Abstract
袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置具有:将袋装螺旋弹簧排供给到定位置传送机构的运送机构;把由运送机构供给的袋装螺旋弹簧排运送到定位置的定位置传送机构;把袋装螺旋弹簧排与后续袋装螺旋弹簧排切开形成预定长度的切断机构;能使袋装螺旋弹簧排升降的保持压接机构;使保持压接机构前后左右移动的保持压接装置移动机构;向袋装螺旋弹簧排涂敷粘接剂的涂敷机构;移动涂敷喷嘴用的喷嘴移动机构和控制上述各机构的控制机构。
Description
本发明涉及用于座垫及椅子的螺旋弹簧,特别涉及用于制造“袋装螺旋弹簧组合体”的装置。所谓“袋装螺旋弹簧组合体”,是把若干个弹簧以排列状态装入包装体(包装袋)内,再把各该包装体相互接合起来而形成的。
已往,用于座垫及椅子的螺旋弹簧,是用“C”形环把相邻螺旋弹簧连接起来,把该连接状态的螺旋弹簧安装在座垫及椅子上。
但是,这种螺旋弹簧的缺点是,用“C”形环连接螺旋弹簧很费时费事,生产效率低,而且在使用座垫及椅子时,“C”形环与其连接之弹簧部分等的金属相互磨擦,该磨擦发出声音而给使用带来不快感,同时也影响座垫及椅子的质量。
为了解决这一问题,在日本专利公报特公平2-20346号中揭示了一种形成“袋装螺旋弹簧组合体”的装置,该“袋装螺旋弹簧组合体”是这样形成的:把螺旋弹簧分别装入用无纺布(包装体)形成的袋内,形成排状的袋装螺旋弹簧,把该排状的袋装螺旋弹簧以竖立状态排列在平板上,按压并保持着该排状袋装螺旋弹簧的上端部,用喷射管咀把粘接剂喷射到装有螺旋弹簧的袋的侧面部分,用该粘接剂把各袋的侧面部分粘接起来而形成了“袋装螺旋弹簧组合体”。
上述公报中记载的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置中,从喷射管咀喷射粘接剂时,由于袋装螺旋弹簧的上端部被按压,所以,螺旋弹簧处于被压缩、袋也起皱的状态。
由于在这样起皱的状态下涂敷粘接剂的在此处接合的螺旋弹簧是在弹簧处于压缩、袋处于起皱的状态下被供给的,所以被涂敷的部分与供给的螺旋弹簧的突出部分相互错开,而形成未能粘接的部分,从而使袋装螺旋组合体的质量和耐久性降低。
尤其当螺旋弹簧是中间鼓起的锥形时,袋装螺旋弹簧之间成为点接触,上述问题则更为显著。
本发明是鉴于上述问题而作出的,其目的在于能够简单而切实地连接袋装螺旋弹簧,提高袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的生产效率,提高质量和耐久性。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,在由无纺布或纺织布做成的连续圆筒形袋的一个袋内分别装入一个螺旋弹簧,形成为排状的袋装螺旋弹簧排,把该袋装螺旋弹簧排粘接成若干排并组装成垫子状的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体,其特征在于,该组装装置备有:将袋装螺旋弹簧排供给到定位置传送机构的运送机构;把由运送机构供给的袋装螺旋弹簧排运送到定位置的定位置传送机构;位于运送机构与定位置传送机构之间的、把袋装螺旋弹簧排与后续袋装螺旋弹簧排切开形成预定长度的切断机构;从两端保持着螺旋弹簧的螺旋轴芯部、能使定位置传送机构上的袋装螺旋弹簧排升降的保持压接机构;使保持压接机构前后左右移动的保持压接装置移动机构;向袋装螺旋弹簧排涂敷粘接剂的涂敷机构;移动涂敷喷咀用的喷咀移动机构和控制上述各机构的控制机构。
本发明的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置中,运送机构的构造是:由驱动装置驱动旋转的旋转轴平行于支承板,从旋转轴的中心呈放射状地设置等间隔的若干个分离运送板。通过旋转轴的旋转,挟在分离运送板间的袋装螺旋排的螺旋弹簧被切实地运送。
另外,定位置传送机构的运送速度设定成稍快于运送机构运送袋装螺旋弹簧排的速度;切断机构设在运送机构与定位置传送机构之间,由运送机构送来的袋装螺旋弹簧排在定位置传送机构一侧成为张拉的状态,切断部位成为张紧状态,从而切断机构能切实地进行切断。
在定位置传送机构的传送带表面,备有等间隔的若干个定位部件,该定位部件能使袋装螺旋弹簧排不错位地被运送。
保持压接机构备有压接板、保持配件和驱动机构。压接板由升降装置升降并能在定位置传送机构与溜槽(该溜槽保持涂了粘接剂的袋装螺旋弹簧排)入口部之间往复移动;保持配件从袋装螺旋弹簧的螺旋轴芯侧的压接板两端部向下方垂下;驱动机构将保持配件驱动到保持位置和开放位置。由于保持配件保持着袋装螺旋弹簧排时,各袋装螺旋弹簧的袋部分被拉向弹簧内方,所以,袋的外周面被张拉而保持着不起皱的状态。
保持压接机构能使由保持配件保持着的定位置传送机构的袋装螺旋弹簧排移动到与保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排同相位或错开半相位的位置,并且,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件,这样,可以任意选择梅花状或格子状等的袋装螺旋弹簧排配置,以便进行正确的配置。
涂敷机构的涂敷喷咀配设成为垂直向下地喷射粘接剂,喷咀移动机构不妨碍其它机构的动作,从保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排的一端到另一端,一边移动涂敷喷咀,一边连续地或间歇地涂敷粘接剂,这样,粘接剂自涂敷喷咀中从已涂敷的粘接部分上方被供给到保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排上,已粘接的袋装螺旋弹簧排被挤压,在溜槽内保持为粘接的状态。

图1是概略地表示袋装螺旋弹簧组合体组装装置的立体图,图中标记1表示整个组装装置,在该装置中,用粘接剂把排齐的袋装螺旋弹簧排粘接起来而形成了袋装螺旋弹簧组合体。
这里,本发明中的袋装螺旋弹簧排与上述公报中记载的同样,是用无纺布或纺织布形成若干个口袋,在这些口袋中分别装入螺旋弹簧,这是公知的。
该袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置1备有带若干个分离运送板4的运送机构5、具有独自驱动源的定位置传送机构6、位于运送机构5与定位置传送机构6之间的切断机构7、保持压接机构9、使保持压接机构9前后左右移动的保持压接装置移动机构10、带有涂敷喷咀15的涂敷机构66、用于移动涂敷喷咀15的喷咀移动机构16和用于控制上述各机构的控制机构17。运送机构5的分离运送板4用于正确地运送载置在支承板2上面的袋装螺旋弹簧排3;定位置传送机构6把运送机构5送来的袋装螺旋弹簧排3运送到定位置;切断机构7用于把袋装螺旋弹簧排3与下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排3的连接部切断;保持压接机构9保持住传送带8上的袋装螺旋弹簧排3并使其升降和压接、开放;如图2所示,由产品支承板12和滑移产品支承板11形成溜槽13,涂敷机构66的涂敷喷咀15向插入在溜槽13入口部13a的袋装螺旋弹簧排3涂敷粘接剂14。
上述运送机构5的支承板2设置在支持架18上,使袋装螺旋弹簧排3以其螺旋弹簧的轴芯呈水平躺卧的姿态支承在支承板2上。支持架18的一端固定在主体架19上,设有分离运送板4的旋转轴20通过轴承(图未示)支承在枢支部件21、22上,该枢支部件21、22平行于支承板2宽度方向地立设在支承板2上。
在该旋转轴20的一端,固定着链轮(图未示),用周知的旋转传递机构、即、链子卷绕在该链轮和安装在支持架18上的电机输出轴(图未示)上,把电机的旋转传递给旋转轴20。
从旋转轴20的中心呈放射状地设有若干个等间隔的的分离运送板4,该分离运送板4的形状和间隔都适合于取出并运出袋装螺旋弹簧排3的袋装弹簧和袋装螺旋弹簧的分隔部26(见图3)。
上述定位置传送机构6的传送带8配设在运送机构5的支承板2的延长线上,把由运送机构5送进来的袋装螺旋弹簧排3一直送到定位置,它备有用以支承的宽度和长度,由独立的电机(图未示)驱动旋转。
传送带8的速度稍快于被运送机构5运送的袋装螺旋弹簧排3的移动速度,不断轻轻地张拉着被运送机构5送来的袋装螺旋弹簧排3,在切断位置使运送机构5和定位置传送机构6停止时,在该袋装螺旋弹簧排3与下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排3之间的未装着螺旋弹簧的无弹簧袋部23呈张拉状态,这样,便于切断机构7的切断。
另外,在传送带8的表面配设着等间隔的定位部件25,即使是间隔不匀的袋装螺旋弹簧排3,定位部件25也能抓住袋装螺旋弹簧排3的袋装弹簧间的间隔部26,能正确地运送到定位置。
当切断机构7对袋装螺旋弹簧排和下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排间的无弹簧袋部23的切断作业完成时,定位置传送机构6就开始动作,把传送带8上的已切断的袋装螺旋弹簧排3运送到能由保持压接机构9保持的定位置后停止动作。
该停止的定位,可选择用传感器(图未示)检测袋装螺旋弹簧排3前端的方法,或者用控制机构的定时来决定的方法。根据袋装螺旋弹簧排3的形状、精度等,可选择任何适当的方法。
上述切断机构7配设在运送机构5和定位置传送机构6之间,备有切刀27的剪断机28的基座29a被滑槽29限制着,只能在袋装螺旋弹簧的轴芯方向移动,同时支承着剪断机28。
用于使该剪断机28移动的汽缸30固定在机械主体架19上,汽缸30的活塞杆固定在剪断机28的后部。
