本发明公开了一种薄膜涂料槽机构,包括放料槽体,所述放料槽体的底板的中部通接有多个出液管,放料槽体的前侧板的上部通接有多个进液管;所述放料槽体的底板上设有两个搅拌辊,搅拌辊的两端铰接在放料槽体的左右两侧板上,放料槽体的左侧板或右侧板上固定有两个驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的搅拌辊的一端具有的花键孔中;薄膜传动辊处于两个搅拌辊之间的上方;所述放料槽体的前侧板的顶面固定有支撑板,支撑板上设有调节刮板,调节刮板靠近薄膜传动辊。本发明通过搅拌辊转动,使得涂料均匀,从而提高涂覆效果。

技术领域:
本发明涉及薄膜加工设备技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种薄膜涂料槽机构。
背景技术:
现有的薄膜加工中需要对薄膜涂覆不同涂料,从而使得其具有一定功能,比如阻隔紫外线等作用,而现有的方式是通过将传动辊部分浸入涂料槽中,使得涂料槽中的涂料涂覆在薄膜上,但是其涂料槽中的涂料是通过输送管输送进入,其涂料中的溶质会积累在涂料槽底部中,影响涂料的涂抹均匀度。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种薄膜涂料槽机构,它通过搅拌辊转动,使得涂料均匀,从而提高涂覆效果。
本发明解决所述技术问题的方案是:
一种薄膜涂料槽机构,包括放料槽体,所述放料槽体的底板的中部通接有多个出液管,放料槽体的前侧板的上部通接有多个进液管;
所述放料槽体的底板上设有两个搅拌辊,搅拌辊的两端铰接在放料槽体的左右两侧板上,放料槽体的左侧板或右侧板上固定有两个驱动电机,驱动电机的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的搅拌辊的一端具有的花键孔中;
薄膜传动辊处于两个搅拌辊之间的上方;
所述放料槽体的前侧板的顶面固定有支撑板,支撑板上设有调节刮板,调节刮板靠近薄膜传动辊。
所述支撑板的前部顶面固定有连接板,连接板的前侧壁上固定有多个主调节电机,主调节电机的输出轴穿过连接板并螺接有转动螺套,转动螺套的端部固定有连接移动块,连接移动块上通过螺栓固定连接有调节刮板,调节刮板的斜向部靠近薄膜传动辊。
所述连接移动块的底面固定有多个导向块,导向块插套在支撑板的顶面具有的滑槽中。
所述搅拌辊的外壁面上固定有螺旋盘绕状的毛刷部。
本发明的突出效果是:
与现有技术相比,它通过搅拌辊转动,使得涂料均匀,从而提高涂覆效果。

实施例,见如图1至图4所示,一种薄膜涂料槽机构,包括放料槽体10,所述放料槽体10的底板的中部通接有多个出液管11,放料槽体10的前侧板的上部通接有多个进液管12;
所述放料槽体10的底板上设有两个搅拌辊13,搅拌辊13的两端铰接在放料槽体10的左右两侧板上,放料槽体10的左侧板或右侧板上固定有两个驱动电机14,驱动电机14的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的搅拌辊13的一端具有的花键孔中;
薄膜传动辊100处于两个搅拌辊13之间的上方;
所述放料槽体10的前侧板的顶面固定有支撑板15,支撑板15上设有调节刮板16,调节刮板16靠近薄膜传动辊100。
进一步的说,所述支撑板15的前部顶面固定有连接板151,连接板151的前侧壁上固定有多个主调节电机152,主调节电机152的输出轴穿过连接板151并螺接有转动螺套153,转动螺套153的端部固定有连接移动块154,连接移动块154上通过螺栓固定连接有调节刮板16,调节刮板16的斜向部靠近薄膜传动辊100。
进一步的说,所述连接移动块154的底面固定有多个导向块156,导向块156插套在支撑板15的顶面具有的滑槽157中。
进一步的说,所述搅拌辊13的外壁面上固定有螺旋盘绕状的毛刷部131。出料管11上固定有端盖。
通过驱动电机14运行,可以实现对放料槽体10中的涂料进行搅拌,使得涂料均匀,而通过主调节电机152可以实现调节刮板16的移动,从而使得调节刮板16可以对薄膜中的涂料涂抹更加均匀,提高涂抹效果。

所述放料槽体(10)的底板上设有两个搅拌辊(13),搅拌辊(13)的两端铰接在放料槽体(10)的左右两侧板上,放料槽体(10)的左侧板或右侧板上固定有两个驱动电机(14),驱动电机(14)的输出轴为花键轴,花键轴插套在对应的搅拌辊(13)的一端具有的花键孔中;
薄膜传动辊(100)处于两个搅拌辊(13)之间的上方;
所述放料槽体(10)的前侧板的顶面固定有支撑板(15),支撑板(15)上设有调节刮板(16),调节刮板(16)靠近薄膜传动辊(100);
所述支撑板(15)的前部顶面固定有连接板(151),连接板(151)的前侧壁上固定有多个主调节电机(152),主调节电机(152)的输出轴穿过连接板(151)并螺接有转动螺套(153),转动螺套(153)的端部固定有连接移动块(154),连接移动块(154)上通过螺栓固定连接有调节刮板(16),调节刮板(16)的斜向部靠近薄膜传动辊(100)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜涂料槽机构,其特征在于:所述连接移动块(154)的底面固定有多个导向块(156),导向块(156)插套在支撑板(15)的顶面具有的滑槽(157)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种薄膜涂料槽机构,其特征在于:所述搅拌辊(13)的外壁面上固定有螺旋盘绕状的毛刷部(131)。
