本发明属于食品制备技术领域,涉及一种以海带为主要原料混合制成的海带减肥膏,原料包括海带、海星籽、海参粉、魔芋粉和黑芝麻粉,经科学工艺加工制成的海带减肥膏,用于食疗对人体减肥。
背景技术:
随着生活水平的提高,人们在饮食上的选择越来越多,并且以个人喜好为主,膳食结构明显的不科学不合理,肥胖的概率大大增加,资料显示,中国逾3亿人属于超重和肥胖人群,尤其是青少年肥胖人数不断增多。肥胖给生活带来诸多不便,而且可导致一系列严重的并发症,比如高血压病、糖尿病、血脂紊乱、冠心病、恶性肿瘤等,这些疾病都是人类健康的主要杀手,因此减肥刻不容缓。肥胖的根本原因是能量摄入超过能量消耗,摄入的能量为人体提供热量,所有减肥方法均是以降低热量为中心,有效减少热量的摄入,保护基础代谢,控制食欲中的饱腹感和满足感。目前,市场上减肥的方式多种多样,中药减肥、西药减肥、针灸减肥、手术减肥和运动减肥等。不论何种减肥方法,都需要控制饮食,因此,有助于减肥的食品很受欢迎。海带所含的海带素为多糖类,与肝素相似,有降低血脂的作用,另外其所含的多种矿物质和微量元素,能减少人体摄入动物脂肪在心脏、血管、肠壁上的沉积,具有清肠作用,并且富含的钾离子可帮助身体多余水分的代谢,消除水肿改善浮肉修饰曲线。海参所含的胆固醇低,且可调节血脂和血糖。海参中的钒、锰、钾、铜、尼克酸和牛磺酸成份可以影响体内脂肪的代谢过程,防止脂肪肝形成,使人身轻体健。魔芋,低热能、低蛋白质、低维生素、高膳食纤维,其富含葡甘露聚糖,食用后不在胃中消化,能有效吸附胆固醇和胆汁酸,并能抑制肠道对胆固醇和胆汁酸的吸收,给人以饱腹感。中国专利号为200910134526.8公开的一种海带膳食纤维的新制剂和新工艺,是提取海带膳食纤维,加入多种维生素和添加剂制成咀嚼片,具有润肠通便减肥的功效,但是其工艺复杂,且含有添加剂,减肥功效不够明显,因此发明一种以海带为主要原料的减肥产品很有应用前景。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的缺点,寻求设计一种利用海带和多种天然食物为原料按比例混合制成的海带减肥膏。
为了实现上述目的,本发明涉及的海带减肥膏中各原料重量组份为:干海带100-150份,海星籽2-5份,海参粉5-10份,冬瓜20-30份,胡萝卜20-30份,黑芝麻粉5-10份,魔芋粉20-30份,琼脂1-3份,麦饭石水300-400份。
本发明涉及的海带减肥膏制备工艺是:
(1)将市售干海带放入蒸锅中隔水清蒸20-30分钟,停止加热后焖放60-80分钟并自然凉透,然后取出海带按1:5-7的重量比浸入水中,同时加入水重量3-5%的米醋,浸泡80-120分钟后捞出,将海带沥干切丝,放入打浆机中磨成海带浆;
(2)将新鲜雌海星洗净,在即墨老酒中浸泡60-100分钟后取出,隔水清蒸10分钟,从雌海星腿部取出海星籽备用;
(3)按重量组份称取冬瓜和胡萝卜鲜品,洗净沥干,隔水清蒸10-15分钟后取出,混合放入打浆机中制成蔬菜浆备用;
(4)将琼脂放入冷水中浸泡60-100分钟后备用,将麦饭石水和海参粉按重量组份放入锅中加热至沸腾,再加入海带浆、蔬菜浆、海星籽、黑芝麻粉和魔芋粉,继续搅拌均匀,并再次加热沸腾后,停止加热,同时加入泡软的琼脂,快速搅拌,使琼脂完全溶于锅中,静置至室温,得海带减肥膏;每日晚餐前食用200-300克,能有效控制饮食,数月后,体重明显下降。
本发明与现有技术相比,其原料天然易得,制作工艺简单,功效明显,食用口感良好,具有良好的减肥瘦身的功效。

下面通过实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
实施例1:

实施例2:
本实施例与实施例1不同之处在于海带减肥膏中各原料重量组份为:干海带150份,海星籽5份,海参粉10份,冬瓜30份,胡萝卜30份,黑芝麻粉5份,魔芋粉30份,琼脂1份,麦饭石水400份,其制备工艺同实施例1。
实施例3:
选取肥胖者30位,年龄30-40岁,服用实施例2制备的海带减肥膏,每天晚餐前服用1次,每次200克,坚持服用3个月,体重明显减轻,体重减轻8斤以上者6位,体重减轻5-8斤者19位,体重减轻5斤以下者5位,说明本方法制取的海带减肥膏具有明显的减肥功效。

1.一种海带减肥膏,其特征在于原料的重量组份为:干海带100-150份,海星籽2-5份,海参粉5-10份,冬瓜20-30份,胡萝卜20-30份,黑芝麻粉5-10份,魔芋粉20-30份,琼脂1-3份,麦饭石水300-400份;其制备工艺为:
(1)将市售干海带放入蒸锅中隔水清蒸20-30分钟,停止加热后焖放60-80分钟并自然凉透,然后取出海带按1:5-7的重量比浸入水中,同时加入水重量3-5%的米醋,浸泡80-120分钟后捞出,将海带沥干切丝,放入打浆机中磨成海带浆;