运送机构5和定位置传送机构6动作,当两个袋装螺旋弹簧排3之间的无弹簧袋部23的中心位于滑动槽29的中心时同时停止,上述切断机构7开始动作。
使剪断机28的切刀27旋转,同时使汽缸30动作,使剪断机28前进,切断了无弹簧袋部的中心线31后,剪断机28后退到定位置,切刀27的旋转也停止。
如图2和图3所示,上述保持压接机构9的保持配件32a、32b在保持传送带8上的袋装螺旋弹簧排3的每个袋装螺旋弹簧的轴芯两侧位置,由螺丝36a、36b以等间隔并前后对称地固定在板状开闭部件33a、33b的左右,为了与袋装螺旋弹簧排3的形状变化对应,松开螺丝36a、36b可以移动该保持配件32a、32b。
开闭部件33a、33b固定在操作用汽缸34a、34b的活塞杆35a、35b上,该汽缸34a、34b固定在汽缸固定板38上,使活塞杆35a、35b同时动作时,保持配件32a、32b就被左右开闭,保持或开放袋装螺旋弹簧排3。
标记37是压接板,该压接板37由若干个螺丝(图未示)固定在汽缸固定板38上,在压接板37的下面,以预定间隔垂直向下地配设着若干个定位部件39。该定位部件39按压袋装螺旋弹簧排3的每个间隔部26,使螺旋弹簧的保持定位更加正确,当松开安装螺丝时,该定位部件39可以移动。
汽缸固定板38固定在若干个汽缸40的活塞杆41上,汽缸40固定在保持压接装置支承杆42上,通过汽缸40的动作,使保持压接机构9往上或往下(见图3)。
上述保持压接装置移动机构10是使保持压接机构9前后左右移动的机构,配设在保持压接机构9的左右两侧,支承配件43支承着保持压接机构9的保持压接装置支承杆42的两端部。在支承配件43上固定着滑块44和汽缸45,滑块挡板46固定在L形配件47上,L形配件47固定在汽缸滑块48上。
汽缸45的活塞杆前端部固定在L形配件47的侧面,与其垂直的无活塞杆汽缸49固定在主体架19上。通过无活塞杆汽缸49的汽缸滑块48的动作,使保持压接机构9前后移动,通过汽缸45的动作,使保持压接机构9左右移动。
上述涂敷机构66由槽50、控制盘17、软管51、电碰阀52、喷咀移动机构16构成。槽50备有溶解并送出粘接剂的齿轮泵(图未示);控制盘17控制槽50、软管51、喷咀15的温度及粘接剂涂敷形状;软管51将粘接剂从槽50送到喷咀15;电磁阀52使粘接剂涂敷开始或停止;喷咀移动机构16用于移动喷咀15、电磁阀52。
软管51的一端与槽50连接,另一端与电磁阀52连接,喷咀15从电磁阀52向下地固定着。电磁阀52固定在喷咀支承板54上,该喷咀支承板54固定在滑块55上,滑块挡板57固定在主体架19的横梁部分56上,电机59固定在电机支承板58上(见图2)。
电机支承板58固定在主体架19的横梁部分56上,链60是环形链,两侧由自由旋转的链轮(图未示)张拉并支承着,链60的一部分固定在喷咀支承板54上。
安装在电机59的旋转轴上的链轮59a使链60旋转,通过移动喷咀15、电磁阀52,可将粘接剂从袋装螺旋弹簧排3一端涂敷到另一端。这些装置配设在不妨碍其它机构动作的位置上。
下面说明具有上述构造的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置1的动作。
首先,使运送机构5和定位置传送机构6动作,当把位于运送机构5的支承板2上的袋装螺旋弹簧排3送到它与下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排3之间的无弹簧袋部23的中心到达切断机构7的滑槽29时,运送机构5和定位置传送机构6同时停止,切断机构7动作,把袋装螺旋弹簧排3和后续的袋装螺旋弹簧排3切断。
切断机构7的动作结束时,定位置传送机构6开始动作,把已切断的位于传送带8上的袋装螺旋弹簧排3送到能由保持压接机构9保持的定位置处后停止。
在此处,停止位置的决定如上所述,由于备有能选择两种方法的机构,这两种方法是用光电传感器检测袋装螺旋弹簧排3前端部的方法和用定时决定的方法,所以,可选择最适合于袋装螺旋弹簧排3的形状、精度的方法。
当定位置传送机构6停止时,位于传送带8上的保持压接机构9的若干个汽缸40动作,保持压接机构9下降,接着汽缸34a、34b同时动作,关闭保持配件32a、32b,用保持配件32a、32b的前端部按压并保持位于传送带8上的袋装螺旋弹簧排3的每个袋装螺旋弹簧的轴芯部,汽缸40动作并上升。
当保持压接机构9上升后,运送机构5和定位置传送机构6同时动作,开始下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排3的供给,同时,保持压接装置移动机构10的无活塞杆汽缸49动作,将保持着袋装螺旋弹簧排3的保持压接机构9移动到由产品支承板12和滑移产品支承板11形成的溜槽13的入口部13a,即移动到能插入该袋装螺旋弹簧排3的位置处。
