Abstract
本发明公开了一种铅合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用68号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂。包括:抗氧剂、金属减活剂、油性剂、摩擦改进剂、极压剂、抗磨剂、防锈剂、抗泡剂、抗乳化剂、分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂等。本发明的组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤;提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。
Description
技术领域
本发明一种铅合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物属于金属加工工艺润滑剂领域。
背景技术
铅合金的变形抗力小,铸锭不需加热即可用轧制、挤压等工艺制成板材、带材、管材、棒材和线材,且不需中间退火处理。铅合金的抗拉强度为3~7kgf/mm2,比大多数其他金属合金低得多。
铅合金表面在腐蚀过程中产生氧化物、硫化物或其他复盐化合物覆膜,有阻止氧化、硫化、溶解或挥发等作用。在空气、硫酸、淡水和海水中都有很好的耐蚀性。铅合金如含有不固溶于铅或形成第二相的铋、镁、锌等杂质,则耐蚀性会降低;加入碲、硒可消除杂质铋对耐蚀性的有害影响。在含铋的铅合金中加入锑和碲,可细化晶粒组织,增加强度,抑制铋的有害作用,改善耐蚀性。
铅合金熔点低(在327℃以下)、流动性好,凝固收缩率小,熔损少,重熔时成分变化小,可铸造形状复杂、轮廓清晰的器件,广泛应用于铸造铅字和制作模型等。铅锡锑合金用于印刷工业上已有五百多年的历史。由于铅合金的剪切、蠕变强度低,在一定的载荷和滚动切变作用下,铅合金易于变形并减薄成为箔状;且铅合金的自润性、磨合性和减震性好,噪声小,因而是良好的轴承合金。适于制作高载荷、高转速、抗温升的重型机器轴承。铅合金具有不易被X和γ射线穿透的特性,可作放射性工作的防护材料。
冷镦加工是利用模具在常温下对金属棒料镦粗(常为局部镦粗)成形的锻造方法。冷镦是另一种形式的镦锻工艺。更具金属型变理论,在常温下对金属坯料施加一定的压力,使之在模腔产生变形。按规定的形状和尺寸成形。冷镦工艺广泛应用于中小零件以及各种类型的标准件。
冷镦工艺的主要特征是无切削加工,材料利用率高,利用率达80~90%,且金属材料流线不会被切断,因此成品强度比切削加工或铸造成型零件强度更高,在一定的批量生产条件下,冷镦加工成本要比其它加工成本低得多,适用于通常需要切削件以及紧固件等形状对称的产品加工。产品的尺寸精度、重量精度及力学性能等都能达到较高的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤,提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗的铅合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物。
本发明通过如下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种铅合金冷镦工艺润滑剂组合物,采用68号全损耗系统用油作为基础油,配合多种复合添加剂,其各自质量百分数的成分组成:

抗氧剂是质量比50%的2,6二叔丁基混合酚T502和50%的烷基二苯胺T534复合。
金属减活剂是苯三唑衍生物T551。
油性剂是工业猪油;摩擦改进剂是二聚酸T402。
极压剂是硫代磷酸胺盐T307;抗磨剂是氯化石蜡T301。
防锈剂是质量比50%的烯基丁二酸T746和50%的苯并三氮唑T706复合;
抗泡剂是甲基硅油T901。
抗乳化剂是环氧乙烷丙烷嵌段聚醚T1002;分散剂是聚异丁烯丁二酰亚胺T154。
抗氧抗腐剂是二烷基二硫代磷酸硫化氧钼MODTP。
本发明的优点在于:本发明组合物具有良好的承载抗磨性、挤压性(不拉毛、拉伤、有效延长冲模的使用寿命)、低温流动扩散性、润滑性、冷却性,油膜强度大、油膜厚度保持稳定,无异味、不刺激皮肤等。提高光洁度,保护被加工零件表面不锈蚀和氧化,减少动力能耗,低温流动性好,良好的抗泡性、抗乳化性、热氧化定性好,减少沉淀物和漆膜的产生,成型件易清洗。
