本发明公开了一种银合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的聚α‑烯烃和50%的酯类油Radia7543复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、分散剂、填充剂等。本发明组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、抗氧化、低油雾、抗乳化、抗泡性、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大;能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产生和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和效率,有利于回收磨屑。

技术领域
本发明一种银合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工润滑剂领域。
背景技术
以银为基础与其他金属组成的合金。银合金种类很多,它们主要应用于:(1)中等负荷或重负荷电器中作电接触材料,是应用领域和用量最大,也是最廉价的贵金属电接触材料。(2)多种材料的钎接,是用量最大的贵金属钎接材料。(3)在贵金属电阻材料中占有一定地位。(4)至今仍是用量最大的贵金属饰品材料。
磨削液是一种用在金属磨削加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具与加工件的工业用液体。金属切削是重要的机械加工手段,按其所用切削工具类型可分为两大类。一类是用刀具进行切削加工,如车削、钻削、镗削、铣削、创削和拉削等;另一类是用磨料进行的磨削加工,如磨削、珩削、研削和超精研加工等。按加工苛刻程度排列,切削加工可分为16种,其中磨削排名第一。切削润滑剂以使用上分为两大类,即切削润滑剂,都需要有良好的冷却和润滑效果,但两种加工方式存在着根本的不同。在磨削加工中,磨削速度高达1000r/min以上,温度超过1100℃,因此要求有更高的冷却性能;另外,磨具(如砂轮)孔隙容易堵塞,也因此需要更高的清净性。同时要能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产生和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和效率,有利于回收磨屑。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的冷却、润滑、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、抗氧化、低油雾、抗乳化、抗泡性、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大的银合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种银合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,采用质量比50%的聚α-烯烃和50%的酯类油Radia7543复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
以上各组分的质量百分比总和是100%。
抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6-二叔丁基混合酚T502A和50%的含铜抗氧剂T541复合。
金属减活剂是的苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是牛脂。
摩擦改进剂是烷基亚磷酸酯。
极压剂是氯化石蜡T301。
抗磨剂是磷酸三甲酚酯T306。
防锈剂是质量比50%的苯并三氮唑T706和50%的烯基丁二酸半酯T747。
抗泡剂是丙烯酸酯与醚共聚物T911。抗乳化剂是聚醚高分子化合物DL32。
分散剂是硼化聚异丁烯双丁二酰亚胺T154B。
填充剂是液体石蜡。
本发明的显著优点:
本发明组合物具有良好的冷却、润滑(极压抗磨)、扩散、清洗、防腐、防锈、低挥发性、抗氧化、低油雾、抗乳化、抗泡性、抗微生物以及对油漆的相溶性,热容量大;能减少磨削区磨粒与工件间热的产生和使已经产生的热得到快速释放,提高工件表面质量和效率,有利于回收磨屑。

1.一种银合金磨削加工工艺润滑剂组合物,其特征在于:采用质量比50%的聚α-烯烃和50%的酯类油Radia7543复合作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:
