黑鸡枞(TERMITOMYCES FULIGINOUS):学名烟灰鸡枞菌,为担子菌亚门层菌纲伞菌目口蘑科鸡枞菌属高等真菌,是我国传统名贵珍稀食用菌。《本草纲目》载其“性平味甘”,有“补益肠胃、疗痔止血、清神、治痔”等功效,可治“脾虚纳呆、消化不良、痔疮出血”等症。现代科学证实,黑鸡枞含有丰富的蛋白质、氨基酸和菌类多糖等成分,具有增强免疫、降血糖、降血脂、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗凝血等多种药理活性,因而具有极高的养生保健价值。
黄精(POLYGONATUM SIBIRICUM):性味甘;平。归脾;肺;肾经。主治养阴润肺;补脾益气,滋肾填精。阴虚劳嗽;肺燥咳嗽;脾虚乏力;食少口干;消渴;肾亏腰膝酸软;阳痿遗精;耳鸣目暗;须发早白;体虚赢瘦;风癞癣疾。
枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE):枸杞子:甘,平。枸杞叶:苦、甘;性凉。功能:枸杞子:养肝,滋肾,润肺。枸杞叶:补虚益精,清热明目。枸杞子含甜菜碱(BETANE),天仙子胺(GYOSCYAMINE)。枸杞多糖是枸杞中最主要的活性成分,现已有很多研究表明枸杞多糖具有促进免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、清除自由基、抗疲劳、抗辐射、保肝、生殖功能保护和改善等作用。甜菜碱属于季胺碱类物质。对脂质代谢或抗脂肪肝的作用主要是由于所含的甜菜碱引起的,它在体内起甲基供应体的作用。
枸杞色素是枸杞籽的重要生理活性成分。主要包括-胡萝卜素、叶黄素和其他有色物质。
鳖甲(TRIONYCHIDAE):味咸,性微寒。归肝、肾经。滋阴潜阳,退热除蒸,软坚散结。用于阴虚发热,骨蒸劳热,阴虚阳亢,头晕目眩,虚风内动,经闭,癥瘕,久疟,疟母。
栀子(GARDENIA JASMINOIDES ELLIS):味苦,寒。归心、肺、三焦经。泻火除烦,清热利湿,凉血解毒;外用消肿止痛。用于热病心烦,湿热黄疸,淋证涩痛,血热吐衄,目赤肿痛,火毒疮疡,外治扭挫伤痛。
菊花(DENDRANTHEMA MORIFOLIUM):味苦、甘,性微寒。归肺、肝经。散风清热,平肝明目,清热解毒。可治疗疮痈肿毒,风热感冒,头痛眩晕,目赤肿痛,眼目昏花,疮痈肿毒。
白术(ATRACTYLODES MACROCEPHALA):《神农本草经》:术。味苦温。主风寒湿痹死肌,痉疸,止汗,除热,消食,作煎饵。久服轻身延年,不饥。一名山蓟,生山谷。《长沙药解》:味甘、微苦,入足阳明胃、足太阴脾经。补中燥湿,止渴生津,最益脾精,大养胃气,降浊阴而进饮食,善止呕吐,升清阳而消水谷,能医泄利。味苦,甘,性温。归脾、胃经。健脾益气,燥湿利水,止汗,安胎。用于脾虚食少,腹胀泄泻,痰饮眩悸,水肿,自汗,胎动不安。土白术健脾,和胃,安胎。用于脾虚食少,泄泻便溏,胎动不安。
山楂(CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDA BUNGE):助消化:山楂含多种有机酸。降血脂、抗动脉粥样硬化作用;山楂及山楂黄酮具抗氧化作用;山楂对志贺菌属、变形杆菌、大肠埃希菌、金黄色葡萄球菌等有较强的抑菌作用。临床应用于消化不良、冠心病、心绞痛、高脂血症等。
橘皮(PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE):理气药,味辛而微苦,温,入脾、肺经。有理气调中,燥湿化痰功效,可用于治疗脾胃气滞,脘腹胀满,呕吐,或湿浊中阻所致胸闷、纳呆、便溏。
2、本发明的目的还在于提供一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的制作方法,由所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方的有效成分及其质量份数制备而成的调味粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料准备:将新鲜的黑鸡枞、土鸡去内脏洗干净,切成小块。其他原料直接加入混匀;
步骤二、提取:加入5-10倍原料重量的水煮沸提取3次,每次2-4小时;
步骤三、浓缩:将三次提取液合并,煮沸浓缩成稀浸膏;
步骤四、制粒:在稀浸膏中加入可溶性淀粉,制成20-40目的颗粒;
步骤五、烘干:将制成的颗粒50-65℃烘干,中间整粒2-4次;
步骤六、包装:用塑料袋或其他容器密封包装,制得成品入库。
进一步地,所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉常温下密封保存期可达1年以上不变质。
本发明的有益技术效果是:
(1)本发明公开了一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方,合理地解决了现有技术的调味粉主要成分就是谷氨酸钠,并辅以肌苷酸、鸟苷酸、食用香精等构成,调味功能单一,香味不明显,营养价值不高的问题。
本发明采用纯天然食品或食药两用中药原材料,不使用任何化学食品添加剂;在配方中加入黄精、枸杞、栀子、菊花、白术、山楂、橘皮等传统食药两用中药进行科学配伍,使鸡枞的鲜香风味及营养价值和滋补功效得到充分发挥,不仅具有调味功能,而且具有养生保健功效。采用传统中药颗粒剂的制作工艺进行制作,具有健脾消食、滋阴补肾、清热明目功效。克服了现有技术的不足。
(2)本发明还公开了一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的制作方法。

