本发明一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
钨合金是以钨为基加入其他元素组成的合金。在金属中,钨的熔点最高,高温强度和抗蠕变性能以及导热、导电和电子发射性能都好,比重大,除大量用于制造硬质合金和作合金添加剂外,钨及其合金广泛用于电子、电光源工业,也在航天、铸造、武器等部门中用于制作火箭喷管、压铸模具、穿甲弹芯、触点、发热体和隔热屏等。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好冷却性、润滑性、扩散性、清洗性、防腐性、防锈性、低挥发性、低摩擦系数、抗氧化性、抗乳化性、抗泡沫性、抗微生物性以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大的钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:提高高强度、耐热合金材料切削、成型效率、刀具的使用寿命及加工件质量。

2.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502和50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合;金属减活剂是质量比50%的噻二唑衍生物T561和50%的苯三唑衍生物T551复合。
3.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐T406。
4.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是酸性亚磷酸二丁酯T304;抗磨剂是硫化异丁烯T321。
5.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747;抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
6.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化物缩合物T1001;分散剂是硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T161B。
7.权利要求1所述的一种钨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702;抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷双辛基碱性锌盐T203。
