煤炭对于现代化工业来说,无论是重工业,还是轻工业;无论是能源工业、冶金工业、化学工业、机械工业,还是轻纺工业、食品工业、交通运输业,都发挥着重要的作用,各种工业部门都在一定程度上要消耗一定量的煤炭,因此有人称煤炭是工业的“真正的粮食”,是十八世纪以来人类世界使用的主要能源之一,煤炭生产过程中,需要将煤炭加工成一定的形状,以便于加工和运输,现有的煤炭很多不经过加工,开采出后直接运输,易造成浪费,少有的初加工成型装置,由于结构设计不合理,加工效率低,操作费时费力,生产成本较高,自动化程度低,加工制备得到的煤炭成型性差。 因此,很有必要在现有技术基础上设计开发一种结构更加合理,自动化程度高的煤泥成型装置。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,该成型机结构合理,加工效率高,且自动化程度较高。

如图1所示,动力机构包括旋转气缸4、扇形齿板5以及升降杆1,所述旋转气缸4包括铰接端和推顶端,所述铰接端与竖直设置的第一三角架6的顶端在竖直方向上转动连接,所述推顶端为可沿着旋转气缸4的缸身长度方向做伸缩运动的活塞杆,所述扇形齿板5的截面呈扇形且其弧形侧面上设有第一卡齿,所述扇形齿板5的圆心与竖直设置的第二三角架7的顶端在竖直方向上转动连接,所述活塞杆的端部与所述扇形齿板5的弧形侧面的一端转动连接,在升降杆1上沿着竖直方向设有第二卡齿,所述第一卡齿和第二卡齿相互咬合,所述升降杆1位于竖直架8上,在竖直架8上设有轨道槽,所述升降杆1位于轨道槽内且与轨道槽的槽壁之间滑动连接,在竖直架8上还设有用于束缚升降杆1做水平运动的护套9,动力机构的旋转气缸4的活塞杆不断的进行推顶,从而拉动扇形齿板5在竖直平面上做往复运动,而扇形齿板5的第一卡齿与升降杆1上的第二卡齿相咬合,这样升降杆1就会不断的在竖直方向上做往复运动,竖直架8为升降杆1提供了支撑和承载的作用,升降杆1在竖直架8的轨道槽内上下运动,并且带有护套9,可以防止升降杆1在水平方向上移动错位。
如图1、图2和图3所示,成型施压模具呈长条状结构,成型施压模具包括上梯形部10、中间连接部11和下梯形部12,所述上梯形部10、中间连接部11和下梯形部12在长度方向上的两端面相互齐平,所述中间连接部11的截面呈长方形,所述上梯形部10和下梯形部12的截面均为倒梯形结构,所述上梯形部10的上顶面与升降杆1的下端连接。所述成型承压模具为一个带有承压槽13的承压座14,所述承压槽13连通承压座14的上表面,所述承压槽13呈条状结构,所述承压槽13的截面形状与成型施压模具的截面形状相同,所述承压槽13带有可在竖直方向上升降的槽底板15。在成型施压模具的中间连接部11上沿着中间连接部11的长度方向设有多个向下连通下梯形部12底面的缺口16,所述缺口16在水平方向上贯通中间连接部11和下梯形部12的两侧面,相邻的两个缺口16之间设有隔板,升降杆1的底部连接由上梯形部10、中间连接部11以及下梯形部12所组成的成型施压模具上,在升降杆1的带动下成型施压模具不断的上下运动,并且与成型承压模具上的承压槽13相互配合,即首先通过进料管2往承压槽13里面注入煤泥,然后成型施压模具下降,当下梯形部12的底部与承压槽13的底部接触的时候,内部的煤泥便形成了多个相互分隔的煤泥块,此时为初步成型。
如图1所示,进料管2为两个,所述的两个进料管2分别位于承压座14的两侧,所述进料管2的出料口位于承压槽13的上侧,所述的两个进料管2对称布置,在进料管2的管壁上设有用于防止进料管2抖动的工形卡位板18,所述工形卡位板18为两个,所述进料管2位于两个工形卡位板18之间,进料管2分别位于承压座14的两侧,可从两个方向向承压槽13内注入煤泥,增加了效率,进料管2实际就是煤管,可以依靠气泵推动煤泥在进料管2中运动,所以为了增加进料管2的整体稳定性,而设置了可以夹住进料管2的两个工形卡位板18。
