Abstract
本发明公开了一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用50%的HVIH4和50%的酯类油(Radia7543)复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、抗氧抗腐剂、分散剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、防锈剂、催冷剂等。本发明组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑(极压抗磨承载)、扩散、清洗、防腐、排屑、低挥发性、抑制瘤屑以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大;能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产玍和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和加工效率,有利于回收磨屑。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
铌是灰白色金属,熔点2468℃,沸点4742℃,密度8.57克/立方厘米。室温下铌在空气中稳定,在氧气中红热时也不被完全氧化,高温下与硫、氮、碳直接化合,能与钛、锆、铪、钨形成合金。不与无机酸或碱作用,也不溶于王水,但可溶于氢氟酸。纯铌在电子管中用于除去残留气体,钢中掺铌能提高钢在高温时的抗氧化性,改善钢的焊接性能。铌还用于制造高温金属陶瓷。
磨削液是一种用在金属磨削加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具与加工件的工业用液体。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类。一类是用刀具进行切削加工,如车削、钻削、镗削、铣削、创削和拉削等;另一类是用磨料进行的磨削加工,如磨削、珩削、研削和超精研加工等。按加工苛刻程度排列,切削加工可分为16种,其中磨削排名第一。切削润滑剂以使用上分为两大类,即切削润滑剂,都需要有良好的冷却和润滑效果,但两种加工方式存在着根本的不同。在磨削加工中,磨削速度高达1000r/min以上,温度超过1100℃,因此要求有更高的冷却性能;另外,磨具(如砂轮)孔隙容易堵塞,也因此需要更高的清净性。铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂要求能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产生和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和加工效率,有利于回收磨屑。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、排屑、低挥发性、抑制瘤屑以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大的铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的HVIH4和50%的酯类油(Radia7543)复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧化剂是质量比50%的硫化烷基酚T504和50%的含铜抗氧剂T543复合。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是硫化猪油。
摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酸酯。
极压剂是磷酸三甲酚脂T306。
抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
抗氧抗腐剂是二硫代磷酸钼MoDTP。
分散剂是硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T161B。
抗泡剂是甲基硅油。
抗乳化剂是胺与环氧化合物缩合物。
防锈剂是质量比50%的中性基二壬基萘磺酸钡T705A和50%的烯基丁二酸T746复合。
催冷剂是石油磺酸钠T702。
本发明的显著优点:
本发明组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑(极压抗磨承载)、扩散、清洗、防腐、排屑、低挥发性、抑制瘤屑以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大;能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产生和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和加工效率,有利于回收磨屑。

1.一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的HVIH4和50%的酯类油Radia7543复合作为复合基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

3.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于油性剂是硫化猪油;摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酸酯。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种铌合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于极压剂是磷酸三甲酚脂T306;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
