Description

一种手术服面料及其生产工艺
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种纺织面料,尤其是一种可重复使用并具有防菌、防飞溅、防静电等性能的医用手术服面料及其生产工艺。
背景技术:
手术防护服和手术用盖布最初使用结构较紧密的棉机织物,一段时间后改用经拒液化学物质整理得到紧密的机织物,但阻隔血液、体液和细菌的功能并不如人意。到了20世纪70年代,在医用防护领域中,非织造医用材料迅猛发展。然而,考虑到由一次性纺织品使用后丢弃引起的环境污染,在欧洲,ESTA(European Textile Service Association)等组织呼吁人们尽量使用耐久型织物。
外科手术防护服的基本要求是拒液性。在手术过程中,医护人员要面对着可能含有病毒或细菌的病人血液、体液和分泌物,随时存在着被感染的危险。防护材料应能阻止微生物、微小颗粒和液体的进入,从而起到保护医务人员的作用。例如专利公布号CN102687922A涉及到一种可重复使用并具有良好屏蔽血液等液体的医用手术面料,一定程度上解决了手术服阻隔血液和可重复使用共存的问题。然而,该专利未能考虑到手术过程中喷射出来的血液压力问题。由于手术中喷射出的血液速度快,喷到手术服后极易溅射而沾染到未受保护的脸颊、额头等裸露的皮肤,严重影响到医护人员的身心健康。另外,该专利未能充分考虑到手术服使用舒适性问题,手术室密封的空间及高强度的手术压力,对主刀医生体能消耗巨大,因此,需要手术服具备良好的吸湿速干性能,减少因闷热对医生的体能消耗。
发明内容:
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种具有良好穿着舒适性和防护性并可重复使用的医用手术服面料。
本发明的技术方案是:一种医用手术服面料,该面料包括表层面料、中间层隔菌膜和里层面料,表层、中间层和里层通过胶合工艺粘结在一起,形成复合面料。
本发明所述表层面料是异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝和锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝编织成的面料。改性亲水聚酯长丝能实现将飞溅出来的血液迅速吸入表层面料中,防止血液碰到面料有溅射而危害医护人员健康。锦纶基碳黑导电长丝起到防止面料静电产生,从而避免对手术过程中精密电子设备的影响。
本发明所述表层面料的质量规格为40g/㎡~200g/㎡。
本发明所述的异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝为含有吸湿基团(HO-M-OH)的异截面聚酯长丝,通过在聚酯合成过程中添加一缩二乙二醇和聚乙二醇醚单体。通过异截面纺丝板,纺制出异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝。
上述一缩二乙二醇与聚乙二醇醚的添加比为1:5~1:10。为解决改性亲水聚酯长丝迅速吸收飞溅出来的血液。优选一缩二乙二醇的添加量为聚合物重量的2%~5%,聚乙二醇醚的添加量为聚合物重量的10%~30%。引入高比例的吸湿基团(HO-M-OH)后,纤维表面性质由疏水性变为吸湿性,水与织物互相浸润,滴水扩散时间极短。
上述的异截面纺丝板可选为“十”字型、“Y”字型、“井”字型、字型等。为实现高导湿效果及考虑到纺丝工艺的可操作性,经多次测试分析,优选字型。
本发明所述的异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝细度规格为20D~150D,优选细度规格为20D~50D;单纤数规格为6F~72F,优选单纤数规格为12F~36F。
本发明所述的异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝为色母粒或原液着色纺制的绿色或浅蓝色聚酯长丝。医用手术服颜色较为单一,其原因是当医生在手术时,他们会专注地盯着血红色的组织或器官,为了减缓“后像视觉效应”带来的绿色困扰,只要使用同样的颜色就能立马缓和。此手术服的高温氯漂对面料色牢度要求高,色母粒或原液着色纺制的长丝色牢度要高于染色加工生产的长丝。
本发明所述的锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝为锦纶基碳黑导电长丝通过包覆异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝而形成的包覆丝。采用锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝的优势在于能有效提升锦纶基碳黑导电长丝的织造性能,并不会降低锦纶基碳黑导电长丝的导电性能。
本发明所述的锦纶基碳黑导电长丝细度规格为20D/3F。
本发明所述里层面料是异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝编织成的面料。异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝的规格与表层面料中异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝一致。
本发明所述里层面料的质量规格为40g/㎡~200g/㎡。
本发明所述中间层隔菌膜是PTFE微孔膜。考虑到手术服使用要求,术后需高温氯漂洗涤。因此对隔菌膜的性能有了较高要求,即要求在高温下不发生形变,不影响洗后防护性能。对比PU微孔膜,PTFE的维卡软化点在250℃左右,而PU微孔膜的维卡软化点在120℃左右。PU微孔膜在长期高温氯漂水洗过程中,膜的孔径会逐渐发生变化最终影响到面料的防护性能。
本发明所述PTFE微孔膜的孔径大小范围为40nm~100nm,优选50nm~80nm。孔径大小的选择要首先要考虑到隔绝血液,喷射出的血液液体直径超过400μm,因此PTFE微孔膜的孔径要小于400μm。同时要保障手术服穿着舒适性,使人体产生的汗水以蒸汽散发除去,水蒸汽的直径大小在0.4nm左右,因此PTFE微孔膜的孔径要大于0.4nm。作为手术服最重要的功能之一是隔绝有害细菌病毒接触到医护人员,细菌大小一般在0.5μm~1μm,病毒绝大多数在50nm以上,因此PTFE微孔膜的孔径下限在40nm~50nm较为合适。同时考虑到对人们影响较大的病毒的大小均在100nm左右,如SARS病毒直径大小为60~220nm、禽流感病毒直径大小80~120nm、埃博拉病毒大小约100nm,因此PTFE微孔膜的孔径上限在80nm~100nm较为合适。
本发明所述PTFE微孔膜的厚度大小范围为30μm~45μm。PTFE微孔膜厚度太小,容易在高温氯漂水洗中破裂;由于PTFE微孔薄膜属于非对称性膜,膜的正反面微孔尺寸有差异,微孔孔道弯曲复杂,因此厚度太大容易影响透气透湿舒适性。在PTFE微孔膜厚度的选择上,经过反复多次试验分析,确认厚度在30μm~45μm最优。
表层、中间层和里层通过热熔胶粘合在一起。所述热熔胶优选日本日立化成公司的4830型号热熔胶。
本发明还提供一种用于上述医用手术服面料的制造方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步,表层面料准备:将异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成表层面料。锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝在整经过程中按间隔0.5cm~1.5cm加入。
里层面料准备:将异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成里层面料。
中间层隔菌膜准备:通过拉伸法制备PTFE微孔膜。PTFE微孔膜孔径为40nm~100nm,优选50nm~80nm。膜的厚度为30μm~45μm。
表层面料和里层面料均采用经编工艺进行织造,使面料具有较好的弹性和尺寸稳定性,有利于穿着舒适性。
第二步,将表层面料和里层面料通过定型工艺,实现面料使用过程中的尺寸稳定性。
定型工艺:
超喂比 1:1.1~1.5;
定型温度 185℃~200℃
定型时间 45s~120s
第三步,在PTFE微孔膜上进行涂热熔胶,通过涂胶量为12~20g/㎡的涂胶雕刻辊,热熔胶温度95℃~105℃,车速15m/min~25m/min,将表层面料与PTFE微孔膜层压复合。然后将复合面料放在恒温恒湿箱中进行固化,固化温度25℃~30℃,湿度65%~75%,固化时间1~2天。
第四步,在表层面料与PTFE微孔膜层压复合面料的PTFE微孔膜面上涂热熔胶,通过涂胶量为12~20g/㎡的涂胶雕刻辊,热熔胶温度95℃~105℃,车速15m/min~25m/min,将里层面料与PTFE微孔复合膜层压复合。然后将复合后面料放在恒温恒湿箱中进行固化,固化温度25℃~30℃,湿度65%~75%,固化时间1~2天。
本发明提供的医用手术服面料制作方法简单,本发明的产品具有防菌、防渗透、防飞溅、防静电等性能,还具有吸湿速干等良好的穿着舒适性。本发明用于医用手术服不仅具有良好的耐高温氯漂洗涤,可重复多次使用,使用寿命长。

