Abstract
邻碘苯甲酸甲酯是一种重要的化工产品。工艺流程简述:在反应釜中投入定量的邻氨基苯甲酸甲酯、亚硝酸钠、98.3%硫酸进行重氮化反应,反应完全后经分离工段产生废液,分离结束后投入定量碘化钾水溶液进行取代反应,取代反应工段产生废气,取代反应完全后进行离心分离,将不溶于水的产品和母上清液分开,上清液作为废水产出,分离完全后用10%的亚硫酸钠对产品进行洗涤,洗涤工段产生废水;洗涤干净后进行精馏,馏出成分作为产品产出,蒸馏残渣作为废液产出。
