技术领域
本发明涉及防护面料技术领域,具体是指一种可重复使用透气透湿防静电医用防护面料。
背景技术
手术室是医院对病人进行手术、检查、治疗和抢救的主要场所,手术室环境的洁净程度直接影响病人的伤口愈合和健康,也是引起医院感染和交叉感染的重要因素。目前,国内手术衣面料有两种:棉机织物面料、一次性非织造面料。这两种面料存在以下弊端:易产生脱絮,棉机织物、非织造布均是短纤维面料,穿着摩擦后易产生脱絮,增加医院医源性感染风险;重复使用性差,手术衣经清洗、灭菌后,吸湿性增强,对液体阻隔性差能变差,易被血、尿液、冲洗液及医护人员的汗液等浸透,使用25次后磨损率高,其阻隔性能急剧减弱,使得手术部位感染率上升;难清洗,棉制手术衣在清洗处理过程中,由于棉纤维遇到细菌或真菌,会分解成葡萄糖,洗涤时增加强力去污粉,次氯酸钠等助剂的用量;去污助剂的增加同时增加污水处理的成本;资源浪费大,一次性手术衣,浪费大,处理成本高。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是面料易产生脱絮、重复使用性差、难清洗和浪费资源大,提供一种可重复使用透气透湿防静电医用防护面料。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种可重复使用透气透湿防静电医用防护面料,其特征在于,包括面料本体,所述的面料本体分为三层,所述的面料本体以上而下依次为第一层基布、中间层三组分膜和第三层基布,所述的第一层基布和第三层基布的材料为50D原液着色涤纶低弹丝加20D黑色导电丝经编织造,所述的中间层三组分膜包括聚氨酯薄膜和聚四氟乙烯膜组成,所述的聚氨酯薄膜分别位于聚四氟乙烯膜的上下两面。
作为改进,第一层基布(2)和第三层基布(4)的工艺采用的是经编工艺,所述的经编工艺步骤为:采用经平斜组织;两梳反向垫纱;前梳F:2-3,1-0;后梳B:1-0,1-2;采用整经6轴上机32针;
整理工艺为:将经编基本的胚布在液流缸分别加入保险粉15g/L、洗涤剂15g/L和纯碱各15g/L水温升至120度进行清洗30分钟排水,经80度水温漂洗2次出缸,甩干,烘干,使用30g/L防水剂通过浸轧方式在定型机经180度高温定型整理而成,从而使面料具有防静电,防水性能,耐水洗等特性。
作为改进,所述的聚四氟乙烯膜为单体四氟乙烯通过聚合,双向进行拉伸,再将聚氨酯用涂层方式涂在聚四氟乙烯膜的两面,两者的组合具有高抗渗水,阻菌,透气,透湿,抗合成血液穿透性,耐水洗性。
作为改进,所述的第一层基布和第三层基布和中间层三组分膜之间通过热熔胶水热压连接。
采用以上结构后,本发明具有如下优点:第一层基布和第三层基布采用50D原液着色涤纶低弹丝加20D黑色导电丝经编织造而成,按可重复使用(按医用洗涤标准进行清洗,灭菌),在使用中不易产生脱絮,不易褪色,具有透气,透湿,抗合成血液穿透性,抗渗水性,防静电,减少成本,降低污染。

所述的聚四氟乙烯膜3.2为单体四氟乙烯通过聚合,双向进行拉伸,再将聚氨酯用涂层方式涂在聚四氟乙烯膜3.2的两面,聚四氟乙烯膜3.2膜表面每平方厘米能达到十多亿个微孔,每个微孔直径(0.2μm-0.5μm)比水分子直径(20μm-100μm)小几百倍,比水蒸气分子(0.0003μm-0.0004μm)大上万倍,使水蒸气能通过,而水滴不能通过,聚氨酯利用高科技技术在材料中导入亲水剂使薄膜除了具有高防水性能外更具有极佳的透湿性(人体汗气可以在薄膜间自由穿透)及高弹性,两种膜的结合具有的高抗渗水性,阻菌,透气,透湿,抗合成血液穿透性,耐水洗性。

第一层基布2与中间层三组分膜3,通过热熔胶水,在热熔机器上,温度控制95度,车速20米左右进行复合,第三层基布同样方法与已两层复合好布的再次复合,二次贴合间要相隔24小时以上,主要是为了胶水充分反映增强面料贴合牢固度,第二遍贴完成也要按上操作后,才能打卷成品增加水洗次数的保障

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可重复使用透气透湿防静电医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述的聚四氟乙烯膜(3.2)为单体四氟乙烯通过聚合,双向进行拉伸,再将聚氨酯用涂层方式涂在聚四氟乙烯膜(3.2)的两面。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种可重复使用透气透湿防静电医用防护面料,其特征在于:所述的第一层基布(2)、第三层基布(4)和中间层三组分膜(3)之间通过热熔胶水热压连接。