从上述实施例效果看:本发明的实现效率要明显好于现有PU膜复合手术服产品。实施例16~实施例18均达到了抗静电、防飞溅(快速吸湿)、舒适性(吸湿速干)及抗菌阻隔等性能。

8.一种医用手术服面料的制造方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
第一步,准备表层面料、中间层、里层面料:
表层面料准备:将异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成表层面料,锦纶基碳黑导电包覆丝在整经过程中按间隔0.5cm~1.5cm加入;
里层面料准备:将异截面改性亲水聚酯长丝按适当密度和组织结构通过经编工艺织成里层面料;
中间层隔菌膜准备:通过拉伸法制备PTFE微孔膜,PTFE微孔膜孔径为40nm~100nm,膜的厚度为30μm~45μm;
第二步,将表层面料和里层面料通过定型工艺;
定型工艺如下:超喂比1:1.1~1.5;
定型温度185℃~200℃;
定型时间45s~120s;
第三步,在PTFE微孔膜上进行涂热熔胶,通过涂胶量为12~20g/㎡的涂胶雕刻辊,热熔胶温度95℃~105℃,车速15m/min~25m/min,将表层面料与PTFE微孔膜层压复合;然后将复合面料放在恒温恒湿箱中进行固化,固化温度25℃~30℃,湿度65%~75%,固化时间1~2天;
第四步,在表层面料与PTFE微孔膜层压复合面料的PTFE微孔膜面上涂热熔胶,通过涂胶量为12~20g/㎡的涂胶雕刻辊,热熔胶温度95℃~105℃,车速15m/min~25m/min,将里层面料与PTFE微孔复合膜层压复合;然后将复合后面料放在恒温恒湿箱中进行固化,固化温度25℃~30℃,湿度65%~75%,固化时间1~2天。
