,之后进粉碎机粉碎,加入2倍的水,用胶体磨打成浆状,加入果胶酶55度保温酶解1.5小时,加热95度高温下漂烫3分钟,灭酶并使其组织软化,得到热烫后的浆液;2、野生蓝靛果、野生蓝莓采用在输送带上喷水清洗,人工捡选,去除霉变的果粒,拣选后的浆果,由提升机输送到破碎机进行精细破碎,破碎后经加热进入酶解罐,添加果胶酶分解果胶,降低粘度为榨汁做准备;3、由果浆泵将待榨果浆和木耳浆同时送入带式压榨机,进行一次机械榨汁,榨汁后的残渣加入清水进行二次榨汁,两次压榨后的汁液合并进入贮罐,然后由泵打到自动离心分离机进行进一步分离使汁液更加清澈,分离后的清汁,由泵送到四效蒸发器进行蒸发浓缩,使固形物含量达到100%,蒸发在真空下进行,物料温度在80℃以下,蒸发后的物体进入压片机压片包装,以上构成本发明。
