Abstract
本发明公开了一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,采用46号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、吸附剂、填充剂等。本发明的润滑剂具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于金属加工润滑剂领域,特别涉及一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂。
背景技术
紫铜又名红铜就是铜单质,因其颜色为紫红色而得名。各种性质见铜。紫铜是工业纯铜,其熔点为1083℃,无同素异构转变,相对密度为8.9。同体积的质量比普通钢重约15%。因其具有玫瑰红色,表面形成氧化膜后呈紫色,故一般称为紫铜。它是含有一定氧的铜,因而又称含氧铜。紫铜的电导率和热导率仅次于银,广泛用于制作导电、导热器材。紫铜在大气、海水和某些非氧化性酸(盐酸、稀硫酸)、碱、盐溶液及多种有机酸(醋酸、柠檬酸)中有良好的耐蚀性。主要用于制作发电机﹑母线﹑电缆﹑开关装置﹑变压器等电工器材和热交换器﹑管道﹑太阳能加热装置的平板集热器等导热器材。铜中含氧(炼铜时容易混入少量氧)对导电率影响很大,用于电气工业的铜一般都必须是无氧铜。紫铜还用于电机短路环,电磁加热感应器的制作,和大功率电子元件上面,接线排接线端子之类的。紫铜也运用到了门、窗、扶手等家具及装饰上。另外,紫铜有良好的焊接性,可经冷、热塑性加工制成各种半成品和成品。
旋压技术起源于古代制陶工艺。它是一种综合了锻造、挤压、拉件、弯曲、环轧、横轧和滚挤等工艺特点的少无切削加工的先进工艺。通常将金属简坯、平板毛坯或预制坯用尾顶顶紧在旋压机模上,由主轴带动芯棒和坯料旋转;同时旋压轮从毛坯一侧将材料挤压在旋转的芯模上,使材料产生逐点连续的塑性变形,从而获得各种母线形状的空心旋转体零件。根据旋压加工过程中的毛坯厚度变化情况,把旋压工艺分为普通旋压和强力旋压两种,即普通旋压和强力旋压。
普通旋压简称普旋。普旋过程中毛坯的厚度基本保持不变,成形主要依靠坯料沿圆周的收缩及沿半径方向上伴长不变形来实现。其主要特征是在成形过程中,可以明显看出坯料外径的变化。普通旋压的基本方式有:拉深旋压(拉旋)、缩径旋压(缩旋)和扩径旋压(扩旋)等三种。普通旋压要求润滑剂具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗。

本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗的紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂。
本发明采用以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂物,采用46号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542的复合;金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。油性剂是大豆油;摩擦改进剂是苯骈三氮唑脂肪酸胺盐T406;极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。抗磨剂是异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐T308。抗泡剂是甲基硅油T502;防锈剂是苯骈三氮唑T702。吸附剂是聚异丁烯T603D。填充剂是液体石蜡。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的扩散性和流动性、承载能力、润滑、冷却、防锈、防腐性以及使用清洗性,适用于紫铜普通旋压加工工艺。

1.一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于:采用46号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

2.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酯T502A和50%的含铜抗氧剂T542的复合;金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于油性剂是大豆油。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于摩擦改进剂是苯骈三氮唑脂肪酸胺盐T406;极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于抗磨剂是异辛基酸性磷酸酯十八胺盐T308。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于抗泡剂是甲基硅油T502;防锈剂是苯骈三氮唑T702。
7.如权利要求1所述的一种紫铜旋压加工工艺润滑剂,其特征在于吸附剂是聚异丁烯T603D。
