技术领域
本发明一种镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
镍基耐磨合金主要合金元素是铬、钼、钨,还含有少量的铌、钽和铟。除具有耐磨性能外,其抗氧化、耐腐蚀、焊接性能也好。可制造耐磨零部件,也可作为包覆材料,通过堆焊和喷涂工艺将其包覆在其他基体材料表面
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。
镍基耐磨合金切削润滑存在冷却性差,极压承载油膜强度低,清冼、排屑性差以及刀具磨损大,表面质量差等技术困难。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、极压抗磨承载性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性,低挥发性、低烟雾、减少加工件表面划痕和刮伤、热容量大、表面光洁度高、抗腐蚀周期长的镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的邻苯二甲酸酯与50%的聚α-烯烃复合为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504与50%的二烷基二苯胺T534复合。
金属减活剂是噻重氮。油性剂是硫化猪油。摩擦改进剂是苯三唑脂肪酸胺盐T406。极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。抗磨剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307。防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747与50%的环烷酸锌T704复合。分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T155。催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702。抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001。
本发明的显著优点:本发明组合物具有良好的冷却性、润滑性、极压抗磨承载性、扩散性、清洗性、防锈性、抗氧防腐性,低挥发性、低烟雾、减少加工件表面划痕和刮伤、热容量大、表面光洁度高、抗腐蚀周期长。

8.如权利要求1所述的一种镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702。
9.如权利要求1所述的一种镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗氧抗腐剂是硫磷丁辛基锌盐T202。
10.如权利要求1所述的一种镍基耐磨合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物T1001。
