Abstract
本发明公开了一种银合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的15号工业白油和50%的聚α‑烯烃复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、分散剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、低油雾、抗氧化、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种银合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
以银为基础与其他金属组成的合金。银合金种类很多,它们主要应用于:(1)中等负荷或重负荷电器中作电接触材料,是应用领域和用量最大,也是最廉价的贵金属电接触材料。(2)多种材料的钎接,是用量最大的贵金属钎接材料。(3)在贵金属电阻材料中占有一定地位。(4)至今仍是用量最大的贵金属饰品材料。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
银合金切削润滑要求良好减摩承载抗磨性,能克服材质强度较低,延展性好,导热性强,易变形,成型精度低,表面质量要求高的问题。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、低油雾、抗氧化、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大的银合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种银合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的15号工业白油和50%的聚α-烯烃复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的含铜抗氧剂T541和50%的酚型抗氧剂T508复合。
金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻重氮和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
油性剂是牛脂。摩擦改进剂是苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐T406。
极压剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001。
分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154A。
本发明的优点在于:本发明的组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑(极压抗磨)、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、低油雾、抗氧化、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大;能提高材料切削、成型效率和刀具的使用寿命及加工件质量;同时保证快速冷却、切屑、排渣过程的金属回收。
