Abstract
本发明公开了一种瞬干转印纸,包括基纸,基纸表面涂敷有一层涂层,涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉2‑10份、纤维素10‑25份、聚乙烯醇2‑8份、甘油4‑15份、二氧化硅8‑15份、硫酸钡8‑15份、氧化铝8‑20份、二氧化钛8‑25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10‑20份、木质素磺酸钙4‑8份以及海藻酸钠4‑10份,本发明制备工艺简单,制得的转印纸粘合性强,吸墨能力强、干燥速度快,能够提高转印质量。

技术领域
本发明涉及转印纸制备技术领域,具体为一种瞬干转印纸。
背景技术
热升华转印纸一般用于含聚酯的织物或材料的印刷,使用分散染料制作的墨水通过喷墨打印机将图案镜像打印到喷墨热升华转印纸上,然后将打印面与被转印面贴合并加热到170-230℃,墨水中的染料受热升华到被转印物中去,实现图文的转移印刷。
热升华转印纸的出现不仅提升了印刷精致度,更重要的是便捷地实现了纺织品的无水印染,喷墨打印机在电脑的控制下可以直接在喷墨热升华转印纸上打印出色彩艳丽、形象逼真的效果而无需制版等工序,再经过简单加热工序即可使被转印物得到精致的印刷效果,现有的热转印纸表面干燥速度慢,涂层粘合性低,影响转印质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种瞬干转印纸,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种瞬干转印纸,包括基纸,所述基纸表面涂敷有一层涂层,所述涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉2-10份、纤维素10-25份、聚乙烯醇2-8份、甘油4-15份、二氧化硅8-15份、硫酸钡8-15份、氧化铝8-20份、二氧化钛8-25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、木质素磺酸钙4-8份以及海藻酸钠4-10份。
优选的,所述基纸厚度为30-50μm;所述涂层厚度为3-6μm。
优选的,所述涂层优选的成分配比为:淀粉6份、纤维素18份、聚乙烯醇5份、甘油10份、二氧化硅12份、硫酸钡12份、氧化铝14份、二氧化钛17份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、木质素磺酸钙6份以及海藻酸钠7份。
优选的,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;
B、将基纸放入干燥箱中先进行低温干燥;再进行高温干燥;
C、将步骤A得到的涂层涂敷于步骤B得到的基纸表面即可。
优选的,所述步骤B中低温温度为30℃,干燥时间为15min;高温温度为75℃,干燥时间为30min。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明制备工艺简单,制得的转印纸粘合性强,吸墨能力强、干燥速度快,能够提高转印质量。
(2)本发明采用的制备方法中对基纸先进行低温干燥,再进行高温干燥,能够提高基纸表面质量,防止基纸变形影响转印效果。
(3)本发明的涂层中还添加有木质素磺酸钙以及海藻酸钠,能够进一步提高涂层的稳定性。

本发明提供一种技术方案:一种瞬干转印纸,包括基纸,所述基纸表面涂敷有一层涂层,涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉2-10份、纤维素10-25份、聚乙烯醇2-8份、甘油4-15份、二氧化硅8-15份、硫酸钡8-15份、氧化铝8-20份、二氧化钛8-25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、木质素磺酸钙4-8份以及海藻酸钠4-10份。
实施例一:
基纸厚度为30μm;涂层厚度为3μm。
本实施例中,涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉2份、纤维素10份、聚乙烯醇2份、甘油4份、二氧化硅8份、硫酸钡8份、氧化铝8份、二氧化钛8份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10份、木质素磺酸钙4份以及海藻酸钠4份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;
B、将基纸放入干燥箱中先进行低温干燥;再进行高温干燥;
C、将步骤A得到的涂层涂敷于步骤B得到的基纸表面即可。
本实施例中,步骤B中低温温度为30℃,干燥时间为15min;高温温度为75℃,干燥时间为30min。
实施例二:
基纸厚度为50μm;涂层厚度为6μm。
本实施例中,涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉10份、纤维素25份、聚乙烯醇8份、甘油15份、二氧化硅15份、硫酸钡15份、氧化铝20份、二氧化钛25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯20份、木质素磺酸钙8份以及海藻酸钠10份。
本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;

本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;

本实施例的制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;
B、将基纸放入干燥箱中先进行低温干燥;再进行高温干燥;
C、将步骤A得到的涂层涂敷于步骤B得到的基纸表面即可。

实验例:
将普通转印纸与本发明各实施例制得转印纸进行固化时间和剥离强度试验,得到数据如下表:
由以上表格数据可知,实施例五制得的转印纸能够达到最佳效果。
本发明制备工艺简单,制得的转印纸粘合性强,吸墨能力强、干燥速度快,能够提高转印质量;本发明采用的制备方法中对基纸先进行低温干燥,再进行高温干燥,能够提高基纸表面质量,防止基纸变形影响转印效果;另外,本发明的涂层中还添加有木质素磺酸钙以及海藻酸钠,能够进一步提高涂层的稳定性。

1.一种瞬干转印纸,其特征在于:包括基纸,所述基纸表面涂敷有一层涂层,所述涂层组份按重量份数包括淀粉2-10份、纤维素10-25份、聚乙烯醇2-8份、甘油4-15份、二氧化硅8-15份、硫酸钡8-15份、氧化铝8-20份、二氧化钛8-25份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯10-20份、木质素磺酸钙4-8份以及海藻酸钠4-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种瞬干转印纸,其特征在于:所述基纸厚度为30-50μm;所述涂层厚度为3-6μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种瞬干转印纸,其特征在于:所述涂层优选的成分配比为:淀粉6份、纤维素18份、聚乙烯醇5份、甘油10份、二氧化硅12份、硫酸钡12份、氧化铝14份、二氧化钛17份、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯15份、木质素磺酸钙6份以及海藻酸钠7份。
4.实现权利要求1所述的一种瞬干转印纸的制备方法,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将淀粉、纤维素、聚乙烯醇、甘油、二氧化硅、硫酸钡、氧化铝、二氧化钛、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、木质素磺酸钙、海藻酸钠混合后加入混炼机中混炼,混炼机温度为85℃,混炼时间为40min,之后冷却至常温,得到涂层;
B、将基纸放入干燥箱中先进行低温干燥;再进行高温干燥;
C、将步骤A得到的涂层涂敷于步骤B得到的基纸表面即可。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种瞬干转印纸的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤B中低温温度为30℃,干燥时间为15min;高温温度为75℃,干燥时间为30min。