保持压接机构9的汽缸40动作,使袋装螺旋弹簧排保持部下降,将保持着的袋装螺旋弹簧排3插入产品支承板12与滑移产品支承板11之间,使汽缸34a、34b动作,开放保持配件32a、32b后,汽缸40动作,使保持压接机构9上升。
保持压接机构9上升后,保持压接装置移动机构10的无活塞杆汽缸49动作,使保持压接机构移动到传送带8上,同时,喷咀移动机构16使涂敷机构66动作,将粘接剂14涂敷到插入在溜槽13入口部13a的袋装螺旋弹簧排3上。
由于保持配件32a、32b的前端按压并保持着袋装螺旋弹簧的轴芯部,所以袋装螺旋弹簧袋的表面呈张拉状态,插入到溜槽13的入口部13a并与已涂敷了粘接剂14的袋装螺旋弹簧排3的压接效果好,如果保持配件32a、32b是连续的平板,则在装入了螺旋弹簧的口袋表面会产生鼓包,使压接和粘接不匀。
按上述的顺序,把下一个袋装螺旋弹簧排3插入并压接和粘接在已插入溜槽13的入口部13a处的、已涂敷了粘接剂14的袋装螺旋弹簧排3上,这样便形成了图5所示的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体。
保持压接装置移动机构10备有向左右移动的机构,通过将其左右的移动幅度设定为袋装螺旋弹簧直径的一半,能将袋装螺旋弹簧排3的组合排列形成为交替排列,另外,通过停止左右的移动,也能将袋装螺旋弹簧排3的组合排列形成为平行排列。
即,制造图6所示交替排列的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的情况下,当保持压接机构9上升并移动到溜槽13的入口部13a上时,使保持压接装置移动机构10的汽缸45以2循环一次的比例动作即可。
通过反复上述的顺序,把若干个袋装螺旋弹簧排3粘接起来,可制造袋装螺旋弹簧组合体;在结束了一个袋装螺旋弹簧组合体后,在移向下一个袋装螺旋弹簧组合体时,使涂敷机构66和喷咀移动机构16停止。
根据本发明的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,由于袋装螺旋弹簧排由切断机构切断成预定长度后,由保持压接机构从两端按压并保持住袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧的轴芯部,所以,被保持压接机构保持着的口袋的侧面部分为不起皱的张拉状态,在这样的状态下,按压已涂敷粘接剂的部分时,能切实地与粘接剂接触,从而避免了已往那种因口袋起皱导致的已涂敷粘接部分与新供给袋装螺旋弹簧的突出部分错开而粘接不上的现象。因此,大幅度地提高了袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的质量和耐久性。
另外,由于本发明的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体组装装置中,运送机构的构造是:由驱动装置驱动旋转的旋转轴平行于支承板,从旋转轴的中心呈放射状地设置等间隔的若干个分离运送板,通过旋转轴的旋转,挟在分离运送板间的袋装螺旋排的螺旋弹簧被切实地运送;另外,在定位置传送机构的传送带表面,备有等间隔的若干个定位部件,由该定位部件使得袋装螺旋弹簧排不错位地被运送,所以,不会造成运送障碍,在后续工序中能将袋装螺旋弹簧排准确地供给到规定的位置。
另外,由于把定位置传送机构的运送速度设定成稍快于运送机构运送袋装螺旋弹簧排的速度,并把切断机构设在运送机构与定位置传送机构之间,由运送机构送来的袋装螺旋弹簧排在定位置传送机构一侧成为张拉的状态,切断部位成为张紧状态,从而切断机构能切实地进行切断,所以,不会因切断故障而造成停机,提高高质量袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的生产效率。
另外,由于保持压接机构能使由保持配件保持着的定位置传送机构的袋装螺旋弹簧排移动到与保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排同相位或错开半相位的位置,并且,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件,这样,可以根据床垫或椅子等产品的需要,任意选择由袋装螺旋弹簧排形成的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的排列配置,例如梅花状或格子状等的配置,从而可以制造高质量的床垫、椅子等。