新鲜黑鸡枞(TERMITOMYCES FULIGINOUS)50-150份、土鸡50-150份、黄精(POLYGONATUM SIBIRICUM)20-70份、枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)20-70份、鳖甲(TRIONYCHIDAE)20-70份、栀子(GARDENIA JASMINOIDESELLIS)10-50份、菊花(DENDRANTHEMA MORIFOLIUM)10-50份、白术(ATRACTYLODES MACROCEPHALA)10-60份、山楂(CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDABUNGE)10-60份、橘皮(PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE)10-60份,可溶性淀粉150-550份。
实施例二
所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方最优选的有效成分及其质量份数为:
新鲜黑鸡枞(TERMITOMYCES FULIGINOUS)90-110份、土鸡90-110份、黄精(POLYGONATUM SIBIRICUM)40-60份、枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)40-60份、鳖甲(TRIONYCHIDAE)40-60份、栀子(GARDENIA JASMINOIDESELLIS)20-40份、菊花(DENDRANTHEMA MORIFOLIUM)20-40份、白术(ATRACTYLODES MACROCEPHALA)30-50份、山楂(CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDABUNGE)30-50份、橘皮(PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE)30-50份,可溶性淀粉300-500份。
实施例三
一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的制作方法,由所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方的有效成分及其质量份数制备而成的调味粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料准备:将新鲜的黑鸡枞、土鸡去内脏洗干净,切成小块。其他原料直接加入混匀;
步骤二、提取:加入5-10倍原料重量的水煮沸提取3次,每次2-4小时;
步骤三、浓缩:将三次提取液合并,煮沸浓缩成稀浸膏;
步骤四、制粒:在稀浸膏中加入可溶性淀粉,制成20-40目的颗粒;
步骤五、烘干:将制成的颗粒50-65℃烘干,中间整粒2-4次;
步骤六、包装:用塑料袋或其他容器密封包装,制得成品入库。

新鲜黑鸡枞(TERMITOMYCES FULIGINOUS)50-150份、土鸡50-150份、黄精(POLYGONATUM SIBIRICUM)20-70份、枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)20-70份、鳖甲(TRIONYCHIDAE)20-70份、栀子(GARDENIA JASMINOIDESELLIS)10-50份、菊花(DENDRANTHEMA MORIFOLIUM)10-50份、白术(ATRACTYLODES MACROCEPHALA)10-60份、山楂(CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDABUNGE)10-60份、橘皮(PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE)10-60份,可溶性淀粉150-550份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方最优选的有效成分及其质量份数为:
新鲜黑鸡枞(TERMITOMYCES FULIGINOUS)90-110份、土鸡90-110份、黄精(POLYGONATUM SIBIRICUM)40-60份、枸杞(LYCIUM CHINENSE)40-60份、鳖甲(TRIONYCHIDAE)40-60份、栀子(GARDENIA JASMINOIDESELLIS)20-40份、菊花(DENDRANTHEMA MORIFOLIUM)20-40份、白术(ATRACTYLODES MACROCEPHALA)30-50份、山楂(CRATAEGUS PINNATIFIDABUNGE)30-50份、橘皮(PERICARPIUM CITRI RETICULATAE)30-50份,可溶性淀粉300-500份。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方及其制作方法,其特征在于,由所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方的有效成分及其质量份数制备而成的调味粉的制作方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、原料准备:将新鲜的黑鸡枞、土鸡去内脏洗干净,切成小块。其他原料直接加入混匀;
步骤二、提取:加入5-10倍原料重量的水煮沸提取3次,每次2-4小时;
步骤三、浓缩:将三次提取液合并,煮沸浓缩成稀浸膏;
步骤四、制粒:在稀浸膏中加入可溶性淀粉,制成20-40目的颗粒;
步骤五、烘干:将制成的颗粒50-65℃烘干,中间整粒2-4次;
步骤六、包装:用塑料袋或其他容器密封包装,制得成品入库。
4.根据权利要求1或权利要求3所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉的调味料配方及其制作方法,其特征在于,所述一种黑鸡枞养生调味粉常温下密封保存期可达1年以上不变质。