如图1、图4和图5所示,传输烘干机构包括在水平方向上设置的传送带3,在传送带3的上表面均匀放置有多个可随传送带3运动的槽底板15,在传送带3上对应每一个槽底板15均设有一个通孔,所述通孔位于槽底板15的正下方,所述传输烘干机构还包括推顶方向向上的推顶气缸19,所述推顶气缸19的活塞杆位于承压槽13的正下方,在每一个槽底板15的下表面中心部位设有与推顶气缸19的活塞杆端面相适配的圆形槽,所述推顶气缸19的活塞杆通过通孔后与圆形槽的槽底接触。在传送带3的传动方向上设有冲孔器和烘干装置,所述冲孔器为底面带有若干插杆20的圆盘21,所述插杆20竖直设置,所述圆盘21的上顶面与冲孔气缸22的活塞杆连接,所述烘干装置为烘干机23,所述烘干机23的下部带有多个用于喷吹热风的风口24,由于承压槽13的底部带有可以上下移动的槽底板15,槽底板15是借助于底部的推顶气缸19完成上下移动的,并且槽底板15的数量不只有一个,而是多个,其均匀分布在传送带3的上表面,当进料管2向承压槽13内进料之前,首先使推顶气缸19的活塞杆上升,使穿过通孔后顶住传动带3上面的一个槽底板15的底部的圆形槽,并且上升至承压槽13底部,此时传送带3是停止转动的,然后经过进料以及初步成型之后,推顶气缸19再次下降,使槽底板15落到传送带3上面,此时传送带3继续移动,当下一个槽底板15位于推顶气缸19正上方的时候,重复上述操作,这样多个槽底板15陆续便都承载有初步成型的煤泥,并且当其运动到冲孔器的下方的时候,冲孔器在冲孔气缸22的带动下,对煤泥进行冲孔,形成蜂窝状,冲孔器的数量和每个槽底板15上煤泥的数量一样,实现一一对应冲孔,随着传动带3的运动,当经过烘干机23的时候,烘干机23便迅速的将煤泥烘干,达到一定的强度,最终运向集料装置。
集料装置包括位于传送带3末端的集料斗25和接料缓冲筒26,所述集料斗25位于接料缓冲筒26的正下方,所述接料缓冲筒26为一个可在竖直方向转动的筒状物,在接料缓冲筒26的外壁上沿着圆周方向设有四个L形的接料钩27,所述接料钩27在接料缓冲筒26的带动下逆时针旋转且依次经过传送带3的末端,当多个煤泥运动到传送带3的末端的时候被逆时针转动的接料钩27托住,起到缓冲的作用,将煤泥放置在集料斗25里面。
由于以上操作需要各个机构之间相互配合,所以传送带3受控于第一电机,所述接料缓冲筒26受控于第二电机,所述第一电机、第二电机、旋转气缸4、推顶气缸19、冲孔气缸22均受控于PLC控制器,这些机构在PLC控制器统一发出指令的情况下,能够做到相互配合,在特定的时间完成特定的动作。
采用上述技术方案所产生的有益效果在于:该成型机的结构设计合理,操作自动化程度高,有利于煤泥的自动成型,大大提高了煤泥的成型效率,节省了人力资源,节约了成本。

Claims (8)

1.一种煤泥成型机的传输烘干机构,其特征是:包括在水平方向上设置的传送带(3),在传送带(3)的上表面均匀放置有多个可随传送带(3)运动的槽底板(15),在传送带(3)上对应每一个槽底板(15)均设有一个通孔,所述通孔位于槽底板(15)的正下方,所述传输烘干机构还包括推顶方向向上的推顶气缸(19),所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆位于承压槽(13)的正下方,在每一个槽底板(15)的下表面中心部位设有与推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆端面相适配的圆形槽,所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆通过通孔后与圆形槽的槽底接触;
在传送带(3)的传动方向上设有冲孔器和烘干装置,所述冲孔器为底面带有若干插杆(20)的圆盘(21),所述插杆(20)竖直设置,所述圆盘(21)的上顶面与冲孔气缸(22)的活塞杆连接,所述烘干装置为烘干机(23),所述烘干机(23)的下部带有多个用于喷吹热风的风口(24)。
2.一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:该成型机包括动力机构、进料成型机构、传输烘干机构,所述动力机构带有可在竖直方向上做上下运动的升降杆(1),所述进料成型机构包括进料管(2)以及上下相互配合的成型施压模具和成型承压模具,所述成型施压模具与升降杆(1)的底部连接,所述传输烘干机构位于成型承压模具的底部且在传输烘干机构的传送带(3)的传输方向上依次设有冲孔器和烘干装置,在传输烘干机构的末端为集料装置;
传输烘干机构,包括在水平方向上设置的传送带(3),在传送带(3)的上表面均匀放置有多个可随传送带(3)运动的槽底板(15),在传送带(3)上对应每一个槽底板(15)均设有一个通孔,所述通孔位于槽底板(15)的正下方,所述传输烘干机构还包括推顶方向向上的推顶气缸(19),所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆位于承压槽(13)的正下方,在每一个槽底板(15)的下表面中心部位设有与推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆端面相适配的圆形槽,所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆通过通孔后与圆形槽的槽底接触;
