技术领域
本发明一种锰合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
锰合金是由锰、硅、铁及少量碳和其它元素组成的合金。主要产品有硅锰和锰铁,锰铁又分为高碳锰铁(C含量7%~7.5%)中碳锰铁(C含量1%~1.5%)低碳锰铁(C含量0.2%~0.7%)。
金属的加工方法繁多,但切削加工始终是最常见,应用最广泛的一种。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类;一类是用刀具进行的切削加工;另一类是用磨料进行磨削加工。金属切削和磨削加工是一种利用带刃口的切削工具(刀具或砂轮)在切削机床上将工件的多余金属切去,从而是工件获得规则的几何形状,尺寸精度和表面质量的加工方法。金属切削过程通常可分为两个阶段,即切削的产生和及时清除。这两个阶段存在着刀具与工件、刀具与切屑之间的摩擦,这种摩擦消耗的能量转变为热,它会影响加工效率和工件质量。由于严重的摩擦产生大量的热,使刀具和工件过热,降低刀具寿命,影响产品精度。为了冷却和润滑刀具及工件,必须使用切削润滑剂以及时带走切削产生的热量,降低刀具和工件的温度并起到润滑作用;提高工件表面光洁度,并延长刀具的使用寿命。
切削油与普通润滑油使用工况不同,普通润滑油是处在反复移动的不变摩擦面之间,尽管有的压力很大,但容易形成润滑油膜。而切削油则是时时接触切削所形成的新鲜表面,加工面连续发生弹性形变,因而刀具与被加工面间所承受的压力要比一般润滑状态大得多。锰合金切削加工工艺润滑剂是要提高高强度、耐热、耐蚀、抗热氧合金材料的切削、成型效率,提高刀具的使用寿命及加工件质量;同时保证切屑、排渣过程的工业安全及防护。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、低挥发性能,热容量大,对油漆的相溶性良好,表面光洁度高,抗腐蚀周期长的锰合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种锰合金切削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用22号全损耗系统用油为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
