도 2a 내지 도 2c는 본 발명에 따른 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금의 절삭토크 그래프이고, 도 2d는 비교예의 절삭토크 그래프이며,
도 3은 본 발명에 따른 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금과 비교예의 700도 열간 압축 시 발생하는 응력 비교 그래프이다.

Claims (4)
- 구리(Cu) 57~80중량%, 칼슘(Ca) 0.05~3.0중량%, 알루미늄(Al) 0.1~2.0중량%, 및 잔부량의 아연(Zn)과 기타 불가피한 불순물로 이루어지는 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금.
- 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구리합금은 주석(Sn) 0.1~1.0중량%, 망간(Mn) 0.1~2.0중량%, 실리콘 0.1~2.0중량%, 및 셀레늄(Se) 0.001~0.5중량%로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 구리합금은 철 0.01~1.0중량%, 지르코늄 0.001~1.0중량% 및 보론 0.001~0.1중량%로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택된 어느 하나 이상을 더 포함하여 이루어지는 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금. - 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금을 제조하기 위한 방법으로서, 상기 합금을 제조하기 위한 제조공정 중 열간압출, 열간단조 및 열간압연의 열간 가공 공정은 650 내지 750℃의 온도 영역에서 상기 합금을 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 쾌삭성 무연 구리합금의 제조방법.
