Abstract
Description
前記表1の実施例1―13ないし1―20から確認できるように、マンガン(Mn)の含量が0.1重量%から3.5重量%に増加するほど冷間圧下率(%)が増加する様相を示し、図2には、その結果をグラフで示した。
表3ないし表4から確認できるように、第1の発明に係る銅合金と第2の発明に係る銅合金に、追加的にアルミニウム(Al)、スズ(Sn)、セレン(Se)のうちいずれか一つの成分、又は、鉄(Fe)、リン(P)、ジルコニウム(Zr)、ボロン(B)のうちいずれか一つの成分が添加されることによって硬度が上昇し、切削チップのChip No.が減少し、切削チップが微細になることが分かる。
Claims (7)
- 銅(Cu)56重量%ないし77重量%、マンガン(Mn)0.1重量%ないし3.0重量%、シリコン(Si)1.5重量%ないし3.5重量%、及び残部量の亜鉛(Zn)及びその他不可避な不純物からなる快削性無鉛銅合金。
- 前記銅合金は、カルシウム(Ca)を0.1重量%ないし1.5重量%さらに含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の快削性無鉛銅合金。
- 前記銅合金は、アルミニウム(Al)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、スズ(Sn)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、及びセレン(Se)0.001重量%ないし0.5重量%からなるグループより選ばれたいずれか一つ以上をさらに含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の快削性無鉛銅合金。
- 鉄(Fe)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、ジルコニウム(Zr)0.001重量%ないし1.0重量%、ボロン(B)0.001重量%ないし0.1重量%、及びリン(P)0.01重量%ないし0.3重量%からなるグループより選ばれたいずれか一つ以上をさらに含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の快削性無鉛銅合金。
- 前記銅合金は、
カルシウム(Ca)0.1重量%ないし1.5重量%;及び
アルミニウム(Al)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、スズ(Sn)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、及びセレン(Se)0.001重量%ないし0.5重量%からなるグループより選ばれたいずれか一つ以上;
をさらに含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の快削性無鉛銅合金。 - 前記銅合金は、
カルシウム(Ca)0.1重量%ないし1.5重量%;及び
鉄(Fe)0.01重量%ないし1.0重量%、ジルコニウム(Zr)0.001重量%ないし1.0重量%、及びボロン(B)0.001重量%ないし0.1重量%からなるグループより選ばれたいずれか一つ以上;
をさらに含んで構成される、請求項1に記載の快削性無鉛銅合金。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれか1項による快削性無鉛銅合金を製造するための方法であって、熱間圧延及び熱間押出工程では、570℃ないし660℃の温度領域で前記合金を加熱することを特徴とする快削性無鉛銅合金の製造方法。