另外,由于涂敷机构的涂敷喷咀是垂直向下地喷射粘接剂,喷咀移动机构不妨碍其它机构的动作,从保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排的一端向另一端一边移动涂敷喷咀,一边连续地或间歇地涂敷粘接剂,新的袋装螺旋弹簧排从涂敷喷咀涂敷了粘接部分的上方供给到保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排上并与其粘接,该袋装螺旋弹簧排被挤压保持在溜槽内,所以,能进行牢固的粘接,大幅度提高袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的耐久性。
Claims (14)
1.一种袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,在用无纺布或纺织布做成的连续圆筒状口袋的一个袋内分别装入一个螺旋弹簧,形成为排状的袋装螺旋弹簧排,把该袋装螺旋弹簧排粘接成若干排,组装成垫子状的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体,其特征在于,该组装装置备有:将袋装螺旋弹簧排供给到定位置传送机构的运送机构;把由运送机构供给的袋装螺旋弹簧排运送到定位置的定位置传送机构;位于运送机构与定位置传送机构之间的、把袋装螺旋弹簧排与后续袋装螺旋弹簧排切开形成预定长度的切断机构;从两端保持着螺旋弹簧的螺旋轴芯部、能使定位置传送机构上的袋装螺旋弹簧排升降的保持压接机构;使保持压接机构前后左右移动的保持压接装置移动机构;向袋装螺旋弹簧排涂敷粘接剂的涂敷机构;移动涂敷喷咀用的喷咀移动机构和控制上述各机构的控制机构。
2.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,运送机构的构造是:由驱动装置驱动旋转的旋转轴平行于支承板,从旋转轴的中心呈放射状地设置等间隔的若干个分离运送板。
3.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,定位置传送机构的速度设定为稍快于运送机构运送袋装螺旋弹簧排的速度。
4.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在定位置传送机构的传送带表面,备有若干个等间隔的定位部件。
5.如权利要求3所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在定位置传送机构的传送带表面,备有若干个等间隔的定位部件。
6.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,切断机构配设在运送机构和定位置传送机构之间。
7.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,保持压接机构备有压接板、保持配件和驱动机构;压接板由升降装置升降并能在定位置传送机构与保持涂了粘接剂的袋装螺旋弹簧排的溜槽入口部之间往复移动;保持配件从袋装螺旋弹簧的螺旋轴芯侧的压接板两端部向下方垂下;驱动机构将保持配件驱动到保持位置和开放位置。
8.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,保持压接机构能使由保持配件保持着的定位置传送机构的袋装螺旋弹簧排移动到与保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排同相位或错开半相位的位置。
9.如权利要求7所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,保持压接机构能使由保持配件保持着的定位置传送机构的袋装螺旋弹簧排移动到与保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排同相位或错开半相位的位置。
10.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件。
11.如权利要求7所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件。
12.如权利要求8所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件。
13.如权利要求9所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,在保持压接机构的压接板下面,向下垂直地设有使袋装螺旋弹簧排的螺旋弹簧定位在预定位置的定位部件。
14.如权利要求1所述的袋装螺旋弹簧组合体的组装装置,其特征在于,涂敷机构的涂敷喷咀配设成为垂直向下地喷射粘接剂,喷咀移动机构不妨碍其它机构的动作,从保持在溜槽入口部的袋装螺旋弹簧排的一端到另一端,一边移动涂敷喷咀,一边连续地或间歇地涂敷粘接剂。
