本发明公开了一种抗菌透气医用布料及其制备方法,医用布料包括抗静电布料层、第一粘结剂层、PTFE微孔膜层、第二粘结剂层、面料层,抗静电布料层通过第一粘结剂层与PTFE微孔膜层固定连接,PTFE微孔膜层通过第二粘结剂层与面料层固定连接。医用布料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:步骤1、初次复合;步骤2、初次收卷;步骤3、再次复合:将面料、熟化后的复合布料通过第二粘结剂并采用点涂胶技术进行复合,从而得到混合布料;步骤4、得到成品;本发明的医用布料绿色环保,可重复使用次数达到100次以上,超轻超薄,具有抗菌抑菌透气功能,可适用于大量液体暴露、抗高喷射溅射的手术环境;本发明的医用布料可替代进口,成本低。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌透气医用布料及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前医用布料有三种:普通棉质手术衣、一次性手术衣、可重复洗涤复合面料手术衣。普通手术衣和一次性手术衣以国产为主,普通手术衣用于低等级手术环境,一次性手术衣应用于高要求的手术环境,但对环境造成很大压力,无法重复利用,污染环境,且无法应用于大量液体暴露或抗高喷射溅射的手术环境。普通手术衣非常笨重,且不具有抗菌抑菌透气功能,使得病人和医生会受病菌传染及交叉感染,一次性手术衣对资源浪费大,不环保,且不能够很好的保护医务人员,使得医务人员长期被细菌和辐射危害身体健康,可重复洗涤复合面料手术衣适用于高要求大手术环境,且对环境友好,而可重复洗涤复合面料手术衣以进口面料为主,国内虽有一些技术开发,但技术指标还未达到国外水平,但是进口面料价格昂贵,无法大批量推广使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中的不足,提供一种抗菌透气医用布料及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌透气医用布料,所述医用布料包括抗静电布料层、第一粘结剂层、PTFE微孔膜层、第二粘结剂层、面料层,所述抗静电布料层通过第一粘结剂层与PTFE微孔膜层固定连接,所述PTFE微孔膜层通过第二粘结剂层与面料层固定连接。
作为优选,抗静电布料层内嵌织有导电纤维聚酯布料,抗静电布料层为耐清洗面料。
作为优选,导电纤维聚酯布料中的导电纤维间距为5~10mm之间。
作为优选,抗静电布料层的厚度为0.5~2mm之间。
作为优选,PTFE微孔膜层的孔径为0.1~0.5μm之间,所述PTFE微孔膜层的孔隙率>90%,水分子大小为0.01~0.015μm,而细菌大小一般为0.5~1μm,气态水分子能自由通过,而细菌能被阻隔。
作为优选,面料层为聚酯布料,聚酯布料为耐清洗面料。
作为优选,面料层的厚度为0.5~2mm之间,所述医用布料的厚度为0.7~2.5mm之间。
作为优选,第一粘结剂层、第二粘结剂层都为TPU粘结剂或PUR粘结剂,提高了粘结强度。
一种抗菌透气医用布料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1、初次复合:将抗静电布料、PTFE微孔膜通过第一粘结剂并采用点涂胶技术进行复合,从而得到复合布料;
步骤2、初次收卷:将复合布料进行收卷,然后在进行熟化,从而得到熟化后的复合布料;
步骤3、再次复合:将面料、熟化后的复合布料通过第二粘结剂并采用点涂胶技术进行复合,从而得到混合布料;
步骤4、得到成品:将混合布料先进行熟化,再进行收卷,然后包装成成品。
本发明的有益效果如下:本发明采用的抗静电布料层、第一粘结剂层、PTFE微孔膜层、第二粘结剂层、面料层都是绿色环保材料,因此本发明的医用布料绿色环保;本发明采用的抗静电布料层、面料层都是耐清洗材料,因此使得本发明的医用布料可重复使用次数达到100次以上,替代一次性手术服装,减少医疗废物,对环境友好;本发明的医用布料的厚度为0.7~2.5mm之间,每平米重量仅0.2-0.4KG,不足一次性医用布料重量的50%,因此本发明的医用布料超轻超薄,且在医用手术服装的应用中,与一次性手术服装相比穿戴舒适性更好;本发明通过PTFE微孔膜层孔径为0.1~0.5μm之间,水分子大小为0.01~0.015μm,而细菌大小一般为0.5~1μm,气态水分子能自由通过,而细菌就被阻隔,阻隔病菌穿过医用布料,因此本发明的医用布料具有抗菌抑菌透气功能,具有良好的透气功能,给医护人员带来良好的舒适性,以及保护病人和医生免受病菌传染及交叉感染;本发明设有PTFE微孔膜,因此本发明的的医用布料具有优异的耐静水压功能,可适用于髋关节置换、剖宫产、心血管手术以及进入患者体内的手术及操作,本发明的医用布料可适用于大量液体暴露、抗高喷射溅射的手术环境;本发明的医用布料可重复使用,成本低,易于大批量推广使用。

具体实施方式
下面结合说明书附图对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明:
如图1所示,一种抗菌透气医用布料,医用布料包括抗静电布料层1、第一粘结剂层2、PTFE微孔膜层3、第二粘结剂层4、面料层5,所述抗静电布料层1通过第一粘结剂层2与PTFE微孔膜层3固定连接,所述PTFE微孔膜层3通过第二粘结剂层4与面料层5固定连接。抗静电布料层1内嵌织有导电纤维聚酯布料,抗静电布料层1为耐清洗面料。导电纤维聚酯布料中的导电纤维间距为5~10mm之间。抗静电布料层1的厚度为0.5~2mm之间。PTFE微孔膜层3的孔径为0.1~0.5μm之间,所述PTFE微孔膜层3的孔隙率>90%。面料层5为聚酯布料,聚酯布料为耐清洗面料。面料层5的厚度为0.5~2mm之间,所述医用布料的厚度为0.7~2.5mm之间。第一粘结剂层2、第二粘结剂层4都为TPU粘结剂或PUR粘结剂。
一种抗菌透气医用布料的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
步骤1、初次复合:将抗静电布料、PTFE微孔膜通过第一粘结剂并采用点涂胶技术进行复合,从而得到复合布料;
步骤2、初次收卷:将复合布料进行收卷,然后在进行熟化,从而得到熟化后的复合布料;
步骤3、再次复合:将面料、熟化后的复合布料通过第二粘结剂并采用点涂胶技术进行复合,从而得到混合布料;
步骤4、得到成品:将混合布料先进行熟化,再进行收卷,然后包装成成品。
第一粘结剂、第二粘结剂涂胶量20-50g/㎡,PTFE双向拉伸膜采用配方材料,以双向拉升技术、高精准的工艺条件制作孔径0.01~0.03μm,孔隙率>90%的PTFE微孔膜。
本发明生产的医用布料可达到以下技术指标:

从上述技术指标可以可看出,本发明的医用布料可重复使用,抗菌透气性能好,可替代进口,第一粘结剂层、第二粘结剂层都为TPU粘结剂或PUR粘结剂,提高了粘结强度。