在传送带(3)的传动方向上设有冲孔器和烘干装置,所述冲孔器为底面带有若干插杆(20)的圆盘(21),所述插杆(20)竖直设置,所述圆盘(21)的上顶面与冲孔气缸(22)的活塞杆连接,所述烘干装置为烘干机(23),所述烘干机(23)的下部带有多个用于喷吹热风的风口(24)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述动力机构包括旋转气缸(4)、扇形齿板(5)以及升降杆(1),所述旋转气缸(4)包括铰接端和推顶端,所述铰接端与竖直设置的第一三角架(6)的顶端在竖直方向上转动连接,所述推顶端为可沿着旋转气缸(4)的缸身长度方向做伸缩运动的活塞杆,所述扇形齿板(5)的截面呈扇形且其弧形侧面上设有第一卡齿,所述扇形齿板(5)的圆心与竖直设置的第二三角架(7)的顶端在竖直方向上转动连接,所述活塞杆的端部与所述扇形齿板(5)的弧形侧面的一端转动连接,在升降杆(1)上沿着竖直方向设有第二卡齿,所述第一卡齿和第二卡齿相互咬合,所述升降杆(1)位于竖直架(8)上,在竖直架(8)上设有轨道槽,所述升降杆(1)位于轨道槽内且与轨道槽的槽壁之间滑动连接,在竖直架(8)上还设有用于束缚升降杆(1)做水平运动的护套(9)。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述成型施压模具呈长条状结构,所述成型施压模具包括上梯形部(10)、中间连接部(11)和下梯形部(12),所述上梯形部(10)、中间连接部(11)和下梯形部(12)在长度方向上的两端面相互齐平,所述中间连接部(11)的截面呈长方形,所述上梯形部(10)和下梯形部(12)的截面均为倒梯形结构,所述上梯形部(10)的上顶面与升降杆(1)的下端连接。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述成型承压模具为一个带有承压槽(13)的承压座(14),所述承压槽(13)连通承压座(14)的上表面,所述承压槽(13)呈条状结构,所述承压槽(13)的截面形状与成型施压模具的截面形状相同,所述承压槽(13)带有可在竖直方向上升降的槽底板(15)。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述传输烘干机构包括在水平方向上设置的传送带(3),在传送带(3)的上表面均匀放置有多个可随传送带(3)运动的槽底板(15),在传送带(3)上对应每一个槽底板(15)均设有一个通孔,所述通孔位于槽底板(15)的正下方,所述传输烘干机构还包括推顶方向向上的推顶气缸(19),所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆位于承压槽(13)的正下方,在每一个槽底板(15)的下表面中心部位设有与推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆端面相适配的圆形槽,所述推顶气缸(19)的活塞杆通过通孔后与圆形槽的槽底接触。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述进料管(2)为两个,所述的两个进料管(2)分别位于承压座(14)的两侧,所述进料管(2)的出料口位于承压槽(13)的上侧,所述的两个进料管(2)对称布置,在进料管(2)的管壁上设有用于防止进料管(2)抖动的工形卡位板(18),所述工形卡位板(18)为两个,所述进料管(2)位于两个工形卡位板(18)之间。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种带传输烘干机构的煤泥成型机,其特征是:所述集料装置包括位于传送带(3)末端的集料斗(25)和接料缓冲筒(26),所述集料斗(25)位于接料缓冲筒(26)的正下方,所述接料缓冲筒(26)为一个可在竖直方向转动的筒状物,在接料缓冲筒(26)的外壁上沿着圆周方向设有四个L形的接料钩(27),所述接料钩(27)在接料缓冲筒(26)的带动下逆时针旋转且依次经过传送带(3)的末端。
